Newest Toyota's crossover

After being flaunt it in the form of silhouettes on the internet last week, Toyota finally unveil the concept model, before formally exhibited at the Paris Motor Show in October 2014. Toyota C-HR concept car is prepared to compete with the Honda HR-V or Vezel in the compact SUV or crossover segment.

From its appearance, the figure of C-HR glance much like the Nissan Juke character with a compact body, but with a high ground clearance. At the front, the dominance of a typical pair of ellipses Toyota emblem is centered and large.

On both sides, futuristic lamp with LED layer and a light blue beam of light radiating from the center of illumination. A great bumper, with a stylish sporty air dam at the bottom of a wasp nest. On either side of the bumper there are also three pairs of point LEDs lined up vertically.

Its taillights, fin-like the fighter jet with a layer of LED lights. The rear spoiler is also fitted with LED brake lights.

This concept is part of the Auris family, looks to the character designs have the same common thread. Toyota will position the C-HR under RAV4. The Bavarian taste on American motorcycle

It is very rare if the builder used Buell motorcycles as a base for their modifications. Most often they remodel its elder brother, Harley-Davidson. But Buchholz Custom, the motorcycle builder from Germany instead used the Buell X1 and chose to adopt a capacity of 1,200 cc engine from Harley-Davidson Sportster as their media creation this time.

The Harley-Davidson classic technology ie air-cooled pushrod V-twin replaced by Thuderstorm cylinder heads with large valve and combustion chamber are painted over. The result is an increase in power of about 95 bhp or increase of 60 percent compared with Sportster conventional engine.

Although the Sportster frame is still maintained, but Buchholz Custom prefer the Honda VTR 1000 RC51 SP2's front end so that a more steady control like a sport bike. Lamborghini Zagato Second Edition

Famous Italian supercar manufacturer, Lamborghini has launched and over their retro sport car, Zagato. In this second edition, Lamborghini painted the Zagato with 'glare' color, brilliant yellow.

Zagato second edition was launched just two months after the first edition was introduced. This supercar took the base of the Gallardo LP 570-4. Unfortunately, the Lamborghini is still keeping the consumer who is the first book this supercar. Zagato itself will only be produced as many as five units for the entire world.

As reported by MotorAuthority, on Saturday, August 9, 2014, the supercar is powered by the evolution of V10 engine of LP570-4 variants that has a capacity of 5.2 liter. This engine is capable of spraying power of 562 hp with all-wheel drive system. By carrying the engine, Zagato was able to accelerate from 0-100 kph in just 3.4 seconds. The maximum speed of the super bull was able to penetrate up to 322 kph.

Honda will release the Gold Wing 40th Anniversary Edition

Currently, the Honda Gold Wing was nearly 4 decades since it was first introduced in 1975 with the GL1100 models. And to celebrate their success, Honda will release Gold Wing 40th Anniversary Edition will be a 2015 model. This bike comes with some modifications and also the color updates that are becoming more classic.

As quoted from Autoevolution, on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer presents two new shades namely Silver Metallic with a choice of Prominence Red or Graphite Black. Meanwhile, the Honda Gold Wing Special Edition is also comes with the frame and wheels in black color. As a special edition, Honda also put the emblems on some parts, such as a passenger backrest, locks, front fairing, as well as the trunk lid.

Modifications that made by Honda in the motorcycle is also used by the Indonesian Presidential Guard (Paspampres) includes new fairing design to minimize wind resistance, especially in the legs, and leg warmers from the hot air coming from the engine.

Top Car, a Russian automotive tuner company recently showed their latest aerodynamic kit designs through a gallery containing pictures of these products which have installed on a high-performance SUV, namely the Porsche Macan.

These fish can walk on land

Keep the fish in the terrestrial environment, perhaps an impossible thing. However, not so for the three researchers from McGill University. They just do it in order to reveal the behavioral and physiological changes in the fish. It is important to prove one theory of evolution which states that the first land animals are marine animals that migrated and evolved since 400 million years ago.

"I used to see the fins of fish and movement, and thought that it was very interesting and complex," said Emily Standen, who is the lead author of the research report published in the Nature journal, on Wednesday, August 27, 2014.

"Then I think, how a change of fins organ into something that can work on land? This is what makes this research project began," explained researcher who now works at the University of Ottawa.

Standen and her colleagues then took 111 samples Polypterus senegalus, species of fish are running, with the common name senegal bichir or "dinosaur eel". A number of P senegalus was maintained in a terrestrial environment. Maintenance environment consists of gravel with a mesh floor and as high as 3 millimeters of water to prevent the fish experiencing drought. For comparison, the researchers also observed 38 fish samples were allowed to live in the water.

This dinosaur eels have gills at the same lung. They can breathe on land. Sometimes, they also run from one pond to another pond water when dry. However, they did not do it intentionally.

After maintaining for nine months, the researchers then analyzed the movement. They observed 20 fish were brought up on land and 10 who grew up in the water. Thruxton Ace produced only 100 units

Triumph launched a Thruxton limited edition that called Ace. The derivation model of the daily motorcycle family as Bonneville was launched in collaboration with the Ace Café in the UK.
