Well, this cute, funny and unique vehicle in the picture above has shown off at a The Little Car Show at Monterey Car Week 2017 which is usually a favorite of American automotive fans. And this is not an ordinary cute car figure, but already extraordinary.

When viewed from the name, it is clear that the car (if you want to call it a car) was inspired by the funny figure of an imaginary creature with the same name that appeared in one of the famous science fiction films "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" released in 2015.

The owner-made Ewock is probably our best show ever and looks like something a genius kid put together in an auto shop. The body was two fenders from a 1946 Plymouth welded together and powered by a bicycle engine connected to a 12 volt battery.

And at first glance the shape looks similar to the Sqweeks, a new Autobot character in the fifth sequel of Michael Bay's directed movie titled Transformers: The Last Knight, named Sqweeks built based on Vespa VBB.
The funny figure shows a grille, turn lights, console switch and brake light coming from the 1969 Jaguar XJ6. The wheels are taken off a a wheelbarrow and a hand truck.

This is one of ItalDesign's lively pieces that was presented at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show called the Alfa Romeo Brera concept. The concept car is intended as a proposal that is right on target and worthy included in the Alfa Romeo's lineup.

With a 4,700 cc DOHC V8 engine under its hood, the Bora signaled Maserati's venture into the mid-engine configuration, a departure from its traditional designs. Hyperion Motors is one of the American start-up company who done it. Since its establishment in 2011, the company has been employed a brilliant human resources to run the high-tech company focused on revolutionizing the hydrogen fuel system in the automotive industry. The Orange, California based company which is reportedly is being developing its future vision through a hydrogen-powered hypercar called, Hyperion XP-1.
By relying on its hydrogen fuel technology through the XP-1 variant, Hyperion tries to convince itself to try and fill the gap in the new segment by making a technological breakthrough, and not to follow in the steps of other automotive manufacturers who are busy themselves in the development of electric vehicles.

Unmitigated, this American start-up company claims that the Hyperion XP-1 in one full refueling can go more than 1,600 km. As reported by Autoblog, not only its miliages, the XP-1 hydrogen-powered hypercar is also capable of spewing out over 1,000 hp and can accelerate from 0-100 kph in just two seconds.

In either mode, the Californian designer claims his Firenze Lanciare will outperform any of the other flying-car designs under development.
While flying in the air, it uses the retractable wings extended, coupled with the the 2,000 lbs harnessing thrust derived from the two Williams FJ-33 jet engines, the Firenze Lanciare looks like a sci-fi aircraft. And said to be had an air cruising speed of 520 mph and a range of about 850 miles, thanks to a 300 gallon fuel tank. While on the road, Firenze Lanciare will uses two Tesla's electric motors with totaling 1,000 hp, so it can be accelerated from 0 to 60 mph such as the Lambo's acceleration, ie in less than four seconds.

As a former jet pilot, Brown showed that most of the systems and design elements used in the concept are already present in the aircraft todays. These elements include a blend of high-tech materials to provide strength while keeping weight down, including its foam-core body wrapped in carbon fiber, a chromoly frame and aluminum chassis.
Furthermore, the retractable tires produced by several automotive manufacturers already meet its proposed engineering specs. Then they combine with the off-road truck suspensions to allow rough-strip landings, while the jet thrust and carbon-fiber brakes mean the Firenze would only need 2,500 feet of runway.
While the cockpit is not like the most aircrafts have, its interior is a pure supercar. Inside, the avionics includes a head-up display and fully redundant mechanical controls backed up by electrically actuated flaps and stabilizers. The leather seats for four occupants are coupled with sound-insulating foam, while laminated polycarbonate windows combine strength and sound dampening.

So far, the flying car true uses remains an unanswered question and potentially invites endless debate. Not to mention that you still need to take off and land at the airport under current laws and keep appointments for private airstrips. Is it much easier to drive to the airport, switch to flight mode, go through the initial check and take off than just to drive, park and transfer to a plane? Do the flying cars still sound more fun?
Still, in every commuter's minds could generally be described as follow, they driving a supercar down the highway and suddenly blasting up into the sky to get out of a traffic jam, or backing out of the driveway, firing up the jets and using the street as a runway. The fantasy such as the Jetson are universal, and soon to be realized into real.

Recently, a Tokyo-based drone specialized startup company named A.L.I Technologies Inc. showing off its hoverbike products at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show (TMS). And the plan is that the hoverbikes will be sold starting 2020.

Of the appearance, the company's hoverbike named Air-Mobility "Xturismo" Limited Edition. Even though at first glance the driver's "position" resembles a motorcycle rider, in fact, it said has a look inspired by a sports car. The company claims that this hoverbike is capable of floating in the air as high as 2 meters in just three seconds. And the hoverbike is also capable of flying while on speeding at high speed. Dimensionally, this hoverbike has a length of 2.8 meters and also has ten propellers mounted on its body. As for the engine, it uses the petrol engine but the details remain unknown yet.

The company says this model will be launched in 2020, outside Japan (prices have not yet been released), but orders have begun. Furthermore, it is also mentioned, that this hoverbike will be built and marketed in limited quantities. Large scale production is expected to begin in 2021 so that it can reach the Japanese market in 2022.
