Here's the duo one-of-a-kind of the last V12 Lambos

~New BEAST~ It doesn't feel like how quick the time has passed, and we come to the last V12 engined Lambos. Not one, but two. The following are two of the latest sports cars made by Lamborghini, the Italian premium car manufacturer, namely the Lamborghini Invencible Coupé and the Lamborghini Auténtica Roadster.

Furthermore, the Sant'Agatha Bolognese based automaker stated that both were built from the base Aventador. For the drivetrain, the Invencible and Auténtica came with a V12 engine, the same engine embedded in the Lamborghini Ultimae and also said to be the last V12 engine from Lamborghini before the manufacturer shifted to electric and hybrid variants.

The engine is reportedly capable of spitting out power of 769 hp and a peak torque of 720 Nm, that such power is transferred via a 7-speed ISR gearbox. Interestingly, both cars are also equipped with a Lamborghini's dynamic steering system that allows i to control all four wheels. Unfortunately, performance details haven't been disclosed, but it's thought the car will be able to go from 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) in 2.8 seconds and have a top speed of 220 mph (355 kph) to rival Ultimae.

As reported by Carscoops, the Invencible coupé and Auténtica roadster were specially made by the Lamborghini Centro Stile division, which also mentioned that both of them were inspired by several special models in the past, namely the Sesto Elemento, Reventon and Veneno.

Then the aura of a supercar is indeed thick covering these two new Lamborghini V12-engined cars. This can be seen from the front of the Invencible and Auténtica which adopt an arrowhead-like headlights combined with a low and sharp nose design, splitter and ventilated hood. Meanwhile, the back features a hexagonal styled tail lights design. Where the same theme is also carried on the exhaust tip and diffuser structure which shows the rear tires.

The obvious difference between the two models is the rear wing design. the Lamborghini Invencible has a single style design, while the Auténtica model has twin fins (separate) and two 'domes' behind the seats. Then, the Lamborghini Invencible comes in a Rosso Efesto red color that matches the black carbon roof. Then for Lamborghini Auténtica it comes with black Grigio Titans combined with contrasting Giallo Auge accents on the aero components.

Entering the cabin interior, in plain view it still looks similar to other Lamborghini V12-engined supercar models. However, when viewed more specifically the design is different. The air conditioner ventilation holes are designed in hexagonal 3D style. Then the instrument panel also comes with a new design that can display various car information. However, unfortunately the two cars are not equipped with a touchscreen head unit.

Just as the performance details of the two Lamborghini supercars have not been disclosed by the automaker, so have the prices. However, it is certain that this pair of new supercars will have a high price tag, which probably would be sold above seven digits of Euros maybe more. We'll wait and see... *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | LAMBORGHINI | CARSCOOPS ]
