Under the hood, the Czinger 21C Blackbird Edition is powered by a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine that churns out 1,250 horsepower. Pair this with a duo of electric motors, and the Blackbird Edition receives an additional 100 horsepower boost, resulting in a total of 1,350 horsepower. This power is efficiently transferred through a 7-speed sequential gearbox, exclusively developed by Czinger, to all four wheels.

Astonishingly, the automaker claims that the 21C Blackbird Edition can accelerate from 0 to 250 mph and back to 0 in just 27 seconds. If proven accurate, this feat would outpace every other production car on the planet, including the current record holder, the Koenigsegg Regera, which achieved it in 28.81 seconds. The 21C Blackbird Edition has also reportedly set a lap record of 1 minute 25.44 seconds at the WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway, surpassing the previous record set by the McLaren Senna.

With production limited to a mere 80 units, the Czinger 21C lineup consists of both the sleek C21 Vmax and the more track-focused C21 variants, including only four Blackbird Editions. The decision between the models is made easier by the modest $750,071 premium for the Blackbird Edition over the base or Vmax versions, adding to the allure of this remarkable machine.
As Czinger Vehicles continues to redefine the limits of automotive engineering, the Czinger 21C Blackbird Edition stands as a testament to their unwavering commitment to innovation and performance. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CZINGER | MOTORTREND | MIN.NEWS ]
