Honda CB500F in touch a Classic Café Racer

PT. Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is also displayed several modified motorcycles in the exhibition of Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2016. At least three motorcycles that have been shown, which is a type of sport CB500F and Vario 150 scooter and Beat. Of the three, the motorcycle with the most striking appearance at the Honda booth is CB500F.

With the concept of Techno café racer, Honda entrust the process to two Jakarta-based workshops, ie Baru Motor Sport (BMS) to modify the motorcycle and Tomi Airbrush to paint the whole body. The café racer style is identical to a typical seat.

The back is curved and used clamp handlebar like the racing motorcycle bygone era, that also applied to the Honda sport bike.

Looking forward to the release of the BMW i8 Roadster

BMW was confirming will add its i8 variant with the roadster models, which will be rolled up to two years ahead. The BMW i8 roadster first debuted at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show as a concept car.

However, the i8 roadster development project was delayed several times and the German automotive giant instead prioritize the BMW i8 coupe production. In fact, the concept that debuted in China is actually a prototype of the production version.

The news was confirmed by the statement of the CEO of BMW, Harald Krueger was called the i8 roadster will enter into manufacturing production line up in 2018. Krueger did not mention in detail the car's figure, but did not rule this variant would be present with the roofless version.

As quoted from Autonews, the base platform of i8 roadster later would adopt the facelift version of the i8 family. Thus, the plug-in hybrid car is eventually going to produce more power and farther mileage.

Krueger also noted with satisfaction the battery performance of the latest i8, makes the car can run as far as 300 kilometers from previously only 190 kilometers. Scientists found a new unique millipede

Millipedes, so people often mention the name of smallish reptiles, jointed, and has a row of legs a lot. The arthopoda type animal is one that is often found in parts of Indonesia, India, South Africa and several other countries.

But recently, scientists stunned by the discovery of a unique new species of millipedes in a cave in California. As quoted by LiveScience on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, the male-sex arthopoda has a number of legs and genitals of different animals like.

If the millipedes in general have about 700 feet, these findings have only 414 and 4 of which also can be converted into the penis. The animal found in the marble caves known as Lange Cave, located in Sequoia National Park, California also has a unique metabolic system. Of the pore of its body, the animal named 'Illacme tobini' can release 200 toxic substances. The hazardous liquids that supposedly serves as a 'weapon' to protect themselves from predators.

The name of Illacme Tobini itself taken from the name of a scientist who discovered this new species, Ben Tobini, a cave expert in the Grand Canyon National Park. The Illacme tobini research starts from 2002 to 2009. During the search formed by Tobini, a cave biologist, Jean Krejca (now working in Zara Evironmental Texas) found the figure of a small milipede measuring only 20 millimeters long.

Krejca then send it to be analyzed to milipeda expert Paul Marek of Virgina Tech, and William Sher from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. The scientists then 'excited' to realize they're researching a new species of the Illacme type (so far only one type that was found, ie Illacme plenipes).

The animal was found in an area that is as far as 240 kilometers from Lang Cave. The millipede has 750 feet, and is the milipede with feet at most on the Earth. "I never expected to 'hold' the second type of animal with the most number of feet on the planet, which was found in a cave within 240 kilometers of the previous finding," Marek said in a statement.

After the discovery, the researchers continue their search in hopes of finding another sample of Illacme tobini. They are probing around Lange Cave and 63 other locations in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. But did not find others. The millipede in the hands of scientists is believed to be the only one Illacme tobini and stud of the existing new species.

According to the research, this 'blind' millipede is prey on fungi as the main food source. They also mention that the ninth and tenth feet of the arthopoda can be transformed into a millipede typical penises known as gonopods. The 'penis' has a tapered tip shaped like a shovel and a projection that serves deliver sperm from the male to the female one.

Fisker prepares an electric car variants

Speaking of electric cars today will not be separated from the name of Tesla Motors. Even traditional manufacturers are not able to compete. Even so, that does not mean other manufacturers silent. As reported by Motoring.com.au on Tuesday, November 1, 2016, the American manufacturers has just introduced a full-electric sedan called 'EMotion'. The car is reportedly already equipped with nano technology.

The EMotion was designed by former BMW and Aston Martin designer Henrik Fisker. According to him, this model was the `spiritual` successor of the models that have been released in 2011, ie Fisker Karma.

In terms of design, one point featured the claimed contained on this model is the most spacious cabin, including legroom. What is different from EMotion than any Tesla models are the batteries. While Tesla and another electric cars in general, using a lithium-ion battery, but EMotion uses a battery made of graphene material produced by Fisker Nanotech.
EMotion also has been equipped with self-driving, as Tesla with its Autonomous feature. Fisker ensure that the EMotion will begin to be produced with a high volume, especially for the US market. These underwater lakes will kill anyone who swim there

For the first time, scientists have discovered the lakes in the ocean. Anyone who dives to the lake will die of poisoning. A waters underneath the Gulf of Mexico that was discovered by scientists through Exploration Vessel (E/V) Nautilus spotted the underwater lakes because its salinity level is much higher than the surrounding waters dubbed as 'Jacuzzi of Despair'.

"This is the most amazing thing in the deep sea. You dive into the deep sea and find a lake or river that flows, it feels like was not on the Earth," said Erik Cordes, an associate professor of biology at Temple University.

Erik who published these findings in the journal Oceanography last week said that the lakes in the ocean has salt levels five times higher than surrounding areas. Not only that, it also has the levels of methane and hydrogen sulfide are very high. That is why the waters of the lake can not be mixed perfectly with the surrounding waters.

Almost no living creature that is able to live in that environment. Anyone who dive into it will die due to poisoning. Only bacteria can tolerate methane and high salt and will survive. For the scientist, the lake is an interesting research field. Scientists can study how certain living creatures could live in extreme conditions.

VW Golf MK1 GTI was built from Lego bricks

Creativity in making a miniature car by using Lego bricks has now become a trend. This time, the Lego bricks are designed to resemble a miniature Volkswagen Golf MK1 GTI hatchback.

Volkswagen Golf MK1 GTI was made with sufficient detail, starting from the exterior to the interior. As with other toy car, the car was designed complete with two doors, hood, and rear trunk can be opened. Its outside display using color combinations of gray for the body and black for bumpers, mirrors and fender.

As quoted from Motor1 on Monday, October 31, 2016, said that the Golf MK1 GTI hatchback is built by using 1,278 Lego bricks. This toy car will be participated in the competition held by the Lego Ideas pages and then can be mass produced later by the Danish toy company.

Before Golf MK1 GTI, the Lego bricks has also been constructed in the form of a classic Volkswagen Beetle car. The car made enough detail for a total of 1,167 pieces of Lego bricks, and has dimensions of length 29 cm, width 12 cm, and a height of 15 cm.
