Honda will show off the new look of NC750X

Honda will present many surprises in the Tokyo Motor Show 2015 at the end of October. And one of them plans to show off the facelift of NC750X motorcycle.

As reported by Indianautoblog, the Honda motorcycle will present the new faces as well as some technical changes. These changes create a motorcycle that is also known to have adopted the car technology look more handsome.

SkyTran air taxis make debut in Israel

If you feel tired of dealing with traffic congestion on the road. Soon maybe you will not experience it. SkyTran is an air mass transit system in the form of a car that is magnetically rolled 20-30 feet above the ground along elevated tracks.

A Mountain View-based company, SkyTran has developed a system over the last five years. The pilot project will made debut in Tel Aviv at the end of October. This system will go as far as 900 feet above the campus of Israel Aerospace Industries, which partnered with SkyTran to develop these cars.

Initially, only one car that will run on the track on debut later. This taxi can accommodate up to four people. The trip by taxi can travel up to speeds of 60 mph. SkyTran expects to add more cars to debut. If all goes well, the company hopes to expand the system to three other Israeli cities, and some cities in the United States in 2018.

Mode of transport is cheaper and simpler to build than the railroads and the subway - and also more environmentally friendly, said Jerry Sanders, SkyTran CEO.

"This is why we think it's important SkyTran to be a public transport system," he said, adding that the underground system can cost between $ 100 million and $2 billion per kilometer.

Toyota's environmentally friendly concept car

Automotive designers and architects are two different artists who very rarely work together. But Toyota wanted to combine both to create a special concept named Toyota ME.WE.

Since 2011 the Toyota Europe design studio in Nice, ED2 in collaboration with Jean-Marie Massaud, a French Architect, they have sought to create a vehicle that answered all the environmental challenges by bringing an independent vision and experience of the automotive industry.

Its name is derived from the simultaneous attention to a human (ME) and others (WE). This concept car has three main concerns, namely Accuracy, Synthesis, and Modernity.

Bagong Ti Wetan Street Bobber

A modification work is always presenting various kinds of results that are sometimes unexpected by automotive enthusiasts. Especially with classic custom that is not only attractive because of its design, but also where the builder came from.

And what happens when two old friends met and both have the same hobby, namely building a custom motorcycle? Then later was born the 'Bagong ti Wetan' (in English mean 'Hog from East'), a custom street bobber based on 1977 Yamaha XS650 as a collaboration result of two Bandung-based motorcycle home modifications, Glanets Radical 77 and Retrogrades Slaughter House.

Actually, Purnama Glanets as the owner of the motorcycle already has a bobber concept to build his 1977 Yamaha XS650. On the way, his old friend from junior high to high school, Didot who also have the same hobby is tinkering with motorbikes came to the Glanets Radical 77 workshop.

From the conversation of the two old friends, it gives birth to interesting ideas to create another concept of Purnama's motorcycle. "Finally we agreed to collaborate between Glanets Radical 77 and Retrogrades Slaughter House or GR77 x RSH," said Purnama.

"Well, the Yamaha XS650 custom motorcycle is a third generation continuation of the Careeta Machine after that there were 'Teng Wadja' also made by Retrogrades Slaughter House based on the Triumph T120," revealed Purnama further. As the name implies, Purnama explained that the name is adapted to the chubby body construction design including its muscular legs and fins accent on the right.
