Behind the Yamaha superbike unique modification work was not spared from the touch of the cold hand of Tony Sesto. And the results modifications of Yamaha YZF-R1 superbike has participated in the International MotorShow (IMS) 2012 in Long Beach.

This Yamaha YZF-R1 has its front suspension replaced by a single-sided, hub-centre steered front end, radically stretched and fitted with a super wide tires measuring 240 mm to match the front and rear on the golden accent custom wheels.

The system is a full working one too, a point which the makers proved by riding the bike in from its build garage. The copper toned paint job is a tribute to Yamaha’s history in the form of a Samurai, Japanese Koi, Lotus flowers and the many different logos used throughout the company’s existence is also incorporated on the body.

This Yamaha YZF-R1 may no longer can be riding at high speed and done a maneuver like a superbike. New vaccine gene may give protection from Zika & Cancer

One new vaccine gene, which researchers say could be designed and developed in a week, can be adapted for the protection of a number of diseases, including Zika and possibly cancer.

Mosquitoes are one of the most common vector-borne, ranging from Zika to Malaria. And Zika cause birth defects in babies. The disease spread throughout America, from Brazil to Puerto Rico now reached the United States.

So far raised fierce competition to create a vaccine against Zika. Some of them are now entering clinical trials. A chemical engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Omar Khan hopes that his RNA vaccines will soon follow.

"Things such as Zika or Ebola outbreak recently, we were able to quickly respond within seven days. So where are hard pressed, and we need something safe, we were able to accomplish that," said Khan.

Vaccines that use the RNA messengers to stimulate the immune system. Researchers were able to direct directing these genetic materials of the virus or bacteria to fight any disease-causing organisms, and tied onto a single nanoparticle.

The ideas are old. But changing the vaccine into the cell is not easy, so the MIT researchers have designed it to be as small viruses being targeted. The researchers believe that they may be able to package the RNA vaccines against a number of other diseases.

"So, we are of course interested to know whether these vaccines can be used to treat patients with cancer or even for patients who may be at risk of developing certain cancers. Maybe we can give them the vaccine so that they will not get cancer later in life," says Daniel Anderson of MIT.

The new naked Kawasaki ER-6n image leaked

Kawasaki reportedly is developing a new generation of ER-6n, and the 650 cc engined sportbike will perform with a lot of changes compared with the current model.

The new Lotus Elise 250 Special Edition

Lotus automotive manufacturer is currently preparing the Lotus Elise 250 Special Edition. This sports car will only be produced in a limited number ie only 50 units. It has been found the closest habitable planet to the Earth

A new world can be inhabited by humans in the future might be located just across of our homes from the perspective of astronomy. A team of astronomers, through a publication in the Nature journal on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, revealed that Proxima Centauri, the nearest planetary system to our solar system, most likely have a habitable planet.

The new planet was named Proxima b. And the astronomers revealed its existence with detect the "wobble" of star when the planet passes, through a method known as radial velocity. The detection is performed with the instruments called High Accuracy Radial Velocity Planet Searcher (HARPS), which is located in the Atacama desert, Chile.

"We're talking about a planet that has similarities with the Earth," said Guillem Anglada Escude, an astronomer from Queen Mary University of London, who led the study.

Just like the Earth, Proxima b was a rocky planet. The Planet was also located in goldlilocks zone, ie a zone that was fitting to support the creation of precise temperature which allows the presence of water in liquid form. The planet estimated 1.3 times the size of Earth that are at a distance of approximately 7.5 million kilometers from its parent star.

A year counted on this planet is very short, equivalent to 11.2 days on Earth. These short years occurred because the distance of planet with relatively nearby star. Compare with the Earth-Sun distance is about 149 million kilometers.

The proximity of distance to the star does not necessarily make the Proxima b like in a hell. It could be happened because of the Proxima Centauri was not as hot as the Sun. And the planet was classified as a red dwarf, and cooler.

The distance from the Earth to Proxima Centauri itself is around 40 trillion kilometers. The distance that is very far, but in the perspective of astronomy is very close. Proxima Centauri can be likened to a complex across the street from us. These planetary system was the closest to Earth, even closer than the famous double star system Alpha Centauri.

"It's not just the nearest rocky planet, but the closest planet outside our solar system that ever found. Due to there's no planetary system that is closer to our solar system other than Proxima Centauri," said Escude.

With today's technology, we still need thousands of years to reach Proxima b. The life span of one generation alone is not enough.

"Obviously, to go there now is an impossible mission. However, we would think, not just in the imagination of scientists to send the spacecraft to go there," Escude said as quoted by the BBC on Thursday, August 25, 2016.

Not yet known whether the planet has an atmosphere like the Earth. However, Escude optimistic that in the next 10 years, whether or not the atmosphere existence at Proxima b will be found.

The existence of the atmosphere will determine whether the Proxima b really could be the our future home. Otherwise, the temperature at the planet's surface would be too cold for humans. And the sending of a special spacecraft to examine Proxima b can be done so that the characteristics of the planet more quickly revealed.

What happens if human live there? The experiences will be different than the Earth. When the planet has similar atmosphere with the Earth, so the color of twilight in there is similar to the dusk in late spring. However, the stars will be visible in the silent, not like the Sun. Why, because only one side of the planet facing the parent star.

Two rare classic Honda motorcycles in Indonesia

Besides the CB-series, turns out there were another classic motorcycles produced by Honda with a population that can be categorized rare in Indonesia. Here are two rare clasic motorcycles, ie Honda CP77 and Honda CL360.

1. Honda CP77

Honda CP77 classic motorcycles are vehicles produced in 1965. In Indonesia, CP77 are not sold freely, because the motorcycle was specially ordered by the Indonesian government at the time and used as the official motorcycles for Tjakrabirawa Regiment, the presidential guard.

In original condition, the Honda CP77 has a white bones colored body. The characteristic of motorcycle lies in the presence of the red-blue siren lights that flank the headlight. Interestingly, it was the exclusive factory default siren lamp ordered by Indonesian goverment.

The 50-years old motorcycle that included into the Honda Superhawk class was used a two-cylinder four-stroke engine with a capacity of 305 cc and two exhaust spout as well.

"This CP77 was Tjakrabirawa' motorcycle with white color. In the past there were not a thousand units. As far as I now in Jakarta only two units, one of which was mine," said Galih Alam, the owner of Honda CP77 as reported by the Liputan 6.

2. Honda CL360

Besides Honda CP77, another Honda classic motorcycles with numbering no less rare is the Honda CL360. Unmitigated, the motorcycles are actually marketed in the United States numbered in Indonesia can be counted on the fingers of the hand.
