Hellboy, the new species of horned dinosaur

This dinosaur dubbed 'Hellboy' by the experts because their horns are so unique. The fossil comes from dinosaur species that had never been discovered before.

The fossils were first discovered exactly 10 years ago by a geologist Peter Hews in around the Oldman River, Canada.

Through the Current Biology journal, Dr. Caleb Brown of the Royal Tyrrell Museum of Palaentology described this is the unusual finding fossils. Fossil findings turned out to have a close kinship with Triceratops.

"The specimens were found to be around Alberta, Canada. In the region has never discovered horned dinosaur like this finding. This fossils finding are so valuable," said Brown.

Brown and his colleague Donald Henderson, named the horned dinosaurs 'Regaliceratops peterhewsi' with the nickname "Hellboy". Furthermore, Brown and Henderson states that 'Hellboy' is a form of the most obvious evolution of horned dinosaurs.

And the researchers hope to find more the Regaliceratops peterhewsi specimens. The aim is able to reconstruct the entire fossils. "These findings suggest that there are many kinds of horned dinosaurs are not yet known," said Brown. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | NEW YORK TIMES]

Q by Aston Martin services is the car personalized program by Aston Martin consumers. Q by Aston Martin personalization service have sent one of seven cars built to the owner. This car was created specifically for a customer named Markus Storck, the founder and head of hi-tech bicycle maker Storck Bikes.

"I am very happy to see my dream for customization Aston Martin Vanquish come true," said Storck.

"Attention to detail, service and dedication that I see from the Q team is fantastic, the results are remarkable," he said.

For the interior, the black shades so dominating that emits an exclusive impression so clearly visible. Even Aston Martin uses carbon fiber material on the emblem. Aston Martin's seat specifically sewn resemble the shape of a gem, 'One of Seven' logo also deliberately applied at the headrest to represent the exclusive side of this variant.

There is no upgrade for this model's engine, namely a V12 rear mid-mounted engine that has a capacity of 6.0-liter. This engine provides an extra 3 bhp and a torque of 10 Nm for a total output of 568 bhp and a torque of 630 Nm (465 lb-ft). The engine parts also polished in black color and pinned Aston Martin badge.

The car engine works with the latest eight-speed Touchtronic III transmission system which developed by ZF. This setting allows this car can acclerated from rest to 96 km/h in just 3.6 seconds, and making it so half a second faster than the standard Vanquish Coupe version.
Storck took delivery of the first car at a private event held in England a couple of days ago, and the remaining six examples will be built and delivered before the end of the year. Aston has not revealed how much each coupe costs.. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | WORLDCARFANS]

Although the size is fairly minimalist, but the car that made by Quantum Performance Vehicles is capable of acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in just 2.6 seconds. With its speed, the Quantum GP700 will become a serious competitor to the Ariel Atom, or KTM X-Bow which is known as the vehicle that has an amazing speed.

Blood tests can reveal a person's history of viral infection

Every virus that has made people sick now can be detected through a drop of blood. A new test can tell doctors about a person's history of viral infection, something that can prevent the occurrence of serious diseases in the future.

The new blood test called 'VirScan' has the potential to detect more than 1,000 types of viruses that can infect humans. According to Stephen Elledge, principal investigator of Brigham & Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, said that the genetic tests, which only require a drop of blood, can show to the doctors whether patients are exposed to a dangerous virus.

For example, people can be infected with hepatitis C for many years that can destroy the liver, and leading to cancer.

"The types of infection with this virus, like HIV, can occur long before a patient feels there is a problem," said Elledge. "And at that moment, it would be much more dangerous."

Now, there is the treatment for hepatitis and life-saving therapy for HIV. By knowing whether someone is infected with a dangerous virus for many years before, said Elledge, a doctor can treat it early.

Elledge said that the VirScan allowed to see the health impact of the combined viruses. In addition, VirScan also be used to determine the root of the more difficult conditions, such as viruses which trigger autoimmunity diseases such as diabetes and lupus. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | VOA NEWS]

NASA managed to find the brightest galaxies

Located in the unspoiled wilderness universe, with a distance of 12.5 billion light years from Earth, there is a very bright galaxies. Even being the most sparkling in the universe - at least until now.

Its sparkle brightly more over 300 trillion than the Sun. The galaxy is called WISE J224607.57-052635.0. The existence of these galaxies are known by means of NASA's Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE) satellites.

NASA believes the discovery will change our view of the universe so far. "We are witnessing a phase of the galaxy evolution that is very intense," says NASA in a statement as quoted by News.com.au.

The astronomers team of NASA suspect, a giant black hole is in the middle of the galaxy responsible for the strange phenomenon, the brilliance of the galaxy.

"The giant black hole was pulling gas and materials into the disk around them. As a result, the disc heats up to temperatures of millions of degrees," according to NASA.

The material is sucked into the black hole spiral, may be heated in an extraordinary way, and then release large amounts of visible light - ultraviolet and X-ray wavelengths. The light is blocked by cloud of dust in the vicinity. When the dust is heated, then emits infrared rays.

Although the existence of a black hole at the galactic core is not new, however, such findings - in the wilds of the cosmos is rare. Because the light from galaxies where black holes are within 12.5 billion light years, astronomers seemed to see the object as if they were in the past.

"The black hole size is billions of times the mass of our Sun, when the new universe there is a tenth of its current age is 13.8 billion years," NASA said. Currently NASA is trying to determine the mass of the black hole at the center.

"Knowing that these objects would reveal their history, as well as other galaxies, it is part of an important and complicated associated universe." The findings are explored in detail in The Astrophysical Journal in May 2015.

The question is, why a black hole could be as big and move fast? The study authors suspect, it may indeed be a black hole of that size at birth.

"Like a big elephant," said Peter Eisenhardt one of the authors of the study from the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) of NASA in Pasadena, California, USA, as quoted from SPACE.com. "He came from a baby elephant."

However, there is another explanation. "The other way how a black hole grow by it is to keep 'partying', swallow matter and gas around it, faster than what is expected," said Chao-Wei Tsai, the study leader who is also from JPL.

WISE that find the WISE J224607.57-052635.0 in between 19 'extremely luminous infrared galaxies' (ELIRGs). Strong light from the ELIRGs core heats around clouds of dust, which is then emitted infrared radiation which can then be detected by WISE. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | NEWS.COM.AU | SPACE.COM]
