Porsche introduces the fourth generation all-electric Taycan sports car
New EV On the earlier this year, Porsche, the German automotive manufacturer introduced its latest new electric-powered car model named the Porsche Taycan All Electric Sports Saloon, accompanying existing models such as the Taycan Turbo S, Taycan Turbo and Taycan 4S. In an official releases, the Stuttgart-based automotive company explained that its newest electric-powered car has front-wheel drive and is available in two sizes of battery, namely 300 kW which is capable of spraying power up to 408 PS while the second one 350 kW with power of 476 PS.

It's said, although the Taycan All Electric Sports Saloon has just been introduced, it known has such the cooler features as the Plug & Charge function allowing convenient charging and payments without the need for cards or applications after the charging cable is plugged in. This allows the Taycan to establish encrypted communication with any Plug & Charge compatible charging station. Meanhile the charging process starts automatically then the payments are also processed automatically.

Regarding its performance, the German-made electric-powered car is promised to be able to shoot up to 230 kph. And It's also said the battery can be charged in just 22.5 minutes and capable made it drove as far as 100 km. Then the Porsche 4th gen Taycan electric-powered car will be sold in the price range of 83,520 euros (approx Rp. 1.4 billion).

At the first started on March, the German-made electric car will be marketed in the German, US and Chinese markets and is predicted the latest Taycan model will become one of the world's most favorite electric cars. And the Stuttgart-based automotive company targets the latest Taycan models to produce 40,000 units.

As in an interview with Automobilwoche, a spokesman of Audi (Porsche' compatriot company which also same as under the Volkswagen Group flags) confirmed that there're 400 employees dispatched from the Neckarsulm plant to be employed at Porsche's Zuffenhausen plant. The first batch of employees has been dispatched since June, and in the next few months more employees will be joined to produce the latest Taycan models.
Since its launch at the end of 2019, the Porsche Taycan has proven itself to be one of the most sought-after electric vehicles in the global automotive market. This electric car is even lined up to be the fastest environmentally friendly vehicle, and also knew faster than the Tesla Model S.
