The Italian auto-builders gave a fierce look to the Alfa Romeo 4C

Colaboration between Adler Group and UP Design have taken the very beautiful Alfa Romeo 4c and somehow turned it into something significantly more beautiful called the Alfa Romeo Mole Costruzione Artigianale 001. If you prefer your jaw to keep it from bruising, now is a good time to put some soft pillows on the floor.

I can't say I know much about Mole Costruzione Artigianale 001, other than what is on the Mole Automobiles brand car website. The site shows specifications that match the Alfa Romeo 4C bone stock, and which says (translated from Italian) that the car is "One-off on a 4C base, reinterpreted to retain the Alfa style, but with Mole DNA."

Every corner of the Alfa Romeo Mole Costruzione Artigianale 001 - designed and built by Umberto Polermo Design in collaboration with Adler Group - avoids the elegant beauty of the usual 4C for a more aggressive, in-your-face look, with the back having "louvers" in windows, lights aggressive dark rear and quad exhaust, and the front fascia is completely reworked.

The wide and dark headlights, places far outside and inside the aero channel, make the car look threatening, as well as the wide and wide grille openings and high upright grille. Even the interior is custom, with very Italian brown skin mixed with black leather and what looks like an aluminum accent.

Specialised in the interior design, the new Alfa-Mole features matte metal applications juxtaposed against leather in orange and grey as well as carbon fibre trim on the doors, boasting the know-how and the precious materials of the companies of the Adler group and the best craftsmanship of Neapolitan leather goods, a true epitome of a luxurious ride that is stylish inside out.

To top off this bespoke supercar, the Alfa-Mole uses a turbocharged 1,8-liter four-cylinder engine with 237 hp (176 kW) and 258 lb-ft (349 Nm) of torque. This is enough to send the Alfa Romeo 4C from 0 to 60mph in 4.1 seconds and onto a top speed of 160mph (257km/h).
It only looks amazing from every angle, and somehow reaches something that I think is impossible: This makes ordinary 4C look rather bland. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MOLE AUTOMOBILES | CARSCOOPS | AUTOWEEK | LUXUO]
