Plastic surgery can help stop smoking

For smokers, eliminating the habit of smoking may seem like an impossible thing. If you feel that all efforts are not working, maybe plastic surgery can help.

Not a plastic surgery that can stop smoking, but preparations for the operation. As is known, every patient who will undergo a plastic surgery procedure must stop smoking 2 weeks before the surgery is performed. Smoking can cause dangerous complications during surgery. In fact, many surgeons refuse to operate smoker patients.
Illustration: Cosmetic surgery may help patients quit smoking. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2NKWbfb)
In a recent study revealed, people who were asked to quit smoking 2 weeks before surgery tended to succeed in avoiding cigarettes even forever. It is not realistic to ask for cigarette addicts to undergo plastic surgery, but the highlight of the results of the study is to stop smoking is possible if they understand the health risks.

As many as 70 percent of respondents in this study agreed that discussing with doctors and being told of the dangers of smoking cigarettes for the results of surgery made them aware of stopping.

As many as 40 percent also admitted that they no longer smoke until 5 years after surgery and 25 percent did not smoke anymore.

"Specifically discussing that cigarettes in patients with surgery results in greatly influencing them to stop," said Aaron C.Van Slyke as quoted from Yahoo Beauty.

In general, smoking will make blood vessels constrict so that oxygen cannot bind with blood cells perfectly. This makes the amount of oxygen in the blood circulation decrease and the surgical wound becomes healed longer.

These conditions not only make the results of plastic surgery not as expected, but also cause harmful side effects such as necrosis or cell and tissue death. Smokers also tend to experience negative reactions when anesthetized and there is a possibility of infection. The danger of cigarettes does not include the risks to the body and heart organs. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | LINE]

Renault's Level 4 autonomous vehicles concept

Car development from time to time always sees the needs of the community. While one of the needs that is coming into existence today is the concept of autonomous electric vehicles that can share vehicles through online applications.
Renault's newest autonomous vehicles concept named Renault EZ-Ultimo made its debut at the Paris Motor Show 2018. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2RyeEyC)

Renault who saw this need tried to answer it by presenting their newest autonomous vehicles concept called Renault EZ-Ultimo, who have made its debut at the Paris Motor Show 2018, October 4-14, 2018. This concept model also complements the EZ-GO and EZ-PRO families.

As reported by Carscoops, Renault considers the concept of the future car to be electricity, connected, and autonomous. The creation of Ultimo is based on the same idea in their two previous cars, namely as an autonomous electric mobility solution that can accommodate many people, such as public vehicles that Uber can use to offer the sharing-driving concept to their customers.

Although this electric car is very long and has a low spurred power capability, this vehicle can automatically lift itself above the mound, and use a four-wheeled steering wheel to navigate some narrow European city streets, because this car is also designed to get around.

If you look at the design of Renault EZ-Ultimo Concept is designed to have a futuristic style. Then many windows are provided to increase visibility, including the roof part that is designed with glass materials.

Overall this car can accommodate three passengers in a sitting position facing each other. Then to improve comfort while traveling, this car is equipped with autonomous technology. The Ultimo cabin has a cocoon-like design that is comfortable to ride, with a blend of interior materials made of wood, marble and leather.

The French car manufacturer said Renault EZ-Ultimo Concept used Level 4 autonomous driving technology, which meant it could operate in an area that had been mapped before, so this vehicle would not get out of its lane.
These Renault EZ-Ultimo is still not intended to be owned individually, but is more suitable to be used as part of a ride-hailing scheme. But it is not impossible that someday all can own this vehicle. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | OVERDRIVE | CARSCOOPS]

Borgward brought back Isabella with a modern look

Maybe at this time we all have never heard of the manufacturer's name Borgward, this is natural because the German automotive company founded by Carl F. W. Borgward in 1919 has been dead after declared bankrupt more than 50 years ago.

Isabella, a word that is identical to someone's name. But for Borgward, it was one of their successful models that had been produced in the period June 1954 until they were declared bankrupt in 1961-1962.

After being dormant for the next half century. Then the company was revived earlier this decade by Christian Borgward, grandson of Borgward's founder and namesake Carl F. W. Borgward, together with help from the Chinese industrial giant Foton.

So far Borgward has launched the BX5 and BX7 SUVs and confirmed plans for pure electric models. Most of the production is being handled in China even though Borgward said that the electric models would be built in Germany.

Yes after more than 50 years in dormant status, they are trying to get back up and at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show held in September 2017, they brought the Borgward Isabella Concept. And this car is the result of the interpretation of modern thinking from the classical model. Yes, this concept car is a "reincarnation" of cars that have not been made for decades.

Broadly speaking, the Borgward Isabella Concept is a four-seat four-door coupe with a design that is quite futuristic compared to current cars. The exterior design flows with neat combinations between blue and silver. A slim line with a curvaceous round element gives confidence in the front and a blend of the Maserati Alfieri concept and the Porsche Panamera at the rear.

"A well coordinated body shape with a smooth transition creates a perfect balance between round and line shapes. Our goal is to create synergy between beauty and technology," explained the company's design boss, Anders Warming, as quoted by Carscoops.

Warming added, the advantage of this car is aerodynamics that are thought of in such a way. "We believe the vehicle body makes the surrounding air flow in a perfect way," he added. Aerodynamics itself improves fuel efficiency.

Borgward Isabella Concept has dimensions of up to 5 meters long, 1.4 meters high and 1.9 meters wide. With a size like this, the car is quite spacious for the size of a coupe. Unfortunately, the machine specifications are not explained.
It is only mentioned that Borgward Isabella Concept, in the version production will use a gasoline engine. And this car will enter the production line in the near future, and then be sold in Germany first at the end of 2017. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | BORGWARD | AUTOEVOLUTION | MOTORAUTHORITY | CARSCOOPS]

Zava brought the Prometheus from dream into reality

Today, the development of technology has penetrated into various fields in human life, including the automotive field. Now recently, an Italian start-up company, Zava Hypercars, has developed a car based on artificial intelligence or commonly called Artifical Intelligence (AI).
Zava claims to make the PrometheuS concept car with artificial intelligence. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2yiLYBB
The car that has the nickname Zava PrometheuS will be equipped with thick body wings, carbon fiber that is more open, and some sides that will be more sharpened.

As quoted of on the Zava Hypercars site, PrometheuS equip power plant, consisting of four electric motors. This will allow for all-wheel drive with individual control of the moment on each of the wheels.

We first heard news of Zava back in 2016, when the company claimed that they were working on a car has capabilities to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph times below two seconds, able to spew up the power to 1,341 horsepower, and a 300-mile all-electric driving range with a top speed of 217 mph.

Interestingly, this car is claimed to have technology that is able to recognize the physical condition of the driver so that even the interaction will be obtained in real-time. Of course this breakthrough will make it easier for the driver to run his vehicle while in a less fit condition.

The technology even makes it possible to take over the driver's job in controlling the vehicle, so that the car can work automatically according to the driver's instructions. This technology is expected to adopt in an autonomous system but in more detail.

Through this technology, the role of the driver will be smaller to control or control the vehicle. Although it sounds like fiction, even though now many car manufacturers are competing to develop artificial intelligence technology that will be applied to their products in the future.

Although this technology is still questioned by automotive observers because the technology is developed by a small company that is not even too audible in the world, but there is nothing wrong if we continue to explore the information. Because until now, no company has had an "ad" like that published by Zava Hypercars.

Regardless, the PrometheuS promises to have amazing styling. We're fans of the brilliant red and white LED strips visible in the teaser video posted above. What we're not fans of, are the insane promises being made here.
Reportedly, Zava has revealed their 1:5 scaled model of PrometheuS concept car at the Real Bodies exhibition, in Milan on October 4, 2018. Did anybody of you find those Real Bodies event and looking at these truly unreal car in there? *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ZAVA HYPERCARS | MOTORAUTHORITY | MOTOR1 | ALLCARINDEX | YAHOO NEWS | CARSCOOPS | AUTO TIMES NEWS]
