The world's first flying motorbike will be launched next year

~Ready to FLY~ It seems human desire to fly as a bird continue to thrive, along with the invention of the airplane in the early 20th century and continued on today's modern era with flying cars, flying suits, and many other flying things. Moreover now designers and engineers are also trying to develop flying motorbikes, and we've also had ever published several articles about these kind of rides such as it made by a Japanese company named Air-Mobility "Xturismo" Limited Edition or the flying motorbike called Lazareth LMV 496 made by the French.
JetPack Aviation Speeder (in pictured civilian version) is called as the world's first fully operable private VTOL, or as some call it, the “Flying Motorcycle”. (Picture from: WebBikeWorld)
Here's another good news related this kind of rides, soon the flying motorbike will no longer be a part of fictional stories only, because a California-based company called JetPack Aviation (JPA) plans to launch its first flying motorbike named the Speeder (we've not known yet whether that its official name?) in 2023. As we've looked from its appearance, it almost similar to the flying motorbike under the same name seen in the famous George Lucas's sci-fi sequels titled 'Star Wars'.
JetPack Aviation Speeder (in pictured military/medic versions) could be flying at speeds above 250 mph with a maximum thrust of 544 kg. (Picture from: WebBikeWorld)
Currently JetPack Aviation is focused on manufacturing a kind of micro-VTOLs rides intended for human-operated and AI-powered flight. It's known a team being tested a prototype of the world's first fully operable private VTOL, or as some call it, the Flying Motorbike at its plant-facility based in the San Fernando Valley, just north of Los Angeles, California.

In fact, JPA had introduced the Speeder for the first time in 2019. But at that time, this Los Angeles, California based company was still designing it to be used safely and comfortably. As quoted of the Daily Star, the company said that its flying motorcycle prototype had completed the first flight.
JetPack Aviation Speeder had introduced the first time in 2019 and uses 4 turbine jet engines fueled by Jet A, kerosene and diesel in every corner of its body. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
Further the maker whose previously succeeded to develop the jet-powered flying suits is disclosed that the Speeder can fly at an altitude of 15 thousand feet and stabilized the rides automatically while in the flight, as it's equipped with a unique flight control software program developed over 1.5 years is functioned to monitor and adjust thrust while in maneuver on the air such as a regular motorcycle on the land.
JetPack Aviation Speeder (in pictured civilian version) could be flying at speeds above 60 mph with an empty weight of only 105 kg and offers a maximum thrust of 320 kg. (Picture from: GreenRacingNews)
As quoted of WebBikeWorld, the Speeder will be available in three versions, ie the Civilian Speeder for recreational puposes, the second is the Military Speeder geared toward supporting troops and first responders, and the third labeled the Cargo Speeder as a model that has identified as a Military model with a cargo hold up top would be flew autonomous or piloted by AI.
JetPack Aviation Speeder (in pictured civilian version) can fly at an altitude of 15 thousand feet and stabilized the rides automatically while in the flight, as it's equipped with a unique flight control software program. (Picture from: TransportUP)
For Military Speeder, JetPack Aviation claims that this kind of flying motorcycle could be flying at speeds above 250 mph with a maximum thrust of 544 kg. Beside that the military version will equip the box for the weapons and tools used in the mission. While the Cargo Speeder featured with boxes, and also equipped with autonomous flight.
JetPack Aviation Speeder (in pictured civilian versions with cargo add-on) is also equipped with a number of features such as hand control, a 12-inches navigation screen and a built-in radio systems. (Picture from: TransportUP)
As for the Civilian Speeder is divided into two options, namely the Ultralight (UVS) version and the Experimental version. The UVS version does not require an FAA pilot license to fly it with an empty weight of only 105 kg and offers a maximum thrust of 320 kg and will be limited to a maximum speed of up to 60 mph. Meanwhile the Experimental version has a speed of about 250 mph, and requires a FAA pilot license to fly it. Its flight time will also differ between 35 minutes for the full-Military version, down to 15 minutes for Civilian versions.
JetPack Aviation Speeder had passed tighter testing series in the summer of 2021 then entered the production lines and now going to its final phase.. (Picture from: WebBikeWorld)
As quoted of SupercarBlondie, in the current 2nd prototype configuration, the Speeder uses 4 turbine jet engines fueled by Jet A, kerosene and diesel in every corner of its body which has weighs about 136 kilos that capable of carrying payload twice its weight and is also equipped with a number of features such as hand control, a 12-inches navigation screen and a built-in radio systems. However, the final design of the Speeder (it's said would be powered by up to eight turbine jet engines) has yet to be decided.
The motor maker further stated that the latest Speeder had passed tighter testing series in the summer of 2021 then entered the production lines and now going to its final phase. The California-based company hopes that its flying motorcycle can be immediately marketed commercially and used for the Military and Public Safety Organizations.
For that the company has set an initial price of US $ 381,000 or Rp.5.4 billion, and also has opened pre-order for 20 units of the Speeder via its official sites (it doesn't take long to be sold out). The price above is only for the civil version. As for the Military or Cargo versions, the official price has not been announced yet. Well, what we could be done only wait and keep our eyes open for a test run of these flying things at the next motorcycle show!😎 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | JETPACK AVIATION | NEWATLAS | DAILY STAR | DESIGNBOOM | YACOUBA | WEBBIKEWORLD | TRANSPORTUP | RIDEAPART | SUPERCARBLONDIE ]

Here's the fusion nuclear powered 'Flying Hotel' designed to carry 5,000 passengers and almost flying permanently

Continue to Dream There is an interesting phenomenon that has bothered us (perhaps you) related to life in today's modern era where we seem to live to always be close to something controversial and invite pros and cons. As recently there was an ambitious flying hotel design named 'Sky Cruise' being designed for the future transportation rides and entertaiment of humans on Earth which had gone viral and reaped many pros and cons opinions.
The 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft designed by Hashem Alghaili would remain aloft almost permanently. (Picture from: DailyStar)
The mentioned flying hotel that is being designed is a gigantic aeroplane that is claimed to be able to carry 5,000 passengers in unparalleled luxury. Thus, the previous record regarding the world's largest aircraft today held by the Stratolaunch ROC soon be shifted to if it could become into reality.
The 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft designed to have 20 engines powered by nuclear fusion, and all aircraft maintenance or even repairing processes also designed to be carried out in the sky. (Picture from: Dream.co.id)
Uniquely, the Sky Cruise was designed to fly several years in the sky, and never to land, meanwhile all its guest occupants would be transported by the conventional aircrafts to and from this flying hotel. For that the plane designed to have 20 engines powered by nuclear fusion, and all aircraft maintenance or even repairing processes also designed to be carried out in the sky. More surprisingly, the plane was not piloted by humans, but Artificial Intelligence aka robots.
The 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft designed by Hashem Alghaili would dwarf any existing plane. (Picture from: DailyStar)
Hashem Alghaili, tthe creator of the highly detailed mockup of those gigantic plane, said that this kind of nuclear-powered aerocruise plane could be the transportation rides of the future. "I believe the plane will be completely autonomous," Alghaili said, as quoted of Dailystar. Although it designed to fly without any human pilot, the Sky Cruise still needs a lot of staffs to serve the guests on board.
The design shows off luxury rooms inside the 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft, which is described as a perfect wedding venue. (Picture from: DailyStar)
In the promotional video, you can see a variety of promising facilities, ranging of restaurants and giant shopping centers in the sky, to a gym, theater, and even a swimming pool. Furthermore, the giant plane is said to be very suitable as a perfect wedding venue as well.
The 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft promises restaurants and a giant shopping mall in the sky, as well as gyms, theatres, and even a swimming pool. (Picture from: DailyStar)
However, not everyone agrees with this ambitious plan. Some commentators are described that the Sky Cruise concept as the 'new Titanic,' and gave some criticism. Such as, it appears in the design that the plane has several elevators outside of the plane, so it is considered not very aerodynamic. In addition, there are concerns that if a nuclear reactor-powered plane crashes which could be potentialy destroyed a city.
Although many have been wowed by the 'Sky Cruise' monster aircraft, the design has been questioned by some. (Picture from: DailyStar)
In various discussions under the promotional video upload, netizens suspect that if this project is really realized, it will require very large funds. Even a financially-savvy YouTube commenter chipped in; "While this is interesting concept and its is capable to built it with current technology, this thing would be super expensive and no doubt only rich would be able to book this hotel." Let's take a look its video below;
And in our opinion, this flying hotel idea of Hashem Alghaili is very difficult to realize in the near future due to design and finance matters, so that more in-depth feasibility study is needed. There's still a long way to go. Nevertheless, keep on dreaming, but most important thing is not to forget give also some hopes to other had to see the dream comes true.👍 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | DAILYSTAR ]

A tragic ending of the Soviet submarine-hunting monster

Ended in Vain The unique shaped airplane was not only the result of current technological developments, it turns out that some of them actually come from the past, such as the following unique amphibian aircraft developed by Soviet-era engineers starting in the 1960s. The unique seaplane in question is the Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 (VVA stand for Vertikaľno-Vzletayushchaya Amfibiya) which created by Soviet-era engineers as one of the military defence equiptments operated in the Red-Bear country's borders.

(Picture from: Wikipedia)
The amphibian plane was projected as a submarine hunter with the ability to take off and land vertically from anywhere whether on land, water, sand or ice. Of course, you also know that the VVA-14 seaplane was part of the arms race during the Cold War era, with the implementation of extraordinary and ambitious design ideas. This aircraft is made to deal with threats from the depths of the sea and prevent the  submarine's nuclear missile attacks.
The Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 ground effect aircraft in its hey day had made more than 107 tests with 103 flight hours in Taganrog Gulf waters, but never been produced and ceased for good in the 1976. (Picture from: WarHistoryOnline)
As quoted from the Warhistoryonline, the VVA-14 seaplane has main-task to detect, search  and destroy US submarines if they approached the Soviet Union's borders. The plane was given the name Bartini Beriev VVA-14 in honor of its creator Robert Ludvigovich Bartini or Roberto Oros di Bartini (at least it was the name written on his tombstone), a famous Italian designer who lived and served for Soviet Union.
The Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 ground effect aircraft is built based on the design of Robert Ludvigovich Bartini in the 1960s to face the threat of missile attacks with the nuclear warheads launched of the US' submarines along the Soviet Union's coastlines. (Picture from: Autoevolution)
Robert Bartini is known to have long been fascinated by flyingboats and aircraft capable of landing on water, and had first built a prototype twin-engine seaplane intended for Arctic reconnaissance called DAR in 1934. However, in the 1962, he presented a designs called the MVA-62T Concept as a seaplane focusing on an ekranoplan (a plane that can fly very close to the surface of the water or land by utilizing a principle called the ground effect).
The Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 (in pictured was a scaled model) was an aircraft that could take off vertically, hover in mid air, land on any surface, cruise at high altitudes and harness the ground effect. (Picture from: Autoevolution)
On its way, the MVA-62T Concept managed to convince the Soviet's high ranks military generals because it is considered as one of the suitable solutions to deal with the threat of missile attacks with the nuclear warheads launched of the US' submarines along the country's coastlines and was later used as the basis to develop and build the VVA-14 seaplane with assumed that it would be used to handle the task of detecting enemy multi-purpose submarines and missiles, besides capable to be used also to carry out search and rescue operations at sea.
The Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 (in pictured was a scaled model) is constructed with an extra-wide body that includes two fuselage compartments that each have their own empennage at the rear. (Picture from: Autoevolution)
The VVA-14 seaplane is manned by three personels and is powered by two bypass turbojet Soloviev D-30M engines and 12 lift jets (each one generating about 10,000 lbs of thrust) allowing the aircraft to have a maximum speed of 760 kph with a flight coverage as far as of 2,450 km in the altitude of 8,000–10,000 meters. And as a military purpose aircraft with the main-task as the submarine hunter, of course it should has capability to carry anti-submarine weaponry systems consisting of naval torpedoes, mines, and depth charges (said it could  load up to 2 tons of armament).
The Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 (in pictured was a scaled model) is powered by two Soloviev D-30M turbofan engines  and 12 lift turbofans allowing the aircraft to have a maximum speed of 760 kph with a flight coverage as far as of 2,450 km in the altitude of 8,000–10,000 meters. (Picture from: Autoevolution)
Reportedly, the VVA-14 was the only plane designed by Bartini that he could see flying in person, as the others he couldn't see because he was in prison most of the time (eyewitnesses said he had tears in his eyes at the time). Unfortunately during the first flight test, a number of flaws were revealed, such as there were a trouble for the installation of the plane's lifting machine for vertical take-off and inflatable pontoon which later fixed by him.😢 As the result, there was a design change in 1974, along with the installation of an inflatable pontoon, which then replaced by a rigid pontoon.

Meanwhile, the plane's lift engines to take off vertically was never shown to be installed. Nevertheless the VVA-14 amphibian aircraft prototype had made more than 107 tests with 103 flight hours in Taganrog Gulf waters, where the aircraft testing was also conducted in ekranoplan mode. Unfortunately on December 6, 1974, Robert Bartini died at the age of 77 and was buried in Vvedenskoye cemetery in Moscow. After Bartini's death, the project still run (much slower) for more two years till it's ceased permanently in the 1976.😭
In 1987, the Bartini-Beriev VVA-14 prototype was brought to the Central Museum of the Air Forces in Monino, east Moscow and remained there to this day, where it ended up in vain like a no-wings plane wreckage. At present, the ambitious project result of the genius aircraft designer became a sad spectacle. In 2013, there was a group of fans trying to restore the VVA-14 seaplane, but the effort was unsuccessful.🕊️ *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | WARHISTORYONLINE | AUTOEVOLUTION | WIKIPEDIA ]

The latest Russian' stealth Checkmate fighter jets

Adv Fighter Jet This has nothing to do with the war that took place as a result of Russia's invasion of neighboring Ukraine since Februari 2022. Does not also intend to side with one of the parties who are fighting, where various types of sophisticated war machines including fighter jets of Russian and Ukrainian are involved in the conflict. The war should be ended right away! We hope the bloody dispute will end soon, although it's difficult to predict when the conflict will end.

Despite all that, it turns out that there is a new fighter aircraft launched by a Russian manufacturer. As quoted of the Eurasian Times, sometime ago came a new fighter jet made by the Russian company Sukhoi (part of Rostec State Corporation's United Aircraft Corporation) that is said to be an alternative rival that can beat the F-35 Lightning II called the Sukhoi Su-75 'Checkmate,' and reportedly the Russian company has patented its newest stealth fighter.

The mentioned patent above confirms that the latest Russian design aircraft is claimed superior to known foreign fighters in terms of flight and field performance, Rostec said in a statement. Furthermore that's proof that the Russian designers have managed to improve the stability and control of the 5th-generation fighter while maintaining its high aerodynamic performance and stealth characteristics.

The new patent also states that the Checkmate' engine can be equipped with a thrust vector nozzle that moves in a vertical plane aligned with the fuselage axis and is used for flight control and trimming. The Russian' fifth-generation Checkmate fighter prototype was first unveiled at the MAKS-2021 Air Show in last July 2021.
The Sukhoi Su-75 'Checkmate' single-engined fighter jet is said will be powered by a derivative of the NPO Saturn AL-41 engine, which is also installed on its sibling Su-57. (Picture from: Eurasian Times)
An earlier presentation by Rostec at the air show revealed that this 5th-generation fighter will not only be capable of carrying more than seven tonnes of armament payload, the Su-75 will have the capability of carrying a group of drones on board.
The Su-75 Checkmate is a single-engine fighter designed to be a low-cost alternative rival to the US F-35 Lightning II stealth fighter jet and also known as the second fifth-generation fighter to be produced by Russia after the Sukhoi Su-57 'Felon'. The Russian's latest fighter has reportedly been designed with customers such as Vietnam, India and African countries in mind.
There is speculation the Checkmate single-engine fighter will be powered by a derivative of the NPO Saturn AL-41 engine, which is also installed on its sibling Su-57. The machine is claimed to be capable of flying up to a maximum speed of Mach 1.8 as well as supercruise performance which is said to be capable of striking up to six targets simultaneously in a combat radius that stretches up to 3,000 km. ***  [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | EURASIAN TIMES | ]

Mega yacht concept that can sail on the water and fly in the sky as well

Mega Flying Today a superyacht sailed away in the ocean might sound normal. However, what if there's anyone who made a superyacht that can sail on water but also could be flied in the air? This kind of yacht going to be realized by a design company based in Rome, Italy called Lazzarini Design Studio. Well, the Italian company made the design of all-new mega yacht concept capable to sail on the ocean and could be flied on the sky as well.
New luxury mega Air Yacht concept designed by Lazzarini Design Studio to fly rather than sail thanks to two large airships. (Picture from: UK Time News)
This Lazzarini-designed unique vehicle is called Air Yacht and is said specially for private owners whose carried a vision of the evolution of the mega yacht / aviation and is not intended for tourist or public transportation purposes.
The Air Yacht concept consists of twin fuselages that look like Zeppelin airship filled of 400,000 cubic meters of compressed helium and special main structure in the middle, is driven by eight rotating electric motors opposite with the power supplied by the ultralight batteries and solar panels. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
According to Lazzarini, this cruise ship will have a carbon fiber structure and a length of 150 m (492 feet) and width of 80 m (262 feet). This unique mega yacht is driven by eight rotating electric motors opposite with the power supplied by the ultralight batteries and solar panels.

As quoted of the UK Time News, the Air Yacht concept of Lazzarini consists of twin fuselages that look like Zeppelin airship filled of 400,000 cubic meters of compressed helium and special main structure in the middle, which offers a 360° view.
New luxury mega Air Yacht concept designed by Lazzarini Design Studio has five passenger suites available on each airship and a special main structure in middle for the 'shipowner suite,' which offers a 360° view. (Picture from: UK Time News)
The two enermous air ballons are connected to the main central structure through four carbon decks on each side that passengers can move between different areas on the airship. For the master suite based on the main central structure, which is around 78 meters. There is also a spacious living room with a dining room and swimming pool.
There is also a spacious living room with a dining room and swimming pool inside of the Air Yacht concept of Lazzarini Design Studio. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
This luxury water yacht is able to carry up to 22 passengers. Mega Yacht this fly has 10 cabins for passengers, five on each plane, plus a ship owner suite in the middle area, which offers 360 degree views. There is also a possibility for this yacht using helipad, with this into additional options.
There is also a spacious living room with a dining room and swimming pool inside of the Air Yacht concept of Lazzarini Design Studio. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
The Air Yacht can fly at a maximum speed of about 60 knots (69 mph / 111 kph) for more than 48 hours with zero emission and also sail on the ocean at a speed of 5 knots (5.7 mph / 9 kph). When a water landing is necessary, Lazzarini said, that the airship is pushed down by the rotation of the engines and can stay in the water thanks to depressurization of the helium and ballast anchoring system.
Currently the Air Yacht is just a unique concept of future vehicles made by Lazzarini Design Studio that offer many other portfolios, such as cruise ship projects, automotive, and aerospace. Might still fresh in your memory one of them such the Lazzarini One electric-powered supercar concept specially for the rich in you.
If there are any buyers or investors, Lazzarini is targeting to build this super unique airship and collect helium within five years. However, every potential customers must have a ton of money because the price is estimated to be very fantastic, ie around US $ 621 million (Rp. 8.9 trillion). Even now the Italian company already has much larger version called the Air Yacth  V.2. We're really speechless and amazed.😲 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | LAZZARINI DESIGN STUDIO | UKTIMENEWS ]

The future electric-powered aircraft named Alice

Electric Wings The trend of vehicle electrification has grown steadily over the last few years. Not only targeting motorcycles, cars, to buses and trucks, the trend has also begun to penetrate the aircraft industry. This could be seen on an electric powered small private aircraft developed by Eviation, an Israeli technology start-up.
This is Alice, an electric-powered aircraft developed by an Israeli company named Eviation and was debuted at the Paris Air Show 2019. (Picture from: IndoZone)
Recently the Israeli start-up developed its first commercial electric-powered aircraft named Alice. The electric-powered aircraft was exhibited for the first time at the Paris Air Show 2019. This aircraft is scheduled to fly for the first time this year and be sold to the market in 2022.

As quoted of Bussines Insider, the Alice eco-friendly aircraft is able to carry nine passengers and two crew and also capable of traveling a distance of 1,000 km, with a maximum speed of 240 knots or 445 kph on a single battery charge.
