The anther is what will make the structure 152 meters higher than the tower design of Adrian Smith+Gordon Gill Architecture, The Kingdom Tower. To note, the Kingdom Tower in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is currently under construction.
The Bride is designed to house offices, hotels, residential areas, commercial centres, parks and gardens, and even its own rail network across the 1,550,908 square metres of floor space. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/1NFTDHG)
Meanwhile, the title of tallest building in the world today is still held by the Burj Khalifa in Dubai as tall as 830 meters. The Burj Khalifa was also designed by Smith and Gill. They collaborated with the Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) architectural firm.

AMBS Architects call The Bride as "the world's first vertical city". This tower will not only be the tallest structure but also a new breakthrough in the field of engineering and vertical transportation.

The Bride will gather offices, hotels, apartments, commercial centers, parks and gardens. This structure is equipped with a rail network covering an area of 1,550,908 square meters.

"In contrast to a conventional tower, The Bride will be a place that can be enjoyed by all. Not only for those who live and work there, but also other communities," wrote AMBS Architects.

The Bride surrounded by a glass canopy on the south facade, which is referred to as "hijab". The tower offers a color complex and interesting as the public areas.

Three other tower structures designed with heigh each 724 meters, 484 meters and 61 meters. Due to these heigh, The Bride categorized as mega tall. While the building is over 300 meters tall called supertall.

The Bride also to be planned become the zero energy structure, which means that the tower will generate as much energy as is consumed. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | DEZEEN]

Meets the Big-Italian Cafédecursa at the EICMA 2015

This bike is named Cafédecursa, then You will be asked made by whom? This bike is made by CR&S (Cafe Racing & Sport), a Milan-based motorcycle manufacturer. And the Cafédecursa make its debut at the EICMA 2015 in Milan.

Judging from the looks, this motorcycle carrying a distinctive massive café racer style and corresponds to the name given to it. For the drivetrain, this bike uses a S&S X Wedge 1,917 cc (117 cu) V-Twin engine that is capable of spewing the power up to 96 hp (71 kW) at 5,100 rpm with a torque of 117 ft-lb (158 Nm) at 4,300 rpm.

That power drives the 540 lb/245 kg (dry weight) Cafédecursa to 80 mph in 7.4 seconds (0 to 60 mph is evidently not an option) with maximum speed listed at 125 mph (over 200 km/h).

This engine designed for each cylinder has two valve stem and three Noken belt (one suction, two exhaust) and also used on their previous cruiser motorcycle, ie CR&S Duu which made its debut as a prototype at EICMA 2009.

It also shares the Duu's big stainless steel backbone, which also serves as the gas tank, wheels, exhaust, brakes, and stainless steel swing arm, but gets café style handlebars and fairing, new rear lights, and an aluminum air intake. Many structural components was high-quality carbon materials. Such as headlights, gas tank, etc.

CR&S has also outfitted the Cafédecursa with the same inverted 48 mm telescopic fork with adjustable damping and spring preload found on the front of the Duu, along with the same single progressive shock on the back. A set of dual 4 piston Brembos in the front and a single 2 piston in the back bring this beast to a stop.

For the motorcycle tires uses very lightweight 17" light alloy wheels. Interestingly, exhaust design is very simple and does not disturb the café racer impression. Then double exhaust tip models were under the heel of the back.
But unfortunately not known how much the price for each unit of CR&S Cafédecursa. It is estimated that it costs about the same as the CR&S Duu which ranges from €44,000. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CR&S | GIZMAG]

Repairing Neurons with Blue Light

The nervous system is built to last a lifetime. But different diseases or influence of the environment can defeat the ability of neurons to maintain its function or to repair itself after injury.

A team led by Dr. Hernán López-Schier, Head of the Research Unit of Sensory Biology and Organogenesis at Helmholtz Zentrum München, now successfully developed repair injured nerve circuits in zebrafish.
These are zebrafish neurons projecting to the brain (green). One neuron expresses a light-activatable enzyme (red). Scientist were able to stimulate the regeneration of injured neurons using optogenetics. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/1ldgIdN)
Key to the success of the researchers' is the molecule of cyclic Adenosine MonoPhosphate (cyclic AMP or cAMP), which is produced by an enzyme called adenylate cyclase. For their experiments, scientists used a special form of this enzyme induced by blue light. Therefore, the scientists were able to specifically modulate the production of cAMP in the cell that expresses this enzyme, by using a blue light.

The researchers used this system in zebrafish larvae that have disrupted its lateral sensory nerves.

"When the blue light illuminates the severed nerves showed the ability photoactive adenylyl cyclase, repair them increases dramatically," said Xiao Yan, a student of PhD candidate who is first author of the study.

In simple terms, the scientists were able to stimulate repair neuronal circuits by increasing cAMP with blue light.

"The optogenetics has revolutionized neurobiology, because this method has been used to modify for instance the electrical activity of neurons. However, our results show for the first time how to repair complex neural circuits in the whole animal can be developed with the use of light," said López-Schier.

However, the invention does not make the head of researcher complacency. He thinks that this is just the beginning.

"Now we want to investigate whether these results can be extrapolated to other than single neurons in zebrafish, for example, to more complex neural circuits of the higher animals," he explained.

Scientists can think of using this method as a future therapeutic approach for the neuropathy treatment on diabetes and other diseases. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | SCIENCEDAILY]

By this system allows the steering and suspension work independently. So that the control process in the corner at high speed is not affected by the weight displacement that occurs in the bike's suspension. This certainly affects more accurate to the bike's control.
Another uniqueness is with a unique motorcycle construction, so the Tesi 3D Race Café can be raised-down of 23 mm by adjusting its front and rear swing-arm. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | BIMOTA | GIZMAG]

Sung Kang himself dubbed his car with nickname Fugu Z, the (Fugu) name taken from the poisonous blowfish in Japan. These fish is one of the delicious culinaries for the Japanese people, but must be careful in consuming these fish, because their poison is dangerous. And this is also a warning to automotive lovers, if You doesn't prepare the car properly and carefully, of course it can be kill You.
The process of modifications made to the Datsun 240 Z which takes about 65 days to be exhibited in the SEMA Show 2015. Eventually all the hard work done by Sung Kang and his team paid, when the Fugu Z was crowned as the 'Best Import' in the SEMA Show 2015 and also 'Best in Show' which is directly elected by the GranTurismo game creator, Kazunori Yamauchi. The plan, the Sun Kang's Fugu Z will be present in the upcoming GranTurismo video game. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | PAULTAN.ORG]
