"Fortunately, this is a bonus for our hard work," said Ivan, who is also the owner of the Albani 28 Modified garage in Petos Junction, Puri Beta - Ciledug, Tangerang. In order to compete for the National Champion title, he must redesigned the bike concept.

"Changes approximately 50% from the previous," said Ivan who inspired by the Honda Zoomer-X modification that has appeared at the Bangkok International Motor Show 2015. "Most major spruce up, because when we participated the contest in Bandung, our working time is very tight, so the less than perfect," he said further.

One of the targets are to enhance the bike's dimensions and proportions. "Previously the wheelbase less long and too looked up," he explained. The action taken by bending the main chassis, precisely under the handlebar. Its upside down suspention was cut about 15 cm.

Next, we overhauled the engine mounting by shifting the engine position to the right. "Let the front wheel and rear is centered," he added. While the rear chassis formed from a rolled pipe which is considered good.

Here are several detailed pictures of the 2007 Honda Vario Jap-Style custom bike. (All pictures taken from: http://bit.ly/1MyBfkl)

"Under the direction of the jury, as previously the fuel tank lied under near the water radiator tube," he explained again. Uniquely the wasp tail as cafe racer typical who also functioned as the fuel tank, it looks like matching the headlights mask with the café racer style as well.

This result looks more cute than Zoomer-X who became the inspiration. Especially after the other detailed items, such as the plate under the seat and a drum made of sheet aluminum and cut using a laser. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | OTOMOTIFNET]

Even so, according to Dr. Frans Abednego Barus, a pulmonary specialist, said that the smoke of conventional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes just as dangerous.

"According to my assumptions, inhaling the smoke of regular cigarettes or electronic still potentially exposed to the chronic obstructive diseases, blockage or slowing the flow of air can also happen," said Frans in the seminar of Healthy Lungs for Life at the Double Tree Hotel in Jakarta on October 30, 2015.

Frans explained, the air temperature issued electronic cigarette is different from the surrounding air temperature. With high temperatures, around 60 degrees Celsius, and if the smoke inhaled will result in the inflammation that blocks the airway.

"Respiratory tract will be damaged and characterized by thickening of the airway wall. So I think regular cigarettes or electric ones are equally at risk," he said.

He added that the electronic cigarette claims more secure, but actually dangerous because it can make someone use these cigarettes because of they feel secured.

"The factor of feeling more secure that makes people addicted to electronic cigarettes and the potential of cancer will be much higher than regular cigarettes" he added.

So it is best not smoking at all. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC INDONESIA]

Japanese scientists created unbreakable Glass as strong as Steel

Scientists from the University of Tokyo's Institute of Industrial Science (IIS) creates a new type of unbreakable glass that is claimed to be as strong as steel. But the size of the glass made like in general, even designed more lighter and thinner. The scientists used a technique called 'aerodynamic levitation' to create a layer of transparent glass to make this glass.

As a result the light and thin size, the glass is also claimed it could be a perfect solution to protect the screen of your smart phone devices. This discovery is not only the good news for the electronic industry, but also for the automotive industry. Not just for smartphones, the unbreakable glass is also certainly can make a variety of electronic devices, ranging from laptops, tablets and so on.

As reported by Science Alert, the 'hybrid' glass can be ready for the market the next five years. This breakthrough will soon be mass produced. "We will find ways to mass produce the product as soon as possible," said Atsunobu Masuno, IIS assistant professor to the Asahi Shimbun.

The glass contains aluminum oxide compounds, known for toughness. The glass base material is silicon dioxide, which is the main component of sand. This glass is made with a combination of aluminum oxide is commonly used for plastics and paints. Combinations of materials that can produce hard glass, sturdy and strong as steel. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ASAHI SHIMBUN | SCIENCEALERT]
