ARTWorkIn order to commemorate its 60th anniversary, Automobili-Lamborghini S.p.A. collaborated with Japan's most influential contemporary artist, IKEUCHI with goal to create an artistic platform through its supercar productions, as the result here's the one-and-only Lamborghini Huracán STO Time Chaser_111100 and Time Gazer artworks. While related to its unusual name, actually 111100 is the binary code for the number 60 as in recognition of the Italian raging bull supercar maker's anniversary in this year of 2023.

It's in accordance with the motto of its 60th anniversary, namely "The future began in 1963,"Automobili-Lamborghini together with its worldwide network consisted of 180 dealers in 53 different countries, have decided to undertake a cross-sectional project, in which the differ market will be working with internationally renowned artists to commemorate its 60th anniversary.
For then it was referred as the "Chasing the Future" project was intended to create an artistic platform in which the Italian raging bull supercar maker company intended to explore in all its forms, the Lamborghini's core values that have always distinguished in the past, present, and also as a reference for the future. This first collaboration in Japan with IKEUCHI, as the results had presented in Tokyo in Februari 2023 then.

Since emerging on the art scene as an artist in the early 2010s, IKEUCHI's unparalleled talent has quickly captured the world's attention and led to collaborations with world-renowned brands and influential artists. And in his collaborative work with Lamborghini, IKEUCHI seems inspired by cyberpunk and robot realms, where he combines plastic models with industrial product components to create visions of the future complete with conventional functions.
The Lamborghini Huracán STO Time Chaser_111100 was built by combining original parts from Lamborghini’s previous anniversary editions including the Countach 25th Anniversary, the Diablo SE30, Murciélago 40th and Aventador LP 720-4 50th. (Picture from: TopGear)
IKEUCHI further said that the Time Gazer and Time Chaser were made by combining original parts taken from the past anniversary Lamborghini models such as the Lamborghini Countach 25th Anniversary, Lamborghini Diablo
SE30, Lamborghini Murcielago 40th Anniversary, and Lamborghini Aventador
LP-720-4 50th Anniversary.
IKEUCHI takes inspiration from cyberpunk and robot anime, hence the distinctive styling of this module that sits atop the V10. (Picture from: TopGear)
By combining these parts and other elements, IKEUCHI interprets the Huracán STO in his signature futuristic cyber-industrial style. And all of these were meant to be a celebration of marque's history from the past with the aim of living longer in the future as well, and hopes to Lamborghini as the owners and many others would enjoyed this collaboration result as an artwork to commemorate the next chapter of such this ever-evolving brand.
If IKEUCHI leaving the STO drivetrain untouched, that means a lightweight body (1,339 kg, about 43 kg less than the regular Huracán) packing a 5.2-liter V10 of 631 bhp/416 lb.ft and plenty of downforce. (Picture from: TopGear)
It seems that these projects maximally explore the common themes shared by Lamborghini and IKEUCHI, namely the concepts of "time" and "eternity": as we can see on the Time Gazer that is made using genuine Lamborghini parts and is a large-scale artwork which is meant to encapsulate IKEUCHI's vision of the past, present and future through the lens of Lamborghini's evolution.
The Time Gazer was a sort of simulator model to present IKEUCHI's vision of "past, present and future through the lens of Lamborghini's evolution". (Picture from: TopGear)
Meanwhile, the Lamborghini Huracán STO Time Chaser_111100 is the one-and-only creation that brilliantly expresses the theme of IKEUCHI cybernetics and Lamborghini's 60-year history which includes shared values to always be at the forefront. time and breaking the rules of the past through creative and authentic expression. Despite this, Lamborghini's influence legacy on this limited edition work is marked by clear references to the launch colors of the previous anniversary models and by using the binary code of 111100 for the number 60 as the naming itself imprinted on the car's door bones.
The Time Gazer was built by using various original Lamborghini parts, like intakes, engine cover, switchgear, a wheel and so on.. (Picture from: TopGear)
Davide Sfrecola, Head of Japan Automobili-Lamborghini, explained that they are very pleased to capture such a valuable collaboration with IKEUCHI that represents the future of Japan. As you can see, it was a spectacular creation made up of broken motherboards, plastic and electrical wires intricately shaped to create a masterpiece of cyberpunk apocalyptic aesthetic.
According to the Chairman and CEO of Automobili-Lamborghini, Stephan Winkelmann, that Lamborghini is very proud to be able to present this artwork together with IKEUCHI in this unforgettable 60th Anniversary. The Lamborghini Huracán STO Time Chaser_111100 truly blends tradition and innovation, past and future while perfectly embodying on the Lamborghini's 60th Anniversary milestone, and promised to continue to grow as a bold and unconventional brand, never ceasing to challenge itself. UniqueONES History records that Citroën Golden Scarab or Scarabee d'Or in French (known also K1 HP Type B2), became the first vehicle to cross the Sahara desert in December 1922. The story begins when Andrë Citroën was convinced that it would be possible and beneficial to cross the Sahara by automobile. After World War I, the prospect of a direct link between mainland France and Equatorial Africa appealed to settlers, the military and the scientific community alike.

On December 17th, 1922 a team of 10 people (including several army officers and a geographer) and 5 Citroën P2 half-tracked vehicles, led by Georges-Marie Haardt and Louis Audoin-Dubreuil, left Touggourt, Algeria en route to Timbuktu, Mali. After 20 days of strenuous and eventful traveling in one of the most inhospitable regions on the planet the expedition arrived there on January 7, 1923.

The successful design (by utilizing endless rubber treads, allowing the vehicles to drive off-road over various forms of terrain) was the brainchild of a talented engineer named Adolphe Këgresse. The French automaker company produced these types of vehicles from January 1921 onwards and now almost 100 years later, Citroën has managed to present a replica that is identical to the original one.
Replica of Citroën Scarabee d'Or or Golden Scarab half-track vehicle was built involved a team of 160 students as well as 40 teachers in the process. (Picture from: Petrolicious)
By having a complicated design, in the process was ever hampered once and then resumed in 2016. To complete the project, Citroën collaborated with a team of 160 students as well as 40 teachers in making construction and redesigning those antique half-track vehicles. However, the French automotive manufacturer wants to maintain its original looks, with the drive composition of two-wheels in the front and a track behind, as well as space for two people in a medium-sized cabin.

"In this year of Citroën’s centenary, the rebuilding of the Golden Scarab takes on a whole new dimension. We are proud to support and take part in this new adventure, an educational project that presents a genuine half-way replica," said Linda Jackson, Citroën CEO as reported by Carscoopson Tuesday, May 21, 2019. The Golden Scarab has very simple, but high-tech specifications in its time. This vehicle has a length of 3.65 meters (143.7 inches), width of 1.4 meters (55.1 inches) and height of 1.68 meters (66.1 inches), and weighs around 800 kg (1,764 lbs).

This vehicle is also supported by a lightly-stressed 1.5-liter four-cylinder inline engine which is capable of producing power of 20 hp at 2,100 rpm. The engine is incorporated into a 3-speed gearbox mounted on the rear axle.
Citroën has displayed this special half-track vehicle replica in Paris in mid-June 2019. Continued, shown off at the Champs-Elysees on July 18, 2019. Then on July 19-21, this half-track vehicle underwent a number of tests to prove its toughness through a series of demonstrations at various events celebrating Citroën’s centenary during the year of 2019. *** [EKA [05062019] | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CITROËN | CARSCOOPS | CLASSIC.COM | PETROLICIOUS]

Study Design As we already know, the well-known German automotive manufacturer Porsche AG. on June 4th, 2023 will celebrate its 75th Anniversary, since it was first founded by Dr. Ferdinand Porsche in 1948 then, which was marked by the first production model of Porsche 356/1 Roadster.

And reportedly, to commemorate the Porsche' 75th Anniversary, on earlier this year the Stuttgart-based automaker has announced will launch a concept car called the Porsche Vision 357, and at the same time this concept car was also presented as a homage for the legendary model Porsche 356/1 Roadster.

As quoted from Autoblog, Vice President of Style Porsche Michael Mauer said on January 27th, 2023, that's an attempt to combine past, present and future with coherence by presenting it in proportion to remind us of historical archetypes and details that visualize future prospects.

As we can see from the exterior appearance which looks very sleek, this Porsche Vision 357 also has the lower body elements removed behind the wheels to allow for ventilation function. The trunk lid is inspired by Porsche motorsport body panels, with the door and window frames are made of natural fiber-reinforced plastic similar to conventional carbon fiber.

At the front and rear, Porsche has deliberately hidden the lights behind perforations of the body panels while integrating the third brake light into the rear grille motif, which is also one of design cues taken from the original 356/1 Roadster.
The Porsche Vision 357' exterior finished the exterior with a two-tone paint scheme, namely Ice Gray Metallic which covered most of the car and Grivola Gray Metallic which accented the front bumper. (Picture from: id.Motor1)
Then there are other uniqueness, such as the absence of door handles, which in fact are deliberately placed by the Vision 357' designers on the rear-side glass. Then the rearview mirror which is usually installed on the side (of the cars in general) is also absent, and is replaced by a camera.
The Porsche Vision 357 also embellished by large "75" stickers adorning the doors and hood, while subtle "357" stickers were on the front fenders and rear fascia. (Picture from: id.Motor1)
Although this concept car is said to be heavily inspired by the legendary 356/1 Roadster, not all of its styles have been adopted. This can be seen in the Vision 357 not having a split in half windshield like the one in its inspiration source. Instead Porsche used with the concept glass by wrapping it around the black-colored A-pillars to unite the three window elements into one piece and resemble a helmet visor.

The Bavarian automaker then finished the exterior with a two-tone paint scheme adopted from the legendary Porsche colors of the 1950s, namely Ice Gray Metallic which covered most of the car and Grivola Gray Metallic which accented the front bumper.

It was then embellished by large "75" stickers adorning the doors and hood, while subtle "357" stickers were on the front fenders and rear fascia. Not only that, the German automaker even marked the air intakes on the rear side windows with an "Air" sticker and an arrow pointing to the inlet.

Meanwhile, on the legs, Porsche installed 20-inch magnesium wheels made of carbon fiber hubcaps that are "aerodynamically advantageous" in its four corners. These are also deliberately made to resemble the tires used on the Porsche 356 A and 356 B models.
At rear, the Porsche Vision 357 featured with two bluish titanium exhausts with a ceramic interior.(Picture from: id.Motor1)
As quoted from Motor1, the Porsche Vision 357 is a design study concept built on the 718 Cayman GT4 RS platform, while also adopting its powertrain, namely a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six rear-mounted engine. In theory, this engine should produce around 493 horsepower (362 kilowatts). Furthermore, Porsche also equipped the Vision 357 with a bluish titanium exhaust system with a ceramic interior.
At rear, the Porsche Vision 357 has deliberately hidden the lights behind perforations of the body panels while integrating the third brake light into the rear grille motif.(Picture from: id.Motor1)
Still related to the engine, the German automaker company said it would design a mid-mounted powertrain to accommodate synthetic fuels, but this in no way indicated that the German manufacturer had plans to produce the car, because indeed the Porsche Vision 357 is still limited to a concept car.
The Porsche Vision 357 had debuted and shown on display at a special exhibition to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of Porsche at the Volkswagen Group's Drive Forum in Berlin on January 27th to mid-February. And reportedly, Porsche is planning to showcase the concept car at other international events along this year (recently, the Porsche Vision 357 was exhibited at the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show in April 2023). *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | PORSCHE | AUTOBLOG | ID.MOTOR1 ]

As the Pu+Ra name implies, this Lancia's fully electric-powered concept car embodies the principles of the brand's new design language, which is 'Pure' and 'Radical,' where the car' volume is created from the intersection of basic and iconic shapes such as circles and triangles, combined with some eclectic details. So it is not surprising then that the concept car is claimed as an expression of timeless Italian design, with a sustainable and innovative approach that goes beyond the common automotive language.

Besides that we can also clearly see that the new concept car is a smallish two-door coupe with the doors flowing into the rear fender with a slight rear flare that appears a bit short. While the front section beyond the A-pillars is still hidden from view, the visible proportions suggest the concept will be quite small in stature.
The Lancia Pu+Ra HPE' interior is the result of a collaboration between Lancia and Cassina expresses full coherence with the brand's new pure and radical design language. (Picture from: AutoDesignMagazine)
Furthermore the rear, it focused by offering a top-down view and featuring a prominent horizontal stripe on the rear window, but further down we can see the round taillights very similar to the Lancia' iconic model Stratos. That's not coincidence, due to Lancia specifically cited the Stratos as an inspiration source not only for the lights, but the short rear deck with a small, sharp lines spoiler are also reminiscent of the legendary model.
Then inspiration from Italian furniture design is evident in the round rugs and front seats, which are inspired by the Maralunga armchair designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina. (Picture from: AutoDesignMagazine)
Well, due to the unique design of the Lancia Pu+Ra HPE, no one would have thought that it was inspired by the world of furniture. As you can see the the Lancia Pu+Ra HPE' interior is the result of a collaboration between Lancia and Cassina expresses full coherence with the brand's new pure and radical design language, thanks to the use of iconic and simple forms that eschew the language of the car.

Unfortunately the technical details have not been disclosed yet by the automaker, but what is clear and certain, it equipped with various advanced technologies, because this fully electric-driven concept car carries the Italian brand's vision in terms of a range of more than 700 km, charging time of more than 10 minutes and energy consumption of less than 10 kWh per 100 km.
The automaker further said that the Lancia Pu+Ra HPE is the first car equipped with the Sound Air Light Augmentation (SALA) virtual interface that we will find on the new Ypsilon. And thanks to SALA, Lancia will be the first Stellantis brand to adopt Chameleon and TAPE (Tailored Predictive Experience) technologies, which centralize audio, climate control and lighting functions, and enable the creation of an in-car environment at the touch of a button or by your voice.
"Today Lancia presents Lancia Pu+Ra HPE, the brand vision for the next 10 years that takes the brand into the era of electric mobility and defines the way we understand and feel the car. Giant Tortoise Indeed the world is full of surprises, especially from those who have everything. Well, who doesn't know one of the Middle East super-rich countries, Saudi Arabia? Recently, the world's main oil-producing country shook the world by launching its newest mega-project to be built a gigantic cruise ship called Pangeos the Terayacht in collaboration with an Italian design house.
Pangeos the Terayacht is a gigantic cruise ship designed by Pierpaolo Lazzarini through his company Lazzarini Design Studio. (Picture from: Pangeosyacht)
As quoted from Pangeosyacht, the ship is a turtle-shaped terayacht concept which has various luxurious facilities with advanced technology in it. Even though at this point the ship is still just a concept through the hard work of all designers, it is finally starting to become something more than just computer animation.
Pangeos the Terayacht would be 550 meters long and 610 meters wide at the outermost point of its wings. (Picture from: Pangeosyacht)
It was further said that if the project was successful, the cruise ship would be the largest floating structure ever built. So, who designed the concept of the ship? The terayacht idea began to be worked on in 2009 by an Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini through his company Lazzarini Design Studio by making the gigantic cruise ship' blueprints.
Pangeos the Terayacht has a series of luxury facilities for millionares, such
as villas, apartments, hotels, including shopping centers, beach clubs,
extensive amusement parks, ports for small ships and aircrafts. (Picture from: Pangeosyacht)
It said the terayacht would be 550 meters long and 610 meters wide at the outermost point of its wings. With a wingspan of up to two thousand feet, the ship will be twice the size of the Colosseum building in Rome. If later the Pangeos the Terayacht is successfully built, it is not surprising that this gigantic cruise ship will become the world's largest floating object.
For your information, until now the title of the world's largest cruise ship is still held by the Royal Caribbean's Wonder of the Seas with 362 meters long and 64 meters wide, and the cruise ship was built at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.

While the name Pangeos is derived from the word Pangea which means super continent that once existed millions of years ago ranging from the late Paleozoic to early Mesozoic eras. Furthermore, this gigantic floating structure is predicted to be able to accommodate 60,000 occupants in it.
Pangeos the Terayacht has a series of luxury facilities for millionares, such as villas, apartments, hotels, including shopping centers, beach clubs, extensive amusement parks, ports for small ships and aircrafts. (Picture from: Pangeosyacht)
Built under a sophisticated design, this luxury gigantic cruise ship will be equipped with a series of luxury facilities for millionares, such as villas, apartments, hotels, including shopping centers, beach clubs, extensive amusement parks, ports for small ships and aircrafts, and a number of other modern facilities.
It said that the number of villas to be built in it estimated of 19 units, 64 apartments which will be at the feet of the tortoise. Apart from that, all the space inside the ship which is claimed to be unsinkable is also arranged with special technology. Meanwhile, for the space at the very bottom, each cluster compartment will also be connected by a corridor which can make access easier.

Furthermore, the Pangeos the Terayacht is also said to be an eco-friendly cruise ship with no exhaust emissions because the ship's energy supply will be taken from solar panels which are converted into electric power at a constant speed of 5 knots while sailing. Other energy is also obtained from the power of the waves which will move the ship's wings.
The construction of Pangeos the Terayacht will be carried out at a special shipyard in Saudi Arabia, is estimated to take up to eight years with an estimated cost of around US $ 8 billion. (Picture from: Pangeosyacht)
The world community can also take virtual tours on the Pangeos gigantic cruise ship using the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) digital token. These virtual spaces can be purchased under a collection of NFTs which allow users to collect certain content to access the property with their credentials. Well, if you are interested in becoming potential buyer or leasor one of
the properties in the terayacht, please see detailed information at HERE.
Not only that, it is reported that the construction of this terayacht will be carried out at a special shipyard in Saudi Arabia which is estimated to take up to eight years with an estimated cost of around US $ 8 billion or the equivalent of Rp. 125 trillion. And later when finished, Pangeos the Terayacht will soon be used to travel around the world. *** [EKA | FRO. M VARIOUS SOURCES | PANGEOSYACHT | ]
