Here's an astonishing Brazilian-made TMC M1 hypercar

Track BEAST Once upon the time, from the southern tip of the American continent had stired the world some time ago when a hypercar appeared whose figure was later revealed to the Twitter's posting by Sergio Fonseca, in May, 2020, which said the hypercar was built by former F1 and IndyCar racer, named Tarso Marques.
Here's Tarso Marques’s astonishing TMC M1 prototype for Brazilian Endurance Championship. (Picture from: DailySportsCar)
Shortly after that, the former Brazilian racer who has established his reputation as an international automotive builder and tuner also presented to public similar figure car creation which was said to be used in the Brazilian Endurance Championship. If we look at its appearance, it looks like a kind of hypercar lifted from an automotive designer's fantasy and then realized into real. Reportedly at the time that the hypercar equipped with a turbo-powered V6 engine had been tested two weeks earlier, and would join the grid whenever racing returns to normal in Brazil.
Furthermore, as quoted from Nivelando Aengenharia, the hypercar mentioned above is called TMC M1, it is a racing car prototype developed by Tarso Marques, and of course, as an automotive builder, he has produced many works. You might even recognize and remember one of the automaker's creations such this quite spectacular, wild futuristic-themed hubless motorcycle named the TMC Dumont, that we've discussed sometime ago.
The TMC Dumont was a futuristic motorcycle powered by an aircraft engine with stunning 36-inch hubless wheels. (Picture from: DailyMail)
Back to the prototype, according to Tarso himself this is the first step of a larger project, which aims to develop the first Brazilian hypercar, a race car that will become a test mule for a concept that will be implemented in a road car. Meanwhile, in its development, it has been noted that several 3D renderings of racing cars have been released since early 2020 via Tarso's social media, even with the appearance of some of these renderings showing that the car was a unique and quite sophisticated one.

Unlike most other concept cars that hardly ever leave the paper, this car is in much better condition, with two models that have been realized so far. The first car realized in the first half of March 2020, and the second ones in early November 2020. And when it undergoing test on the race track, the TMC M1 hypercar's images were uploaded to the internet, so that it earned a lot of comments from the public who dubbed it the Batmobile, due to the sleek and menacing profile matched to the black body color.

The hypercar, which has an appearance similar to the Batmobile, is said to be the first to be manufactured in Brazil, has an aerodynamic bodywork that was designed and developed by using the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) system, and is built on a carbon monocoque chassis.

Not surprisingly, the hypercar finally has a fairly light weight, which is around 940 kg. Another interesting thing is the steering wheel, also developed locally in Brazil which being closer to a F1 or LMP car and that is really a step forward compared to another local prototypes.
Probably TMC M1 engine is a mid-mounted naturally aspirated Chevy V6 engine which has highly modified coupled with Hewland sequential 6-speed transaxle. (Picture from: NivelandoAengeharia)
As we can see from its appearance, this TMC M1 hypercar does not have a conventional door, so to enter the cabin you have to open the canopy, like a fighter jet. Still in front, the nose is raised like most formula cars. Furthermore, we can see the existence of a very unique shaped front fender vent.
Moving from the front, there is the omnipresent dorsal fin and a pack of louvers to vent hot air from the radiator and engine compartments. Rear brake air cooling is provided by intakes on the rear fenders, a solution fairly common on current LMPs. The rear wing does not seem to have a central support, being kept in place by the endplates, however the dorsal fin may be doubling as a support here.
Finally, the TMC M1 hypercar has given a better view after got many additional details and updates, especially since the car is now painted in white instead of black. (Picture from: NivelandoAengeharia)
Besides that, this TMC M1 hypercar is also equipped with many advanced features such as DRS, ABS, TC, SW, MAP, and turbo-boost. The most outstanding items however, are the rotating knobs on both side labelled F. Flap and R. Flap, that may be an indication of some sort of aerodynamic adjustment attached on the car.
The TMC M1 hypercar does not have a conventional door, so to enter the cabin you have to open the canopy, like a fighter jet. (Picture from: NivelandoAengeharia)
As for the drivetrain, as previously mentioned, the Brazilian-made TMC M1 hypercar will adopt a twin-turbo V6 engine (unfortunately, there was no specific mention of where this engine would come from). There is a possibility of this hypercar will use a mid-mounted naturally aspirated Chevy V6 engine which has highly modified coupled with Hewland sequential 6-speed transaxle.
The TMC M1’s steering wheel is really a step forward compared to other local Brazilian prototypes, being closer to a F1 or LMP car. (Picture from: NivelandoAengeharia)
As a true Brazilian, Tarso Marques is relying heavily on his compatriot Brazilian suppliers for his unique car like; exhaust manifold and engine tunning from Illicit Customs, Master Power turbochargers, W45-I wastegates from Auto Boost Performance Parts, fuel pump from Infutech Billet Parts, everything managed by a S8000 Injepro ECU. Besides, like we said previously, the chassis is a carbon monocoque built by Rallc Usinagem&Composto.
The process of developing this Brazilian hypercar continues to be carried out to get the best combination of design and performance, and finally the TMC M1 hypercar has given a better view after got many additional details and updates, especially since the car is now painted in white instead of black. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | TARSOMARQUES | NIVELANDOAENGENHARIA  | DAILYSPORTSCAR | DIARIOMOTOR ]

The Diatto GT Ottovú launched as an effort to revive the brand

Rare ONES This Zagato-made car is truly unique, because apart from having a design that is rarely seen  in any world auto exhibitions, it also carries a brand that is rarely heard of by the public. At first glance, the Diatto GT Ottovú Zagato model, that's how this unique car is named, and looks similar to the Maserati GS model that we discussed earlier and also happens to be made by the Milan-based coachbuilding company.
The Diatto GT Ottovù Zagato is built as the Milan-based coachbuilder'sattempt to revive the Diatto brand and at the same time to celebrate its 100th anniversary. (Picture from: Carscoops)
As quoted from Carscoops, the Diatto GT Ottovú Zagato concept was introduced for the first time at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show as Zagato's attempt to revive the brand and at the same time to celebrate its 100th anniversary.
The Diatto GT Ottovù Zagato was first introducedfor the first time at the 2007 Geneva Motor Show(Picture from: Carscoops)
Then maybe you will ask about the brand of Diatto where in one part of its business journey was coincidentally ever had related to the famous Maserati name. As quoted from Wikipedia, Diatto was an Italian manufacturing company founded in 1835 in Turin by Guglielmo Diatto.
The Diatto GT Ottovù Zagato features a handcrafted aluminum body which allows the car to weigh just 1,650 kg(Picture from: Carscoops)
Initially, the company produced railroad cars. And starting in the early 1900s this Italian company then produced its own motor. The name Diatto became more and more famous after dabbling in the world of motorsports in the 1920s with a series of racing cars with frames from Bugatti.
The Diatto GT Ottovù Zagato's interior look nice, because it has premium leather seats coupled with metallic trim. (Picture from: Carscoops)
Some Diatto racing cars were prepared and raced by Alfieri Maserati who left Diatto in 1926 to establish the Maserati marque with his brothers. Diatto cars were known for their innovative engineering and as early as the 1920s they were equipped with four-wheel brakes and four-speed gearboxes. Unfortunately, the Italian auto company Diatto ceased production in 1929.
The Diatto GT Ottovù Zagato concept is envisioned using a 5.0-liter V8 producing 580 bhp, allowing the car to accelerate from rest to 100 kph in less than 4 seconds(Picture from: Carscoops)
It goes on to say that the Diatto Ottovú Zagato was designed to be a modern interpretation of the 1920s Diatto Grand Prix racing car. The concept features a handcrafted aluminum body which allows the car to weigh just 1,650 kg. The exterior design of this car can be said to carry a classic elegant theme, as well as its interior look nice, because it has premium leather seats coupled with metallic trim.
Furthermore, the concept is envisioned using a 5.0-liter V8 producing 580 bhp, allowing the car to accelerate from rest to 100 kph in less than 4 seconds. No word yet on the engine that will be used for the production version. As the word "Ottovù" incidentally means "V8" in Italian. It's clear indication of the engine powering this vehicle and show of the car's sporting intent.
And this seems to be in line with the plans that will be carried out by this brand to introduce a 650 bhp powered variant as well as a top of the line version with a 12-cylinder engine that produces 750 bhp. However, after 6 years, there is no sign that this brand has fulfilled its promise to launch its production version. So that's the highlight of a unique model from a brand that is rarely known to the public. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CARSCOOPS | ITALIASPEED | WIKIPEDIA | MOTORLEGEND ]

The forgotten sted Ferrari 412 Ventoroso

Forgotten ONES Ferrari as one of the world's leading automotive manufacturers is known to have produced many exotic cars, but not all of them are officially produced by this manufacturer based in Maranello, Italy. Because many of the cars are also done by third parties, especially coachbuilders who build Ferrari cars based on orders.
The 1989 Ferrari 412 Ventorosso is a one-off topless creation from Carrozzeria Pavesi, which isn't the most well-known Italian coachbuilder in history. (Picture from: Carrozzieri-Italiani)
Now, on this occasion we will discuss one of the unique prancing sted models from the late 1980s called the Ferrari 412 Ventoroso which was done by an Italian coachbuilder based on the Ferrari 412, and the results are rarely known and even very rarely seen by the public. Could be said that the Ventorosso is a very special car designed and built into a unique convertible styled specimen by a Milan-based talented builder, Carrozzeria Pavesi, based on the mechanics of the Ferrari 412 back in 1989.
The 1989 Ferrari 412 Ventorosso carried a new body look more modern than its donor which known before its roots was the old-school 400 steds of the 1970s Pininfarina project result. (Picture from: Carrozzieri-Italiani)
As quoted from Carrozzieri-Italiani, the work process begins with completely disassembling the car, then installing a new body on top whose design looks more modern than the donor which known before its roots was the old-school 400 steds of the 1970s Pininfarina project result. A moment later, the Ventorosso was born, which was able to make the Ferrari to be pleased because the original mechanics were fully maintained without any changes at all.
The Carrozzeria Pavesi is a less-known Milano-based coachbuilding company whose initially known has specialized in making a hearse then shifted its business into an armored vehicle builder. (Picture from: Autoblog)
As we can see, every body panel at the front was reworked, where as the bonnet acquired a different grille pattern, the pop-up headlamps were removed, while the normal headlamps were enlarged and reshaped into a more pleasing design. In addition the bumper gets a massive grille, while the lower apron is redesigned and looks similar to the Testarossa.
There is no information about what changed in the cabin, it seems Pavesi left the cabin untouched. (Picture from: Carrozzieri-Italiani)
There is no information as to what changed inside the cabin, but based on the photos, Pavesi left the cabin untouched. That's good, as in the 1980s, Ferraris were more about driving than riding in a fancy cabin and the 412 is the perfect example to illustrate that. Sure, most surfaces were wrapped in leather and the fit and finish was good, but the 412 lacked features such as two-tone dashboards, contrast stitching, and race-inspired seats.
Besides it has a massive grille in the front, while the lower apron of the 1989 Ferrari 412 Ventorosso is redesigned and making it looks like the Testarossa. (Picture from: Carrozzieri-Italiani)
Well what about the price? As quoted from TopSpeed, this unique convertible built by Pavesi Ventorosso is being sold by Maranello Service of Calvatone, Italy for €120,000, which converts to around $136,600 as of April 2016. Quite a lot for a 412, but pretty affordable for a vehicle that's unique. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | PAVESI | CARROZZIERI-ITALIANI | TOPSPEED | AUTOBLOG ]

Here's one speed demon inspired by 1960s track cars ready to roll

Track BEAST Until today, there have been many great creations were born into the world's automotive would like to get their turn to be driven fast on tarmacs of racing tracks or highway. Accordance to this, and as one of true automotive enthutiats as well, our curiousity always disturbed when we find such figure of exotic cars (at least in our opinion) pass in our sight while surfing in internet.
This is the Scioto Coupe, a track-focused two seater sports car produced by Fields Auto Works and is clearly inspired by a series of Le Mans racers from the 1960s. (Picture from: HiConsumption)
And just recently, we;ve found a such kind of car, so sparks our interest in discussing about it. This car represents a lifetime of automotive insight, dream and aspiration to create the perfect car. The mentioned car was the Scioto Coupe, a track-focused sports car produced by Fields Auto Works.
The Fields Scioto Coupe's fiberglass bodywork has been designed to cut through the air with ease. (Picture from: HiConsumption)
Then who is the person behind the making of this car? He is Bob Fields who has been sketching these cars for years, designing them all on grid paper complete with extensive parts drawings, making money in his garage, and now in retirement along with his son Rob estabilished a thriving and successful automotive start-up company based in Ohio with this unique shaped sports car as their second car made.

The company's first race car, the Cardinal Coupe which was already race prior on the racing tracks with an impressive records. While for the second one, they hired an expert to take all of their cumulative designs and engineering at Scioto into a computer and attach a clean style on it. The aerodynamic features were retained and Bob Fields was still working on the internal chassis designs and executing the project.
The company's first race car, the Fields Cardinal Coupe which was already race prior on the racing tracks with an impressive records. (Picture from: Autoblog)
As quoted from Carbuzz, the Scioto Coupe appears like a reflection of the racing cars of the past. The car profile is clearly inspired by a series of Le Mans racers from the 60s. This can be seen on the front which has a resemblance to the Ford GT. There are also Nissan R390 (24 Hours of Le Mans veteran) impressions in the rear profile and overall shape. Although it draws inspiration from several sources, it is undeniably quite interesting.
Thanks to the using fiberglass materials for Scioto's bodywork, the automaker manages to make it has a relatively light weight of only 1,900 lbs. (Picture from: CarBuzz)
Besides its bodywork has been designed to cut through the air with ease, the using osf fiberglass on Scioto's bodywork manages to make it has a relatively light weight of only 1,900 lbs. With such a weight, actually this car does not need a big engine to move vigorously. However, it didn't stop this Ohio-based bespoke automaker from installing an LS-based V8 engine with 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. Nevertheless there's always another option, if you want 60% more power you'll have to be willing to spend the extra money as a consequence. Then the automaker provides its customers with two transmission options, namely a six-speed manual or a sequential transaxle box.
The Fields Scioto Coupe is powered by an LS-based V8 engine for burst 505 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. (Picture from: FieldsAutoWorks)
As you can see, the Scioto Coupe adopted a mid-mounted drivetrain which is intended for optimal balance and handling, helped further by the double control arm pull-rod suspension. Besides that, this car is also equipped with fully adjustable coilover dampers, allowing the driver to set it according to his wishes. Next for its brake system, the Scioto Coupe receives a four-piston caliper brake system with two-section ventilated rotors. The system can also be adjusted by the driver via the cockpit-mounted brake bias control.
The Fields Scioto Coupe mid-mounted drivetrain which is intended for optimal balance and handling. (Picture from: CarBuzz)
To be able to enter the Scioto Coupe cabin, the automaker is provided a unique gullwing door feature, and inside the cabin you'll find a cockpit with space for two occupants just features the essentials ones such composite sport seats, six-point harnesses, and a six-inch driver display. While what has been offered above is quite impressive, the Ohio-based car company still have many other offerings for customers. So how much did all that cost? Furthermore the bespoke automaker says prices start at $115,000 (and that doesn't include the engine).
Eventhough this number looks high for a racing car, there is no denying that it is a unique way to be existed with something unique and stylish when speeding on the racetrack. It's still significantly cheaper than the KTM GT-XR, which costs aronud $306,575. Or if you still insisted on getting something much cheaper, then you can try using other cars made by Fields Auto Works such as the Cardinal Coupe which has a price tag starting at $ 50,000.😍
Unfortunately, there's no word on how many of the Scioto Coupe will be produced, the Ohio-based automaker only said that the first batch has already sold out. But don't worry, the second allocation has been prepared, with deliveries expected to start at the end of 2023. So, if you are interested one of models or both (Scioto Coupe and Cardinal Coupe), you can start by ordering them in HERE...! 😎 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | FIELDS AUTO WORKS | CARBUZZ | AUTOBLOG | COROFLOT | DRIVINGYOURDREAM ]

The first supercar made in Afghanistan was unveiled

Open MINDED Automotive passion should indeed apply universally, which is not related to place and time. Because, in creating an automotive work should be arosed from sincerely minded creators who want to making an automotive work regardless of times of peace or war, conducive or chaotic atmosphere.
The ENTOP Mada 9 'Black Swan' is the Afghanistan’s first supercar combines stunning looks with the heart of a Toyota Corolla and inspiration from Australian wildlife.. (Picture from: News.com.au)
For that we can take an example, in Afghanistan. We already know that the atmosphere of the country in the South Asian region is far from conducive or even peaceful, however, a unique supercar was born from there. Well recently, the Taliban faction who now in reign over Afghanistan showed off the prototype of their first supercar that was assembled in the country. The supercar named Mada 9 is assembled with a Toyota Corolla engine and gets the name inspiration from Australian wildlife.
The ENTOP Mada 9 'Black Swan' was assembled by the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute in collaboration with a local fledgling car company called ENTOP. (Picture from: News.com.au)
As reported by news.com.au, it was stated that the figure of the black supercar was assembled by the Afghanistan Technical Vocational Institute in collaboration with a local fledgling car company called ENTOP. After it was finished and shown to the public, the appearance of this sleek-engined supercar immediately attracted the attention of world automotive enthusiasts.
The ENTOP Mada 9 'Black Swan' equipped with a motorsport-inspired pushrod suspension and thin LED lights. (Picture from: News.com.au)
As you can see, this supercar has a frightening style at a glance looks similar to the Lamborghini Aventador, besides that this Afghan-made supercar is also equipped with a motorsport-inspired pushrod suspension and thin LED lights.
But don't ever think that this Afghan' supercar would be powered by a V12 engine like one used in the Lamborghini models. In contrast, this sleek coupe uses a 1.8-liter engine derived from a Toyota Corolla, and is mounted in the center to drive its rear wheels. In fact, such a combination is commonplace, which we can find in a British-made car Lotus Elise, and few car enthusiasts think that this car is nothing more than a brilliant sports car.
The ENTOP Mada 9 'Black Swan' powered by a Toyota Corolla engine is mounted in a tube frame chassis. (Picture from: News.com.au)
According to the chief executive of ENTOP, Muhammad Raza Ahmadi, as he stated in YouTube video, that his hand-assembled prototype is called Mada 9, which was inspired by the wildlife that Western explorers found when they first set foot in Australia. However, he said the name could still be changed later.
Ahmadi took the Mada 9 'Black Swan' to Bagram, which was once a western military stronghold. (Picture from: News.com.au)
"We meant to name this car 'Black Swan'. You know, before discovery of the Australia, people only saw white swans. At that time, when people wanted to make examples of weird things, they called them, black swan," explained Ahmadi.
"Swans were white, but when the continent of Australia was discovered, people witnessed the opposite," (Picture from: News.com.au)
"Swans were white, but when the continent of Australia was discovered, people witnessed the opposite," he added. And with a parable like the wild fowl from Western Australia that shocked Western explorers, Ahmadi hopes to change the way people see his country.
"Foreigners believe that all people in Afghanistan are poor and need humanitarian assistance to survive. In such a situation, the invention of this car can be viewed as if a black swan has emerged from white swans," he said. "I think we should name it 'Black Swan' so that the historical memory of this nation will never forget that there is still hope no matter what they are going through," said Ahmadi.

It seems that the Mada 9 supercar has got the blessing of the Taliban faction that is reign power in that country. This is reflected in a video posted in the Twitter's official account of the Taliban spokesman, Zabihullah Mujahid, which appears to show the supercar with a simple narrative that reads; the 'car made in Afghanistan'*** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ENTOP | NEWS.COM.AU | THEDRIVE ]

Take a look back the Maserati GS Zagato

Unique ONES As we all knew, that Maserati as an automotive company that has existed for a long time, of course, has produced many exotic models. And among the many models, it turns out that many have succeeded attracting interest of coachbuilder like Zagato to make improvements so that other unique and exotic models emerged, such as the following Maserati GS Zagato.
The Maserati GS Zagato is built by Zagatofor Paolo Boffi, a successful furnishing and luxury design entrepreneur, and at the 2007 Concours d'Elegance Villa d'Este in Cernobbio, Italy. (Picture from: UltimateCarPage)
Like many of its illustrious ancestors, the Maserati GS Zagato has all-aluminum bodywork and bears the famous Trident badges of Maserati on the hood and Zagato's Z on the wings, expressing timeless Italian excellence in form and content. A match-winning combination of strong and reliable mechanics, with an elegant and sporty style, both carefully crafted in Italy.

As quoted of MotorTrend, the mentioned car commissioned by Paolo Boffi, a successful furnishing and luxury design entrepreneur, the GS Zagato is based on the Maserati GranSport Spyder and is said to bear a design that echoes 1954's Maserati A6 G Zagato or this one.
The Maserati GS Zagato's interior featured with bespoke upholstery saw its way into Zagato commissions and was meticulously crafted by the finest hands in the industry. (Picture from: UltimateCarPage)
For compact coupé purists, fans of the Milano-based brand, this is a two-seater hatchback, with a sleek profile and neat tail. The 180 mm shorter wheelbase, spin-off of the Spyder, provides excellent handling and cornering stability, with outstanding torsional rigidity.

As quoted of Superscars, in homage to the tradition of the gentlemen drivers who asked Zagato to transform the bodywork of their cars, modern collectors choose mechanics at the top level of technical evolution and address' them in tailor-made garments that increase in value as time passes. Unfortunately, we didn't find suitable video featuring this car and instead here is a video about the 1956 Maserati A6G/2000 Zagato;
As we all knew, Zagato founded in 1919 as an auto and aircraft workshop, and has stamped its famous badges on all the most important mechanics of the past century, seizing the opportunity to create a something of instant classic every time.
