As reported by the Guardian, on Monday, May 25, 2018, from a series of hypercar ever been produced in the world, and recorded the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is still hold title of the most expensive car with a price tag of US. $4.8 million, or around Rp.68 billion. Wow, really a fantastic number isn't it?

This car is a development of the previous version of the car, the Koenisegg CCRX Edition which also has a pretty fantastic price. Since the first time producing a car, this company always produces special cars at very expensive prices. Even the CEO of Koenisegg, Dag Alexander Hoili revealed that the car they made must have a price above the Bugatti Veyron car.

So, what made it so special that it was given a very expensive price tag? Apparently one of the reasons is the use of diamonds to coat almost all parts of the car. By using the exterior finishing system called the Koenigsegg Diamond Wave Propretary is applied to the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita. These technique is able to combine carbon fiber materials with diamonds.

This car itself was produced in 2009 by using a white base color. Uniquely, the smooth white color that appears on the car body is not like white in general. This white color is also not the result of ordinary film or paint, but comes from carbon fiber plus diamonds used to make the car body. This is what makes the appearance of the Koenisegg CCXR Trevita so shining.

In addition to special materials, the power generation sector is intentionally made special. The car equipped with a 4.8-liter dual-supercharger aluminum V8 engine, which is capable of spewing power up to 1,004 hp @ 7,000 rpm and torque of 1,080 Nm.

With such engine power, it is not surprising that this car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. Even this car has become one of the fastest cars in the world, with top speed reaching 410 km/hour. No wonder, besides being expensive and luxurious, it turns out that the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is also one of the fastest cars in the world.
And thanks to the carbon ceramic brakes installed in the front and rear, this car also has a very capable braking system too. Where to take 0-200-0 km/h only takes 13 seconds. Reportedly, the production of the Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita is very limited, which is only three units and one of them is now on display at the Koenigsegg headquarters. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | GUARDIAN]
