Here it is Bugatti Centodieci as a homage to the EB110 SS

After a while the cyberspace was enlivened by the news about the latest model from Bugatti which would pay homage for one of the greatest, craziest, and strongest Bugatti cars ever made that were present in the 1990s - the Bugatti EB110 Super Sport.

Now it seems, we are a little satisfied with the presence of the pictures of upcoming Bugatti's supercar. But unfortunately there is still no confirmation from the Molsheim-based auto company as to their validity. Due to the sheer amount of images and the level of detail contained within them, it's very unlikely that these are fake. And the upcoming model to be called Bugatti Centodieci which literally means '110' in Italian.
1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YKVfg9)
From the front view, clearly seen its link to the EB110, the horseshoe-shaped grille is much smaller than the modern Bugatti models have and it's accompanied by the very distinct horizontal lines either side of it. At the top, the bonnet gets a V-shaped bonnet vent that is far more aggressive. The front view of the Centodieci is equipped with several ultra-thin LED lights, which look to extend all the way to the wing mirrors.
Three of Bugatti supercars posed in the tricolore formation of French flag, consisted of Bugatti EB110 SS (blue), Bugatti Centodieci (white) and Bugatti Chiron (red). (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2N8Zzn5)
Then down the side, there's something striking, ie the retro-shaped air vent just below the C-Pillar, and another links to the EB110 is the air scoop which seems to run the whole length of the side-skirt. The Centodieci seems to be the first modern Bugatti to completely eliminate the 'C-Shape' design style that has been a distinctive shape of Bugatti cars today (since the Veyron).

And from the rear view, there is a clear similarity between new and old that is the presence of huge-sized fixed-wings, but those keen-eyed will notice several more little touches here and there. Especially the entire bottom of the bumper seems to be split in the middle from just below the tail lights, so there is a long vertical vent at the end of the bumper on each side.
Bugatti Centodieci has clear similarity with its predecessor, the EB110 SS that is the presence of huge-sized fixed-wings in the back. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2N8Zzn5)
One that remained a mystery until its original form actually appeared was its drivetrain. From the circulating widely news in cyberspace, the figure of Centodieci is said to be very much based on the Chiron, there's possibility it will use the same engine as well, ie a quad-turbocharged W16 engine capable of producing power up to 1,479 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque.
If true the Centodieci uses those kind of engine, then the acceleration performance figures from rest to 62 mph can be done in 2.5 seconds and the top speed that can be achieved at 260 mph. In comparison, the EB110 Super Sport car of 1992 debutance used a quad-turbocharged V12 3.5 liter engine with the ability to spit out power to 603 hp and complete a 0-60 mph sprint in 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 218 mph.
It is said that Centodieci will be made in a limited numbers of 10 units and will be sold at a price tag of around € 8 million or around the US. $ 9 million. And this price is only half of La Voiture Noire which is listed as the most expensive production car in the world ever made to date.

So far, Bugatti has officially confirmed treveal date and time of the new model, it will be announced at The Quail in Pebble Beach on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 11:20 Pacific Time. Let's just wait for the time to come. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | DRIVETRIBE]

One of rarest cars of Sultan Brunei collection

In its history, Ferrari is one of the Italian premium car manufacturers known to be very fond of creating special products, which are found in the LaFerrari lineage. One of the most extreme cars ever produced by the prancing horse logoed manufacturer is the F50, which were also the last car to actually use a V12 engine taken from a Formula 1 race car as its power source.
One of Sultan Brunei's rarest collection cars, known as 1998 Ferrari F50 Bolide. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2OT34AV)
This Ferrari F50 was made in limited number, ie as many as 349 units, and was deliberately created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Ferrari in 1995. But among the F50 models there was also a custom-made model made for special customers dubbed as Ferrari F50 Bolide.

As we all knew, Ferrari clientele is full of celebrities, engineers, oligarchs, pop culture faces and, of course, the government officials with an impeccable reputation. One of the Ferrari's special customer is the His Highness Sultan of Brunei, Hassanal Bolkiah, is a well-known person not only for his beliefs but also for his impressive car collection. Unofficial sources say that the Sultan's collection consists of 2,500 different vehicles and other says more than 7,000 units. So the exact amount no one knows.

Obviously, the Sultan of Brunei has a hobby to collecting scarce cars. Thus, it is not surprising that he is one of the oldest and most respected Ferrari clients. Some sources assure that he is the one for whom this unique F50 Bolide was created.

When Ferrari officials presented the limited-edition F50 models, company’s reps said that it is Formula 1 race car that can drive on public roads, with headlights that could lighten all the path and with specific amenities like CD player and windscreen wipers.
1998 Ferrari F50 Bolide had a rear-wheel-drive, thunderous twelve-cylinder engine and 6-speed mechanical gearbox. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YJ76jR)
This expressive Ferrari model with Formula 1 bolides had just one similarity. Ferrari F50 chassis was made out of carbon fibre, and a twelve-cylinder engine had a few ingredients borrowed from Ferrari 641. That is the only way how you can link Ferrari F50 to Formula 1.

When Ferrari decided to stop the F50 model production in 1997 then a year after, the Ferrari F50 Bolide was born from the Maranello-based company. Next to nothing is known about the ultra-secretive Bolide project. However, based on the very few pictures that exist, it appears that the car was completely transformed. In fact, it seems clear that a completely different body shell was fitted to stock F50 internals.

Technically, it did not differ much from his predecessor and donor Ferrari F50. It still had a rear-wheel-drive, thunderous twelve-cylinder engine and 6-speed mechanical gearbox. The biggest changes were visible in the exterior and a little bit in the interior.
The biggest problem was that there is no clearly information from the prancing horse logoed manufacturer itself. Most claims are just speculations. But, looking at F50 Bolide appearance, you can firmly say that the Sultan of Brunei wanted to add his personal Ferrari collection cars with a figure would remind him to a F1 racing car. According to unofficial sources, the estimated cost of this project was around €2,000,000 in the time.

This car also said became one of the most mysterious cars ever made. Due to nobody ever saw the car running on the highways, or even on displayed on automotive expo. Only several photos on the internet that shown the car was existed. Alas, we'll probably never know. Might be, it will be kept forever in the Sultan of Brunei's garage. Who knows? *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | DYLER | COMPLEX]

Is the new Bugatti's hypercar will look like this?

As we all know, that the French premium car manufacturer Bugatti some time ago ever said that they would reveal their latest limited-edition supercar figure at the 2019 Monterey Car Week.

So now we still talking about the upcoming limited-edition supercar of Bugatti. As rumour circulated that the unnamed upcoming supercar inspired by the EB110 SS from the 1990s. So far Bugatti has only confirmed it "will have a world premiere in Pebble Beach", but not confirm if it will be inspired by the EB110.
Is the new Bugatti's hypercar will look like this? A rendered image by a German media named Auto Motor Und Sport. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2Yv896F)
But the sign strengthened, when there're several media have made an interview with the EB110 creator who expressed they would love to see Bugatti developed a tribute to the mid-engined supercar. And to this day the French auto company hasn't released a teaser photo of those new model yet.

However, a Germany's media named 'Auto Motor Und Sport' claimed that they managed to get a partial design sketch that was allegedly produced by Bugatti's chief designer, Achim Anscheidt, and potentially showed what the next Bugatti hypercar would look like.

The German media believes that the design sketch was used on an internal greeting card from Bugatti Design Studio, but this has not been confirmed. By using those design sketches as a basis, and then the German media have mocked a rendering picture that shows what a new Bugatti's hypercar looks like when the cover comes off at the upcoming Pebble Beach event.
An alleged upcoming Bugatti supercar design sketch was used on an internal greeting card from Bugatti Design Studio. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2Yv896F)
Shown from the front, there is a distinctive crossbars in the grille are clearly inspired by the Bugatti EB110 Super Sport, but the box-shaped headlights are stacked vertically and placed on each side of the hood, resulting in a striking appearance. But we have to wait and see if the final car's design matches to the rendering image above?

Like its predecessors Divo and La Voiture Noire, this upcoming supercar will be built from the Chiron base. According to the report, only 10 units will be made and each will be sold at a price tag of €8 million or around US. $9 millions. And this price tag is only half of the La Voiture Noire's which is noted as the world's most expensive production car ever made up to now.
Then what about the engine? While the original Bugatti EB110 SS was powered by a 3.5-liter capacity quad-turbo V12 engine that capable of producing power of up to 603 horsepower. So the upcoming supercar is likely to use the Chiron's engine, which is a 8.0-liter 16-cylinder quad-turbo engine capable of producing power of up to 1,479 horsepower.

And everything will be revealed at Pebble Beach on August 18, we just wait and see till its time. Meanwhile, don't be surprised if Bugatti releases several teaser images of its latest project before then. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | AUTO MOTOR UND SPORT | CARBUZZ]

Don't ask the price if U wanna have the last Bugatti EB110 SS

Some time ago, as quoted by Motorauthority that Bugatti will present a new supercar at the 2019 Monterey Car Week which will start on August 11, 2019. And reportedly this French premium car manufacturer will make it in limited numbers, namely as many as 40 units.

According to this company, that the launch of this supercar is in accordance with their plans to introduce two new cars every year. And this year, after introducing the Bugatti La Voiture Noire at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show. It is likely that this upcoming limited edition supercar will be the second.
1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YKVfg9)
Is that the Bugatti Chiron Sport 110 Ans Edition? Nobody knows yet...! And for sure, it is a model that was deliberately created as a tribute to commemorate an important day for those French auto company. Here's the teaser image from the French company's Instagram account which slightly reveals about the upcoming Bugatti supercar.
Because there has been no leaked infos about the Bugatti's new supercar, and now we better waiting up to its time come. And  meanwhile on this occasion we invite you to recall a great supercar model was ever made by Bugatti in the 1990s.

Long before the arrival of Veyron and Chiron, when the French automotive company was in a difficult condition because of the death of the owner. At that time in the 1990s, when Romano Artioli, an Italian businessman who acquired the company decided to make Bugatti as an exclusive manufacturer of limited edition sports cars.
Right side view of 1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YKVfg9)
This was later proven by the birth of the Bugatti EB110 in 1991. This car was deliberately produced to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the company founder 'Ettore Bugatti.' The car uses a carbon fiber monocoque chassis with active aero, pinned a 3.5 liter quad-turbo V12 engine capable of producing power of 552 hp (in the standard version) to drive all four wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox.
Interior view of 1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YKVfg9)
Now this car is arguably to be one of the most sought after car models by the world's automotive collectors, aside from the fact that the car only made as many 139 units, including 39 units for its ultimate version, or the SS model. Yes, the Bugatti EB110 also has the very rare ultimate version, which is known 'Super Sport' or 'Sport Stradale' models.

For this SS version, Bugatti added a larger injector to its V12 engine, a new ECU and a new exhaust system that was not too tight. The result, the Bugatti EB110 SS is capable of spraying power up to 603 hp, the number was up from the standard version of only 553 hp, and torque of 479 lb-ft (650 Nm).

The Bugatti EB110 SS also carried out a reduction in weight to weigh 150 kg lighter than the GT type. This car has a weight of around 1,620 kilograms compared to the Veyron and Chiron whose weights are in the 2000 kg figure. This was achieved thanks to the use of carbon fiber materials on various body panels, magnesium rims, fixed rear wings, and simplified the interior details.
Rear side view of 1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2YKVfg9)
Bugatti claims the acceleration from 0 to 100 kph can be done in just 3.26 seconds. While its top speed is able to penetrate the number of 355 kph. With such speed numbers, the EB110 SS was recognized as the world's fastest production car in 1995 before the record was broken by McLaren F1 with a top speed of 386 kph.
Rear view of 1995 Bugatti EB110 SS. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2MFfoSo)
Bugatti EB110 is arguably the last model of the French manufacturer before acquired by the German auto giant, Volkswagen AG in 1998. And the car with chassis number 39040 is considered as the last of EB110 SS, which was built by Bugatti in 1995. The supercar was completed at Grigio Chiaro Met with two tone interiors and was already in the hands of an Italian automotive collector since 2003.
And in early 2019, those last Bugatti EB110 SS model was sold by Girardo & Co. with the note "Price Upon Application" which means that the price will be notified if anyone really wants to buy it. And We can be sure a hundred percents that the price is won't be cheap. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MOTORAUTHORITY | SUPERCARBLOG | MOTOR1]

Don't be underestimated these 'Mosquito'....!

Is there still a small niche in the world's automotive market for limited-produced supercars, which are more worthy of being on the track, made by a startup manufacturer, which has cost more than US $1 million? Yes, there's a the Czech Republic startup company named Performance Solutions that seems to have a great desire to play in the world's supercars industries.
Performance Solutions 'Mosquito' supercar, a street legal racing car which promises speed performance. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2OBP4eE)
Some time ago, those Czech Republic company revealed its plan to build what is called a street legal racing car. And uniquely, the car will be named "Mosquito". Yep, that is indeed a unique name for a supercar. The Mosquito name itself was once used for the name of a British fighter plane called De Havilland DH.98 Mosquito during the World War II, this aircraft is very famous for its speed and light construction.
Performance Solutions 'Mosquito' supercar in the 'Paint Splash' liveries and only 18 samples will be made later. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2KoFCFQ)
Back to the supercar, this car was designed by Tomáš Sabáček, and in fact the Mosquito supercar was also inspired by the British famous aircraft above in the sense that the car will have a very light construction as well. The result, the Mosquito supercar does have a weight of only 974 kilograms (2,147 lbs), because the whole body is made mostly using carbon fiber materials. And that is the most impressive thing for a supercar that will have power of up to 600 hp (608 PS) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque from its naturally aspirated V8 engine.
Performance Solutions 'Mosquito' supercar in the 'De Havilland Throwback' liveries is in recognition of the aircraft in WWII era which the vehicle was named after. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2KoFCFQ)
As quoted from Carscoop, Ryan Thoma, as Business Development Manager of Performance Solutions, said that the company had not been chosen the engine yet. Even so, to keep the car's weight low, the engine will be equipped with a single clutch racing gearbox and operated by using paddle shifters.
The Mosquito’s only desire is to lap quicker than its competitors, and in order to do so, it needs to be light on its feet.. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2KoFCFQ)
So, how fast is this Mosquito supercar? The Performance Solutions estimates that the car will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 kph (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and will reach a top speed of more than 320 kph (199 mph). Sounds like a good number for a drag race, but will the car's performance number be that good while driving on the racing circuit?

It should be seen at the same performance numbers, because the Mosquito supercar also plans to be equipped with an Active Ride Control system, which according to the company will allow the car's suspension and aerodynamic subsystem to work in the right synchrony, so that it can actively minimize obstacles and maximize downforce in the same time.

From the rendering images, we able to see clearly that the Mosquito supercar displays an aero racing kit with a large rear wing, a large front splitter, and has a middle tail fin as well. Then, the cabin will also look like a racing car in general, thanks to the adjustable dashboard including the head-up display and bucket racing seats which will be built entirely using the carbon fiber materials.
Performance Solutions 'Mosquito' supercar weight would be tipped around 974 kilograms as it would heavily use full carbon fiber body. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2KoFCFQ)
However, the project is currently in an earlier stages, and the company has just begun the car's design phase. There are still 18 months left until the car is completely built. And Performance Solutions plans to make 18 units only of Mosquito supercar, each of which is made according to the buyer's wishes with an estimated price reachs up to 7 digits.
Currently Performance Solutions has also begun to open a path for ordering cars through its official website. And the latest news, the Mosquito supercar will join and compete in the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours endurance race in future. Let's wait and see...! *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS | CARSCOOPS | DRIVERS MAGAZINE]

Will the Ecurie Ecosse LM69 retro-styled supercar able to reap its own success story?

Resurrected Beast - In the realm of automotive history, certain cars evoke not just nostalgia but a sense of longing for what could have been. One such iconic vehicle is the Jaguar XJ13, a racing car born in the mid-1960s with dreams of conquering the 24-Hours of Le Mans endurance race. However, fate had other plans, and the XJ13 never had the chance to compete due to regulatory changes.

Jaguar, known for its timeless elegance and performance, also had a brush with tragedy in its history. The Jaguar XJ13, powered by a V12 engine, was poised to be a legend on the tracks but ended up as a casualty of evolving homologation rules. Despite a brief appearance in a promotional film, the XJ13 met an untimely end on the MIRA track in the United States.

Fast forward to 2019
, where a Scottish company named Ecurie Ecosse seeks to resurrect the spirit of the XJ13 through a project called LM69. This endeavor aims to create a retro-style supercar inspired by the golden era of 1960s Jaguar racing cars, specifically envisioning what could have been if the XJ13 had raced at Le Mans in 1969.

The LM69 is not just a tribute; it's a meticulous reimagining of a bygone era. While it takes cues from the XJ13, it is not an exact replica. The LM69 features modern enhancements such as a fixed roof, rear wing, and aerodynamic winglets. These additions, along with wider rims and tires, contribute to its street-legal status in the UK and enhanced performance capabilities.

Underneath its composite material body lies a quad-cam 5.0-liter V12 engine, positioned in the middle for optimal balance and handling. While specifics about the engine remain a mystery, Ecurie Ecosse hints at the possibility of a bespoke 7.3-liter engine, showcasing their dedication to blending heritage with innovation.
The unveiling of the LM69 at the International Concours of Elegance in 2019 was a testament to the timeless allure of Jaguar's racing legacy. Although pricing details remain undisclosed, it's clear that owning a piece of automotive history and innovation will require a substantial investment.
In a world where the past and present collide, the LM69 stands as a bridge between nostalgia and modernity, offering enthusiasts a chance to experience the untold chapter of Jaguar's racing saga. As automotive technology evolves, the spirit of classic racing cars like the XJ13 lives on, ensuring that their legacy remains immortalized on both the track and the streets. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ECURIE ECOSSE | ZIGWHEELS | MOTOR1]
