Arese RH95 Unveiled in 2021 to Celebrate Touring Superleggera’s 95th Anniversary
Heritage Ignited - In a time when high-performance cars increasingly lean on digital wizardry and mass-production efficiency, there are still makers who treat automotive design as a craft rooted in history. This perspective leads naturally to the Arese RH95, a supercar created to honor Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera’s 95th anniversary. The Milanese coachbuilder, founded by Felice Bianchi Anderloni in 1926, has long been known for graceful forms and its patented “superleggera” construction, and the RH95was conceived as a modern reflection of that legacy in 2021.

Its name comes from Arese, the suburb near Milan that has shaped the company’s identity for generations. More importantly, the RH95 becomes Touring’s first original mid-engined model, signaling a step into a new era of proportions and performance. The car is built on a donor platform sourced from eitherthe Ferrari 488 Pista or the Ferrari F8 Tributo, allowing Touring to merge its design language with proven Italian engineering beneath the surface.

Visually, the RH95 borrows inspiration from the Aero 3 and the Alfa Romeo Disco Volantebut forms its own character through carbon-fiber bodywork and a distinctly sculpted profile. A muscular hood, sleek headlights, and dramatic scissor doors define the front section, while air scoops on the nose, roof, and sides feed both the engine and the car’s aerodynamic needs. At the rear, slim taillights and dual exhaust tips complete the purposeful, athletic stance.

by a minimalist dashboard with buttons on it, and a 3-spoke
multifunction steering wheel. (Picture from: Slash&Gear)
The showcased Verde Pino example with silver accents highlights a cabin designed for two, trimmed in luxurious tricolor leather that subtly reinforces its Italian roots. A central console separates driver and passenger, organizing the interior around a clean, minimalist dashboard. A three-spoke multifunction steering wheel with a flat bottom adds a contemporary touch, and multiple airbags are integrated discreetly to maintain safety without cluttering the layout.
The Touring Superleggera Arese RH95 is is powered by a Euro 6 compliant 4.2 liter V8 engine that capable spew
out a maximum power of 670 hp and a peak torque of 760 Nm coupled with
7-speed DCT gearbox. (Picture from: Slash&Gear)
Power comes from a Euro 6–compliant 4.2-liter V8 producing 670 hp and 760 Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed DCT. This setup enables the RH95 to surge from 0–100 km/h in about three seconds before pushing toward a 330-km/h top speed. The figures place it firmly in modern supercar territory, yet the appeal lies equally in Touring’s blend of artisanal styling and high-performance hardware.
Production is limited to just 18 units, further elevating the car’s exclusivity. Pricing has not been disclosed, largely because each build is bespoke, and customers may supply their own donor car. Estimates suggest the final cost will surpass that of the base Ferrari significantly, reinforcing the RH95 as a rare expression of heritage, craftsmanship, and contemporary ambition shaped for enthusiasts who value individuality as much as speed. *** [EKA [20092021] | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | EVO.CO.UK | ID.MOTOR1 | SLASH&GEAR ]
