Fisker electric-powered SUV said to be the Tesla Model Y rival

An American electric vehicle manufacturer, Fisker Inc. began production of its newest electric SUV named Fisker Ocean in 2021 and is expected to be a serious competitor to the Tesla Model Y.

A glimpse of Fisker Inc. is an automotive company built by Henrik Fisker who is currently serving as CEO of the company. He once tried his luck by building an automotive company in 2013 but was unsuccessful, then re-built the company under the name of Fisker Inc. in 2016.
Fisker Inc. is launched its newest electric-powered SUV called Fisker Ocean on January 4, 2020. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/37NxQQh)
As quoted from greencarreports.com, the Fisker Ocean is expected to target its EV's prices on the market with the prices under the US. $40,000 or around Rp.560 million. It is counted a little more expensive when compared with the Tesla Model Y, which is priced around Rp. 555 million.

And as the future environmentally friendly car, the production process of this car prioritizes the use of recycled materials. As in the interior, which uses recycled materials, while on the roof, there is a full-length solar cell that adds an average range cover of around 1,600 km per year.

Dimensionally, this five-door SUV with a capacity of 4 to 5 passengers has dimensions like a conventional compact SUV, the overall length being comparable to the Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4. Because it is made based on the EV architecture, this SUV offers spacious interior space and has more utility. From the circulating images, the design of the Fisker Ocean looks very futuristic, it thanks to the use of a two-rows panoramic roof with several LED lights on the entire body.

The interior also uses sustainable materials, the cabin is decorated with recycled carpets made from regenerated nylon, there are vegan or non-animal product components made from 100% polyurethane polycarbonate with reinforced Rayon, and Dinamica "eco-suede" made from recycled polyester and specific plastics.

Not only that the company also said that the Ocean also uses used rubber from recycled tires, even though the company did not explain how those materials are applied. Unfortunately, the vehicle's mechanical heart details are still kept secret by the company, although there are those who say that the basic range of 402 km to 482 km can be achieved by adding a range extender device as an option.

The Fisker EV's battery is also expected to be supplied by LG Chem with a capacity of around 80 kWh, while the transmission used will be available in a variant of rear-wheel and all-wheel drives.

Regarding the EV's production and delivery, the latest information shows that the company will begin shipping its finished production units to consumers in early 2022 with the assembling process scheduled to be carried out early in 2021, although Fisker did not mention where the EV will be made.
It is reported that the Fisker Ocean was officially launched on January 4, 2020, for consumers who will order the Fisker's electric car can make a deposit before the official price is announced on November 27, 2020. The 3 JAWA motorbikes classic themed reborn in India

For the classic motorbike fans, they definitely know the classic motorbike brand from Czech Republic known as 'JAWA.' which was famous in the era before and after the second world war.

The motorcycle and moped manufacturer founded in Prague, Czechoslovakia in 1929 by František Janeček, who bought the Wanderer motorcycle division. The name JAWA was formed by combining the first letters JAneček and WAnderer. Well, now it's clear, the name of the motorcycle brand is not taken from one of the islands in Indonesia (the Jawa island).
Mahindra's subsidiary Classic Legends has launched (from right to left) the JAWA Forty-Two, JAWA classic and the JAWA Perak factory-custom bobber in India. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2T2yYLo)
In the past, especially around the 1950s, JAWA was one of the leading motorcycle brands and was recorded to have exported its JAWA 350 motorcycle models to more than 120 countries. Although, in its journey, the company had ever stumbled due to having many financial problems so that the products it produced were unable to compete in the global market, so some of its factories had been shut down.

After 1990, there were significant production losses. For this reason, a successor company was formed in 1997 in Týnec nad Sázavou, to continue the brand under the name of JAWA Moto. In 2016, Mahindra, an automotive manufacturer from India through its subsidiary the Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd. (CLPL) acquired the company.

And in the following years, the brand again brought its motorbikes to compete in the world motorcycle market. Noted several models have been born under the name of the JAWA brands, such as JAWA 350 OHC, JAWA 660 Vintage, and others.

And at the end of 2018, the company introduced 3 models of motorbikes at the same time, namely the JAWA Forty-Two, JAWA classic, and JAWA Perak (in the time introduced as concept motorcycles). It seems that the presence of a row of JAWA motorcycles will make it a strong competitor for other players in the classic motorbike segments in the world's market today.

1. JAWA Forty-Two
Starting with the JAWA 42 is equipped with a clean teardrop-shaped tank with JAWA badges on both sides. Follows with the Wide seats to offer a comfortable ride while slightly tapering towards the rear, to give a definitive character to the rear. This motorcycle is also equipped with almost all-around motorcycle chrome accents, such as around the headlamps, side indicators and rear springs suspension arrangement with the throttle.
The Jawa Forty-Two motorcycles employ a 293cc, DOHC liquid-cooled engine that puts out a maximum power of 27 bhp and 28 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a six-speed transmission. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ttQ0rp)
On the back is equipped with a small taillamp arrangement, just above the number plate. The model name "forty-two" is also written between the backlight and the number plate, adding to the classic motorbike characters behind. The motorcycle is equipped with black grabrails while twin exhausts on both sides add to its dashing look.

2. JAWA classic
Then the new JAWA classic, its design offers simple bodywork with minimalist design features. Where the JAWA classic becomes a motorcycle with an authentic design that reinforces the assimilation of a classic and modern look. This can be seen, including in the classic water drop-shaped fuel tank, round headlamps surrounded by chrome. The sides of the tank are also coated in polished chrome, with JAWA badges on both sides. It flows to the back follows the same retro theme with a small backlight. There are two mufflers on both sides to add the motorbike's dashing look.
The Jawa classic motorcycles employ a 293cc, DOHC liquid-cooled engine that puts out a maximum power of 27 bhp and 28 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a six-speed transmission. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/37AW7ZF)

3. JAWA Perak
Then JAWA Perak has an elongated and low body while carrying a cool bobber style. The chrome accents are also not left behind with matte black body color. The Perak mounted a floating single-seater and has a different toolbox design. And its bobber style is thicker with the seat, rear-view mirrors, fenders, and large mufflers. The JAWA Perak uses a 334 cc one cylinder, water-cooled, DOHC engine, and BS6 emissions.
The Jawa Forty-Two motorcycles employ a 384cc, DOHC liquid-cooled engine that puts out a maximum power of 30 bhp and 31 Nm of peak torque, coupled with a six-speed transmission. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/39J8NQ7)
The power produced by the Perak engine reaches 30 hp and a maximum torque of 31 Nm. At the engine's displacement, the Perak engine is slightly larger than JAWA classic and JAVA 42. No wonder if it was able to spew more power comes from its large valves. In comparison, the JAWA classic and JAWA 42 able to produce 27 hp of power and 28 Nm of torque. And the JAWA Perak also has different subframe and suspension settings on the back. And this motorcycle uses the mono-shock and has disc brakes with a double channel ABS (anti-lock braking) system as one of its standard features.

Its bobber distinctive twin exhausts are the main attraction for this motorbike. The single-seat with brown leather makes the motorcycle strengthen the classic impression and stand out when in the crowd. Especially combined with analog accents on the speedometer and digital instruments in other parts. The JAWA Perak is equipped also with the same 14-liter fuel tank and has a seat height of 750 mm. Weighing up to 179 kg and 145 mm ground clearance.

As quoted from Indianautosblog, the JAWA Perak motorcycles will be sold limited to the initial order at a price of around Rs 1.89 lakh or around Rp.38.1 million, this is done to avoid the long waiting period as happened in the JAWA classic and JAWA Forty-Two. The waiting period for the two retro style motorcycle models reaches 5 to 6 months.
In order not to overload the motorcycle orders, the Classic Legend opens 100 new dealers in India within 100 days. It is known, this retro type motorcycle is very popular among the Indian people. Previously, the company had stopped the ordering process for 40 days after the JAWA Forty Two launching, so the opening of 100 dealers had to be done quickly to anticipate the big surge in the motorcycle orders happened again.

Kept spur your adrenaline on the power of the two-wheeled monster and stay alive with true safety riding. God will forgive Your sins and so does the cops.... *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | WIKIPEDIA | INDIANAUTOSBLOG]

A special-made Diablo figure that maybe you've never heard of before

Supercar appearance which is certainly going to amaze the world's automotive enthusiasts. Moreover, what will be discussed this time is the figure of the raging bull logoed supercar known as the Lamborghini Diablo. This cool supercar is made by Lamborghini, one of Italy's premium car manufacturers based in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy. Although this is not the latest bull figure, Lambo Diablo still deserves to be included in the cool supercars to date.
2000 Lamborgini Diablo Coatl, a special-made Diablo variant designed by Joan Fercí and built by the Automobiles Lamborghini Latinoamérica SA. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2u40ePg)
This unique Lambo supercar is designed by Jorge Antonio Fernández García aka Joan Fercí, and completed built in 2000 by a company called Automobiles Lamborghini Latinoamérica SA. after in 1995 obtained permission from the Automobili Lamborghini SpA. to build the Lamborghini variant and distribute it in Mexico, and throughout Latin America including the Caribbean. Even the South American company also said on its official website that they were allowed to build a limited series of special track-oriented models and even made their own concepts with Lamborghini components, which would later produce and named the Lamborghini Coatl.
Left side view of 2000 Lamborgini Diablo Coatl, a special-made Diablo variant. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2rLDcMm)
One of the most special ways that they produced the car and make it unique was the fact that the steering wheel is made specifically by a single craftsman with a size that is suitable and has been adjusted to the hand and fingers of the owner. Likewise, the pedals and seats are specially made to fit the actual owner. This seat will be made of the mold taken from the person who would be driving the Coatl, while the weight will also be taken into account when finishing the driver's seat.

Then the car's exterior paintwork is also done in accordance with the owner's wishes, which means there are no two Coatls the same. The paint specifically was made of 14 coats of the owner-selected-shades and depending on where the sun was in the sky during the daytime, and the tint of the paint can shift from an orange to a red color with a brown highlight. And continued to the color of the interior part which is covered with genuine leather would also be dyed on the owner’s demand and even this South American company also stitched in such a way the owner's name or initials on the carpet and the seats.
Rear view of 2000 Lamborgini Diablo Coatl, a special-made Diablo variant. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/35kj3KV)
It took four years (from 1996 to 2000) to design and build the first Lamborghini Coatl, which was finally presented to the public in 2000 and named the Lamborghini Eros 2000. Those hard work results did not seem to be in vain, due to the top speed could be produced by this car no less than 385 kph (234 mph) and acceleration from rest to 100 kph (around 61 mph) in just 3.54 seconds, the engine is naturally tuned to get these numbers, with an output a power of 635 Bhp and an enlarged displacement of almost 6.3 Liters is needed!
In 2000, when the car was first officially presented to the public, it caused quite a stir among the Lamborghini's fanatics and was seen as a love-or-hate design. Because according to them, Lamborghini Latinoamérica has transformed their precious Diablo into some weird blob of metal, the term they might use to describe the figure of the Lamborghini Diablo Coatl. This is understandable because the design has always been a vital necessity for Lamborghini's hardcore fans, and if you have a bit of money left over and want to stand out against regular Murcielago and Huracan owners, this is definitely the way to do it. This is the only electric-powered Mustang pony

Radical changes made by Ford in its legendary muscle car, the Ford Mustang. In collaboration with Webasto, Ford displayed a prototype of the electric-powered Ford Mustang called the Ford Mustang Lithium at the 2019 SEMA Show.

It's said that the electric-powered Mustang has an extraordinary power that is equal to 900 hp with torque reaching more than 1,000 ft.lbs. For now, the car is available one unit only. It seems as if it wants to show the electrification process that has been done by Ford till today.

"It's no secret that Ford electrified its popular models. This Mustang prototype provided us and the Webasto the opportunity to show consumers what electricity can do for performance cars they already know and love," Head of Ford Product Development, Hau Thai-Tang said.
Under the hood, which is usually filled with a conventional petrol engine is now swapped with the Phi-Power dual-core electric motor and dual power inverters. All powered by Webasto's 800-volt battery. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/39fuFC9)
This electric-powered beast is very flat and sleek, with a carbon-fiber body. Under the hood, which is usually filled with a conventional petrol engine is now replaced with the Phi-Power dual-core electric motor and dual power inverters. All of that is powered by an 800-volt Webasto battery with EVDrive technology, where the battery power is almost 2 times bigger than the electric car batteries available on the market today.
In its black dominant interior is given a touch of blue, signifying an electric car. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/39fuFC9)
Besides using a 6-speed manual transmission system, and to support its fierce performance, a number of other additional features were installed on the Mustang Lithium such as the Brembo brake device that is the same as the Shelby GT350R, Ford Performance's Track Handling Pack and strut tower brace, and diffuser.
But in contrast to reality, it turn out was not the figure of an electric-powered muscle car which was later produced by Ford. Well, in the near future, the American automotive giant manufacturer is preparing the figure of the Ford Mustang Mach-E to be released at the end of 2020.
The Ford Mustang Mach-E is the all-new, Mustang-inspired, fully-electric performance utility vehicle with power up to 332 hp and 417 lb.ft of torque capable of running as far as 300 miles. This car is able to accelerate from rest to 60 mph in just 3 seconds.

This is not the first time for this American automotive manufacturer has made a radical change process on the Mustang. In the past, Ford had also ever experimented by swapping its standard engine with the Wankel engine to become its drivetrain. Check here! *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | FORD | THE DRIVE | MOTOR1]

The biggest hopes of Melling Hellcat to catch the Veyron never happened

Of the many supercar names that did not reach the production stage perfectly and recorded sales figures or can also be said to be mere boasting. Noted there is a supercar known as Melling Hellcat in 2006.

It was a car that was originally mentioned will be the most serious competitor of the V10-engined car for Bugatti Veyron. Not only that, when it viewed from the name derived from the name of the person who developed it is clearly not just any name.
2007 Melling Hellcat is conceptualized and developed by Al Melling, a slightly mad engineer and designer who had dealings in F1 through many famous names. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2sQtubV)
Well, the Melling Hellcat is a car conceptualized and developed by Al Melling, a slightly mad engineer and designer who had dealings in F1 through many famous names such as Lamborghini, Chevrolet, Leyton House Formula One and Benetton. Through his company called, Melling Consultancy Design was once the center of engine development that had succeded to help TWR win at Le Mans with Jaguar four years in a row and also had been known to develop the TVR Speed Six block which is used in many modern TVR sports cars.
2007 Melling Hellcat's interior could be described as simple, sparse but functional. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2sQtubV)
But a little different for this mid-engined car, Melling decided that he didn't want to just build a custom engine and instead would take on the establishment with his own bespoke supercar. He had experience with V10s through engine development for the Lola F1 team which never came to fruition, but the engine he built for his own supercar was something else.
Al Melling in another his sports car called the 'Wildcat'. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2Zi9Ul2)
It is a 6.0-liter quad-turbo V10 engine which is said to produce 1,175 bhp of power and 880 lb.ft of torque, with heads and blocks milled from a large billet of aluminum material. And the car comes with a weight of only 1,200 kg and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds (that's a surprising acceleration time figures for 2006). And for its exterior design strongly influenced by TVR, and also has a Marcos TSO GT touches within its thundering line.
2007 Melling Hellcat comes with a weight of only 1,200 kg and said to be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/377sbEl)
The Hellcat was built as Melling's motivation to enter Le Mans once again after it was previously done with TWR, with the aim being to produce a GT1 variant of the road car to take-on the endurance world. It's said to only 50 units will be produced in its Rochdale-based factory, but unfortunately, the number of cars produced has never touched or approached that numbers.
2007 Melling Hellcat used a 6.0-liter quad-turbo V10 engine which is said to produce 1,175 bhp of power and 880 lb.ft of torque. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2sQtubV)
Although the lack of car production numbers, but the top speed proposed by Hellcat could be a nightmare for the Bugatti Veyron. Melling quoted 295 mph in full chat, but if we're honest and thought the claim is mere boasting. Sure, it has four turbochargers like Bugatti but according to some automotive observers aerodynamically the speed of this car has no hope of rising close to the 300 mph figures.

This is because the frontal area and general dimensions of the car do not allow such speed figures to be reached, especially with a power of 'only' around 1,200 bhp. Then at a price of around £ 185,000, it can almost be considered as a bargain even if it reaches 230 mph, which is why those claimed top speed figures make it look like a joke.
In the end, the Melling Hellcat never made it into any automotive showroom, and let the Bugatti Veyron have the world's top speed record for itself for years. That is a fantastic hypothetical part of the British-made V10-engined supercar that could have asserted itself as a performance legend even though in reality it doesn't make any sense. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | AUTOBLOG | DRIVETRIBE | SUPERCARS]

A fierce-looks and futuristic six-wheeled ATV

By applying technology that is not extraordinary, great ideas are developed to drive transportation forward. This can be seen as done by a Perth-based company named Ferox Advanced Vehicles Corporation when it implements some big ideas on the vehicle that is being made by it. This unusual vehicle concept briefly displays the figure of a six-wheeled ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle).
The futuristic six-wheeled fluid drive off-road vehicle named Ferox Azaris debuted at the Top Marques 2019 in Monaco. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ElHoVU)
Well, the physical appearance of the vehicle which was later given the name 'Ferox Azaris' looks like a futuristic car that appears in science fiction films.

Remarkably, in addition to having six wheels are also equipped with the new fluid-drivetrain appliance combined with a BMW Motorrad R1200 engine in the back of its frame, with its shaft drive unit intact. And where the wheel would normally be mounted, Ferox has mounted a pump unit instead, so the motorcycle motor is entirely devoted to driving that pumps.
The Ferox Azaris pushes the limits of vehicle design and gives life to future transport. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2rX33RF)
Interviewed by CarAdvice, CEO of Ferox Advanced Vehicles, Troy Wheeler, began to explain 'fluid' and 'hydraulic' technology. "Typically hydraulics run between 3,000 and 15,000 psi. They're high-pressure, they tend to be inefficient, they need big cooling reservoirs for de-foaming, and they're very jerky," Wheeler explained.
The futuristic six-wheeled off-road vehicle named Ferox Azaris is powered by 4 electric motors on the wheels powered by a twin-cylinder BMW R1200 GS motorcycle engine. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ElHoVU)
Wheeler also said the liquid drive material offers big savings and an electric motor equivalent to a weight of 30 kg. "The whole system is very responsive - and that is a big difference to traditional hydraulics. Usually, they are quite jerked. But our system has a high startup torque, similar to an electric motor," Wheeler said later.
The dashboard view of the six-wheeled ATV named Ferox Azaris. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ElHoVU)
As reported by Newatlas, with the use of wheels mounted directly on its four motors, the company said that Azaris will be able to handle 678 Nm of torque per wheel and there are larger motors capable of providing larger torque of up to 1,152 Nm.

Although the Azaris has not been fully tested in off-road environments, the six-wheeled vehicle prototype has driven smoothly on the rough surface testing. Currently, there are no plans to bring the Azaris to the market, so for those of you who want to bring this unique vehicle, it seems like you have to wait very long, and of course at a very expensive price.
Indeed, the production process of the Azaris is not cheap and is rumored to reach $500,000. The manufacturing process is entirely made by hand, of course making the production process slow and expensive.
This six-wheeled vehicle has made its debut at the Top Marques 2019 in Monaco which runs from 30 May to June 2, 2019. Instead of producing cars for the market, the Ferox team tried to explore further technology and find new partners to help its vehicle development. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | FEROX | NEW ATLAS | GATSBYONLINE.COM | CARADVICE]

The First street-legal F1 supercar

Driving an F1 car might have been the dream of all automotive enthusiasts in the world. But it is very difficult for us to sit behind the wheel and then drive the land jets. It seems that now the dream will soon come true. An Aussie named Zac Mihajlovic has ambitions to make a Formula 1 replica powered by Ferrari's engine that will be sold in limited quantities. Amazingly, the car can not only run on the racing circuit but can also be used on the highway (adjusted later to the roadworthy permits in the vehicle owner's country).
Zacaria Supercars on its debut at the 2019 Top Marques Monaco on May 30, 2019. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/38PDjaD)
Zac Mihajlovic is the person responsible for turning many people's dreams into reality and building the car with the help of a custom motorcycle builder named Scotty Cox. The car manufacturing process which was later given the name 'Zacaria Supercars' has been going on for almost more than 5 years.

Mihajlovic began his career in the world of car manufacturing since 1989 when he built with its street-legal Batmobile supercar based on the vehicle used in Tim Burton's Batman films. Actually, he had always received a request to make a super vehicle but was hampered due to the licensing issues.

Driven by an interest in his Batmobile, Mihajlovic began working on this F1 racing car replicas that could be driven on the streets. And he said, "So I thought, what's the next most extreme thing that I can build to drive on the streets? Nobody ever has done it with F1 cars, they have made cool things like BAC Mono or Ariel Atom, but they are 4-cylinder engined and more look like concept cars."

"If you want to drive an original F1 car, and should have a team that is needed to run it so I think about the modern V8 or V12 engine from Ferrari, maybe there is a market for people who want something that nobody else has," he said further.

The car development began by taking the 6.3-liter V12 engine which came from a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta carcass in England. The engine has been integrated into a 6-speed transaxle transmission system from Albins, the company responsible for the transmission system that used in the Australian' Supercars racing series.

Then this car's body by handmade that uses full aluminum materials and also is pinned the hydraulic lift system to make it easier to pass through damaged roads. Three Koenigsegg's hypercar concepts of #KoenigseggSketchChallenge

Koenigsegg is a famous hypercar manufacturer from Sweden. The manufacturer recently launched its latest hypercar figure named Koenigsegg Jesko at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show held last March. Recently appeared in cyberspace, many Angelholm brand' hypercar concepts.

As we all knew, there's a challenge event called #KoenigseggSketchChallenge on social media aimed at the world's independent automotive designers to share their vision of the Swedish marque with the world. This event was introduced by the new design boss of the automotive manufacturer, Sasha Selipanov, and the challenge will end on Friday, December 20, 2019.

Even challenges like this will certainly result in many hypercars designs that feature alluring shapes, shapes that define the brand. However, there are some artists who help us imagine the possibilities that lie ahead for Koenigsegg, such as the grand tourer, the entries for the upcoming Le Mans Hypercar class and even a concept that involves lending company expertise to someone who built an SUV through the new Koenigsegg's RAW Design House.

1. Koenigsegg Sport Utility Vehicle Concept
Although the Swedish high-performance vehicle brand will never make an SUV product, as Christian von Koenigsegg, CEO Koenigsegg himself has said. But it doesn't seem to diminish the desire of a Brazilian automotive designer named Pedro Ruperto to give birth to an SUV design for the Swedish marque.

It could be said as the SUV with a double-bubble roof and one that actually manages to please the eye. And of course, since there's no such thing. However, if Koenigsegg would help build a crossover, the contraption might just end up looking like a jacked-up hypercar, which means the said feature wouldn't be impossible.

2. Koenigsegg Longtail Concept
The whole concept comes from Riccardo Angelini, Lead Exterior Designer at Tata Motors (the office in Turin, Italy), which is Jaguar Land Rover's parent company - it's only normal for designers to come up with sketches that showcase toys belonging to other brands in their Instagram spare time.

By zooming in on the lines of the hypercar, which noticed that the design DNA of the Swedish brand is clearly here. Whether talking about the front end styling cues of the Le Mans prototype racer-like cabin this thing looks like a proper Koenigsegg.

While the 360-degree rear wing dominates the track version, the longtail approach is still visible with the road car. And Riccardo also talks about the hardware hidden inside the amazing aero work, noting that the Akrapovic exhaust comes in the form of titanium blades that blend in with the rest of the design.

3. Koenigsegg Grand Tourer Concept
The hypercar rendering image below was given the name 'Koenigsegg Brita RS'. And the figure of the Koenigsegg Grand Tourer concept above was born from the skilled hand scratches of an automotive designer named Mikael Lugnegård who is said to have been in the business for fifteen years. From the design of the hypercar on display, it appears as a hypercar figure with an engine mounted in front of the steering wheel. Thus it is not surprising then that this hypercar has a long hood, which is exactly what can be seen in the rendering image.

With the front-mid-engine layout adds elegance to the design. And it can be said also, that the same thing about the lean muscular area that covers the vehicle wheels. Furthermore, the cabin looks short so that at first glance gives limited visibility to a vehicle that aims to offer a practical sensation of speed. But this can be overcome if one time this car is produced later. Of course, we cannot talk about this without mentioning that such hypercar can package a three-seat layout, with this seeming to be increasingly popular lately.

Although, all car concepts above are not real, but do not rule out the possibility of the Swedish hypercar manufacturer is interested in making one of them as a real car someday. We look forward to it. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | AUTOEVOLUTION]

Looking back to 2012 Chevrolet Miray hybrid concept

About a decade ago the American automaker General Motors introduced a concept car with dual drivetrains or hybrid called the Chevrolet Miray at the 2011 Seoul Motor Show. In Korean, the Miray means 'the future.' The American giant automotive manufacturer deliberately created the Chevrolet Miray Concept not only for the prestigious automotive exhibition in the country but was also to celebrate the Chevrolet's 100th anniversary at that time.

The Chevrolet Miray hybrid concept car is a roadster sports car that is powered by two electric motors mounted on its front wheels, and each is capable of producing power of 15 kW (around 20 hp). In addition to the electric motor, this concept car is also reinforced by a four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with a capacity of 1,500 liters to drive the rear wheels.

Besides the combination of the two drivetrains, the Chevrolet Miray Concept also comes with a 1.6 kWh lithium-ion battery that can be recharged with a regenerative braking system. With such technology carried by, the Miray Concept can run only by using the power of its electric motors alone, when it takes increasing power, and the petrol engine can be immediately used.

"Miray is the future of the GM's Chevrolet concept in Korea, the Miray concept offers the possibility of future exploration that strengthens the bond between cars and drivers, making future sports cars look fresher," said Arcamone Mike, President and CEO of GM Korea at the time, as quoted of Autoevolution.

This compact roadster with futuristic and unique design has dimensions of length 3,991 mm, a width of 1,865 mm, a height of 1,110 m with a wheelbase of 2,375 mm. While the appearance of his body implies a thick sporty feel with dynamic curves. The Mi-Ray body design is said to be inspired by the company's classic cars such as the 1963 Monza SS and the 1962 Corvair Super Spyder.
This roadster car has a roof that can be opened, then use the scissor-type doors, and equipped with an aerodynamic body like today's fighter aircraft. And in some parts of the body such as spoilers have utilized carbon fiber material while for the Miray' legs use 20-inch wheels on the front and 21-inch wheels at the rear.
Like other concept cars, until now there has been no information whether the Chevrolet Mi-Ray concept car will be mass-produced, it looks like this car will remain just one of GM's show cars. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | AUTOEVOLUTION]
