Hold on and don't worry, there's still a little good news for you, the BMW i8 sports car is still given a chance to live, and reemerged in a classic style to mark the return of a small Italian racing squads named Squadra Corse Taraschi in motorsports.
The Taraschi Berardo built based on the chassis of this modern hybrid coupe BMW i8. (Picture from: Otosia)
The mentioned car is designed by Andrea Quartieri, was later given the name Taraschi Berardo, which was mentioned as a tribute to Berardo Taraschi. For those of you who don't know, of course you will immediately ask, who is he? For your information, he is an Italian businessman who had started his career at a young age as a racer after establishing a motorcycle repair shop.
1953 Giaur 750 Sport Champion from Team 1-Off, one of Taraschi's most successful competition cars, and taken by the Taraschi Berardo maker as the inspiration sources. (Picture from: Motor1)
During the 2nd world war his motorbike workshop was forced to close and after the war was over it was reopened. But at the time he has a new interest in cars that makes him then shift the focus and studied all aspects (mechanics and frames). In short, since then he went on to develop and product a series of sports and competition cars during the 1950s and 1960s through his company named Officina Meccanica Berardo Taraschi.
The Taraschi Berardo bodywork featured with rounded front and rear fenders, prominent curved lines on the hood, oval-shaped headlights, redesigned grille, and a longer body. (Picture from: Taraschi)
The naming of the car after the Italian businessman has also reportedly been approved and initiated by Berardo's son, Tazio Taraschi, and even the project is supported by the Squadra Corse Taraschi, a team known to have provided a lot of advice and technical assistance including spare parts to the automotive collectors who owned the original Berardo Taraschi made cars.
To get its current form as the Taraschi Berardo, the BMW i8 should be completely overhauled, leaving only its dramatic butterfly-style doors. (Picture from: alVolante)
As we all know, the BMW i8's latest reincarnation is debuted at the Automobile Museum of Turin in October 7, 2020, emerged as a retro modern hybrid sports coupe. Well, to transform into a new figure of Taraschi Berardo, the donor car must be customized and refurbished by combining retro style with modern plug-in hybrid technology.
Then inside the Taraschi Berardo's cabin, we can see the expanse of luxurious interior decorated with layers of high-quality wood and leather. (Picture from: alVolante)
By design, this i8's latest reincarnation is inspired by the 1953 Giaur 750 Sport Champion from Team 1-Off, one of Taraschi's most successful competition cars ever made. To that end, the BMW i8 donor car should be completely overhauled with aluminum body panels made by hand over the donor car chassis. Therefore the new car bodywork featured with rounded front and rear fenders, prominent curved lines on the hood, oval-shaped headlights, redesigned grille, and a longer body. So that in the end, You will not look at all the initial form of the BMW i8.
Not only that, the BMW i8's digital dashboard, air vents, and 8.8-inch screen have been retained as well, but the center console has been redesigned. (Picture from: DrivingYourDream)
However, there is one original detail of the BMW i8 is preserved, ie the dramatic butterfly-style doors. Then inside the cabin, we can see the expanse of luxurious interior decorated with layers of high-quality wood and leather. Not only that, the i8's digital dashboard, air vents, and 8.8-inch screen have been retained as well, but the center console has been redesigned.
The Taraschi Berardo has got an output increase of up to 420 hp, even if desired the automaker can also increase the power to 470 hp and 520 hp. (Picture from: alVolante)
While the original BMW i8 produced 374 hp spewed out by its hybrid powertrain (consisting of a turbocharged 1.5 liter inline-3 engine coupled with electric motor), the new car has got an output increase of up to 420 hp. Even if desired the automaker can also increase the power to 470 hp and 520 hp.
It's not known how many cars will be made, the automaker only says will make it in small numbers editions. Just like other premium hand-built cars, this i8's retro style customized sports car also has a high price tag. For your information, the Taraschi Berardo is said to be priced around €800,000 (about $940,473), which is almost seven times more expensive than the standard BMW i8. An electric batmobile racing car named McMurtry Spéirling

Thunderstorm At the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed event which took place in West Sussex, England some time ago, it was seen that there was a unique electric-powered car attracted attention of the audience present at that time. Besides it has a unique shape similar to the Batmobile in 1992 Batman Returns movie but in a smaller version.
The McMurtry Spéirling is an innovative electric-powered single-seat fan car has been unveiled by British firm McMurtry at the 2021 Goodwood Festival of Speed. (Picture from: Autocar)
It turns out, the mentioned car above named McMurtry Spéirling has good performance too, no wonder if it has claimed the 2022 Goodwood Festival of Speed hillclimb record with Ex-Formula 1 driver Max Chilton behind the wheel, and knocking the Volkswagen ID R from the top position with a 39.08sec run.

This one seater small electric-powered car specifically for racing track purposed, is launched for the first time in 2021. And related to the car's name of Spéirling which means 'thunderstorm' in Irish. The mentioned car above is developed by the British startup company named McMurtry Automotive founded in 2016 by Irishman Sir David McMurtry. Besides its unique design, the Spéirling is also equipped with various technologies that make it attractive.
The McMurtry Spéirling is also fitted with the prototype F1-style steering wheel, the only other controls appear. (Picture from: Evo.co.uk)
The first is the downforce technology used, as you can see this car does not have a spoiler at the rear (but in the 2022 model attached large spoiler at rear). This is because the Spéirling uses fan technology that presses down on the back. Not just a regular fan, but a special 80 horsepower fan that provides maximum downforce without the need to go fast. The fan can also be adjusted in speed via the pedal shifter in hand to adjust the desired downforce.
As a race car, the McMurtry Spéirling was built into a light weight car, with majority its body made of carbon fiber, so no wonder the car weighs less than 1,000 kg. (Picture from: Autocar)
The presence of its fan system causes this car has sound like a jet also. Making it as one of the electric cars with the loudest sound. As a race car, the McMurtry Spéirling was built into a light weight car, with majority its body made of carbon fiber, so no wonder the car weighs less than 1,000 kg or 1 ton.
The McMurtry Spéirling featured with advanced downforce technology by using a special 80 horsepower fan adjusted in speed via the pedal shifter in hand to adjust the desired downforce. (Picture from: AutomotiveDaily)
This McMurtry Spéirling unique car powered by an electric motor capable of producing 1,000 horsepower, this car has a power-to-weight ratio of 1 hp/kg. That's amazing considering this car has to carry the weight of the battery placed around the driver. That much power is channeled entirely to the rear wheels because this car uses a RWD (Rear-wheels drive) configuration coupled with a 60 kWh battery. This combination can make it go from 0 to top speed at 300 kph in just 9 seconds.
With such astonishing speeds, the McMurtry Spéirling can be used on track for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before needing to be recharged. But that's not a problem because this car has a 600 kW quick charge technology. As for normal road use with WLTP standards this car can reach 563 km. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MCMURTRY AUTOMOTIVE | WIKIPEDIA | AUTOCAR | AUTOMOTIVEDAILY ]

A hydrogen fuel-cell powered compact concept of Jeep

Should Be Made Speaking of Jeep, as one of the legendary American cars brands which is almost always associated with masculism, adventure and the outdoors. Or is there anything else? Therefore, it is not surprising that all of the elements mentioned above were carried over when Jeep tried to present a future vehicle concept called the Jeep Treo in the early 2000s.
The Jeep Treo is designed by Freeman Thomas and made its first public appearance the 2003 Tokyo Motor Show. (Picture from: ConceptCarz)
Besides that this vehicle concept also exemplifies a flowing meaningful imagination, packaged and presented in an unexpectedly stunning shapes packages that is challenging in dimensions, the traditional hallmark of the brand, but in the end it can still be seen and recognized as an authentic Jeep.

Related to its name of 'Treo' has meaning for "three" which refers to the unique 2+1 seating configuration concept. This Treo concept presents a bold new Jeep's signature "face" designed by Freeman Thomas, appeared for the first time at the 2003 Tokyo Motor Show, followed with the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit in January 2004.
The Jeep Treo is powered by two electric motors driving the front and rear wheels, giving the vehicle full-time four-wheel drive capability. (Picture from: NetCarShow)
At that time the Treo was intended to be the next-generation Jeep's urban-active vehicle that allowed it to thrive in an urban or college environment which also could be easily take its owner to various outdoor activities. All of this could be possible because the Treo has been embedded with the freedom to use fuel cell technology.
The Jeep Treo still has classic Jeep design elements such as the seven-slot grille, the headlights with big eyes and the presence of new nuanced prominent windshield. (Picture from: NetCarShow)
Thus it can be said this Treo is a forward-thinking concept vehicle that comes with a concise design as well as fits well with its equally forward-thinking alternative propulsion systems. Well, by envisioning efficient, hydrogen fuel cell powering all four wheels via dual electric motors, the Treo is designed to be able running in all-terrains and conditions while being sensitive and friendly to the environment.
The Jeep Treo's interior is spaciousness and usability, besides its future material mesh technology with tactile textures and surfaces, resulting in a bright, open and functional interior environment. (Picture from: GizModo)
Although the car concept appears in compact dimensions, but classic Jeep design elements such as the seven-slot grille, the headlights with big-sized "eye-balls" and the presence of new nuanced prominent windshield and later enhanced by the lower purpose front bumper with rugged, large tow hooks, slightly exposed front suspension componentry and bolt-on fenders.
The Jeep Treo concept has a unique interior packaging of 'Driven' by 'Drive-by-Wire' controls, and made of advanced materials. (Picture from: CarBase)
The Treo's shape narrows front-to-back, and culminates in a dramatically tapered tail, which is augmented by twin, high-mounted wing spars equiped with the lights which have three functional roles as turn-signal, brake and tail-lights, besides as the cooling air intakes and an exterior mounting point for two bicycles. "The Treo's appearance is rugged and purposeful the evolution of a truly imaginative Jeep 'face' with nice packaging that belies its compact dimensions.

These unique functional design features, combined with the added visibility provided by the Jeep's translucent grille and creative greenhouse design, contribute to the Treo's spacy interior, and allowing it to take full advantage of natural and ambient light sources. The overall effect of the Treo's interior is spaciousness and usability, besides its future material mesh technology with tactile textures and surfaces, resulting in a bright, open and functional interior environment.
The Jeep Treo concept can also carry two bikes attached on special exterior mounting points at the back. (Picture from: ConceptCarz)
Uniquely, the Treo's rear seats can be folded to store more Your outdoor gears, although actually the front wheels of the bicycles (are hanged at rear) can be stowed in the rear without disturbing the rear passengers. "The Treo's visionary vehicle packaging with basic 2+1 seat configuration and built-in flexibility is perfect for future Jeep activities seekers, and in deed at an entry-level price point.
Although the Treo concept could be said as a forward-thinking concept vehicle. However, the vehicle remained a one-off car due to the automaker not yet willing to exploit all its advantages in the form of a production version of the vehicle. But now after 20 years with all the technology offered by this Jeep's concept has become one of major trends today, so it's time to change the mind for the car maker whose now subsidiary of Stellantis.😍 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CONCEPTCARZ | GIZMODO.AU | WIKIPEDIA | JALOPNIK | MOTOR1 | CONCEPTCAR.EE ]

Suzuki's Hydrogen powered motorcycle

ECO FriendlY Given the depletion of fossil fuels, making the man trying to find fuel alternatives. No exception to the world automotive industry also vying to make automotive products that use alternative fuels. When the use of pure electric energy or hybrid (combined with gasoline or diesel engines) an option taken by most automotive industry for their vehicles. Apparently there is another alternative fuels that can be combined with electric power to drive the motor vehicle, namely hydrogen.
The hydrogen-fueled Suzuki Crosscage hybrid motorcycle concept has debuted at the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show. (Picture from: Bikenet)
So on this occasion we will discuss hydrogen powered hybrid vehicle. This Hydrogen-powered hybrid motorcycle is made by Suzuki and given named Suzuki Crosscage Hybrid Motorcycle concept. To make this concept motorcycle, Suzuki cooperating with the British company, Intelligent Energy, which make this a great collaboration since Intelligent Enegy has its own hydrogen generation plants.

Inteligent Energy has a portfolio that includes a range of world-class fuel cell, fuel processing, desulphurization and hydrogen generation technologies. The company's existing home hydrogen generation system means you'll be able to make your own hydrogen at home. This hybrid motorcycle first appeared on the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show along with its sibling called Suzuki Biplane Concept.

The Suzuki Crosscage Hybrid Motorcycle concept is a fuel-cell motorcycle in which a simple, compact, lightweight air-cooled fuel-cell system and a high-performance secondary battery are brought together in a way that realizes optimal power control.

A fuel-cell unit from the British specialist company such as the Intelligent Energy that delivers quick activation with low fuel consumption, and a lithium-ion battery combines safety with a low environmental burden.

The simplicity, compactness, and lightness of these technologies not only make the crosscage environment-friendly; they also helped enable sporty styling befitting the Suzuki name.

Intelligent Energy as the makers of the ENV bike, (say "en-vee") a fuel-cell and electric hybrid bike. The Crosscage concept uses Intelligent Energy’s thin-membrane-construction fuel cells and a lithium-ion battery (unlike the ENV, which uses lead-acid batteries), to "combine safety with a low environmental burden," according to the Suzuki press release.

Not much information is circulating about this bike, but this bike is obviously already using compressed hydrogen fuel is equivalent to 125cc petrol engine and using an automatic transmission. This motorcycle using Michellin tires with 17-inches rims. The indicator panel have been using a combination of the analog and digital.

Despite the eco-friendly copy, the bike looks performance-oriented, and the chassis is as unique as the drive system. The Crosscage's design uses large-diameter tubing and a unique center brace on each side. The front and rear wheels use single-sided swingarms, and overall there is an emphasis on light weight, which should equate to good handling, not to mention longer battery life.

Hydrogen as a cheap, readily available fuel source is many years away, so don’t look for a bike like this in showrooms soon. But as a message that Suzuki can design environmentally conscious vehicles that are still sporty and fun to ride, the Crosscage is loud and clear.

As we all know, that the late Virgil Abloh, whose also extended beyond the automotive world. During his lifetime had contributed greatly to the global fashion industry, and automotive as well. It is not surprising that various ways were used by many parties to commemorate his service and spirit.

Still quoted of Autoblog, Mercedes-Benz doesn't want to be left behind either and had just announced the Project Maybach to present a large-sized, electric-powered off-roader as the its collaboration result with the late Virgil Abloh.
The end result of the Project Maybach is a stunning Safari-like off-road model with thick tires, roof racks and other outdoor accessories. (Picture from: Autoblog)
The mentioned futuristic unique designed off-roader had exhibited on December 1 to 2, 2021 at the Rubell Museum, Miami, United States, without a press conference, which also supported by the Abloh family. Through this exhibition, Mercedes-Benz also expresses its condolences for the death of Virgil Abloh.

"A very sincere prayer goes out to Virgil's family and team. Now, in telling the world about our collaboration and Virgil's unique vision to the public, we would like to honorably celebrate a truly unique piece of design, which creates endless possibilities for collaboration through his unrestrained imagination and inspires all who recognize his work," as written by Mercedes-Benz AG. in its official statement.
Beneath the transparent surface of this fancy wild Maybach' off-roader concept' hood, there're solar cells to extend the mileage of this concept car. (Picture from: Autoblog)
The key for Virgil Abloh and Mercedes-Benz' team to run this project was a responsible vision for future designs. Complete creative freedom (not bound by production requirements) allowed the design team to conceptualize what the electric-powered rides travel in the future might be looked like. Beneath the transparent surface of the car's hood, for example, there're solar cells to extend the mileage of this concept car.

This Maybach fancy off-roader concept  is designed to inspire the younger generation and at the same time remember the spirit of Virgil Abloh who always fights for the status quo and re-presents the rules of aspirational design. The nature of the X-Factor as We could be seen on the Project Maybach results not only from its astonishing size (nearly six meters long), and its characteristics, but above all from its unique contrast finishing touches as well.
Inside of the fancy wild Maybach' off-roader concept has the leather-bound interior and other styling treatments, like the dashboard controls, infotainment screen, and the various tools strapped throughout the interior. (Picture from: Autoblog)
It said that the massive off-roader concept of Maybach is inspired by the great outdoors and contextualizing traditional urban brands in a distinctive off-road environment, as the result is the 2-seater off-road coupé with an electric battery combines Gran Turismo's massive proportions, it looked use large off-road wheels and fitted many signatures features as well.

Besides that, it also interprets future luxurious open-air advanture rides through its design, as seen as a masterpiece resulting from the collaboration of polymath artists, architects, creative directors, fashion designers and philanthropists, and driven by a shared desire to enrich of the luxurious car designs.
The fancy wild Maybach' off-roader concept got two-tone black-and-tan paint scheme helps to add some contrast, while the tan-colored cage protects the low-slung greenhouse and gives the grand tourer a sizable roof rack. (Picture from: Autoblog)
The authentic Mercedes-Maybach design elements are naturally harmoniously combined with the new outdoor adventure design motif. Not only that, the strength of Abloh's work lies in the exploratory conversations triggered by his work.

This two-door Maybach off-road coupe has very traditional proportions and lines with a large front end and a slightly undersized rear end. Next up is the old-school coupe high above the ground with small steel wheels and thick tires. The matte tan paint color was splashed all over the ornaments, such as skid plates, bolt-on fender flares, stone rails, to the bolster cage with roof basket.
The fancy wild Maybach' off-roader concept's rear has a skid plate, a brush guard, and a flat fascia with round taillights. (Picture from: Autoblog)
The interior of this car looks simple, but fancy with brown genuine-leather covered on the fully reclined seats and also almost all parts inside. There is additional storage and equipment in special compartments around the cab. Unfortunately, Mercedes-Benz does not reveal yet this fancy off-roder' specific specifications especially regarding its performance and range.
That's not entirely surprising, since this seems to be solely a design exercise, and don't expect to see a production model anytime soon. But it does not rule out the possibility that this special car will change its ownership status one day in future, if there are serious wealthy enthusiasts who had made an agreement with the German car maker to swap it with a certain amount of money. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MERCEDES-BENZ | ID.MOTOR1 | AUTOBLOG | HIGHNOBIETY ]

This Detonator wouldn't blown anything instead your minds

Weird ONES If You remembered the lighted motorcycles in 'Tron: Legacy' or the motorized vehicles roled in the movie of 'Captain America: The First Avenger'? Or maybe you've known the futuristic Lotus C-01 superbike or the RoboRace future racing cars before. If you think that such those super crazy concepts are meant only for fiction then you might have to change your opinion.
The Cosmic Motors Detonator by Daniel Simon is a straight line dragster has been built for the humanoid droids; normal humans will find it really tough to ride this creation. (Picture from: MotorBeam)
Daniel Simon, the creator of all those super crazy concepts, has come up with yet another mind-blowing concept which has been named the Cosmic Motors Detonator. As an automotive designer, he holds a degree in vehicle design and had earlier designed concept cars for Bugatti and Lamborghini. He is also a part of the VW Group’s Advanced Studio and could be said he is the great designer and vehicle creator.
The Cosmic Motors Detonator by Daniel Simon has been created for his futuristic vehicle design company called the Cosmic Motors. (Picture from: MotorBeam)
Since, this straight line dragster has been built for the humanoid droids; normal humans will find it really tough to ride this creation. The design speaks for itself. It suits the unusual bodies of their mechanical riders. The rider sits way too back and has a big task of handling a elongated front.
The Cosmic Motors Detonator by Daniel Simon is a 11.5-foot long electric motorcycle and powered by a lithium-ion battery, it can go 80-100 miles on a one hour charge. (Picture from: MotorBeam)
As quoted of MotorBeam, till date there're ten units of the Detonators have been manufactured. Though these bike races are slower than the other streamline motorbikes, it is the fire emitting exhausts and the thunderous roar that would interest anyone.
The Cosmic Motors Detonator by Daniel Simon has a long wheel-base, low center of gravity and a sensitive electromagnetic steering. (Picture from: MotorBeam)
This bike is a 11.5-foot long electric motorcycle and powered by a lithium-ion battery, so it can go as far as 80 to 100 miles on a one hour charge. Thus, a long wheel-base, low center of gravity and a sensitive electromagnetic steering is what can describe the Detonator. High speed exhausts gases come in handy to aid better acceleration.
However, this brings some minor glitches in the norms it must follow. In order to keep the vehicle compact, the bike has been designed tightly round the rear wheel. Obviously it is not a bike that everyone can handle, however, if you really wish to own it, keep $100,000 with you as it won’t be a cheap deal.

The Detonator is one of many futuristic vehicles designed by him has been included inside his book titled the Cosmic Motors, and if You are curious about this futuristic electric motorcycle made by Daniel Simon, please take a look at the following video:
