The appearance of Toyota's mysterious MPV

Toyota recently shocked the most prestigious event in Japan, the Tokyo Auto Salon 2015 with presenting a mysterious MPV named 'Style LB'. Could this be the next-gen models of Toyota Vellfire?

As quoted from Paultan.org on January 12, 2015, this car is the work results of Toyota’s official tuning arm, Gazoo Racing. At first glance it looks like just any other modified Vellfire that were aplenty on the show’s floors, but look closely at the tail lamps and they tell a different story.

'Style LB' minivan comes in two tone paint is complemented by slick appearance of large-size 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 245/40R20 tires. For interior also comes with a predominant use of brown leather materials.

The dimensions of the new MPV - it is 4,930 mm long, 1,850 mm wide and 1,895 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. However there is no information about the type of machine used by this minivan. A Unique Motorcycle in Odd Way

If there are some strange looks motorcycles out there then Bienville Legacy is the oddest of odd. This bike is designed by several designers who have worked to Confederate. 

Bienville Legacy featuring a futuristic shape, revolutionary, different, or whatever it's called, but certainly if we are riding the motorcycle is guaranteed to be the center of attention! That is the promise spoken by the manufacturers.

How not to be the center of attention, look at the body shape of the motorcycle, at first glance its look is similar to the café racer, it could be seen from the short shape on the tank and seat. But when observe the appearance of the front and rear suspension can instantly make us amazed. The front suspension looks like a swingarm of a motorcycle for biking sake! At the rear there is swingarm which totally resembles of what we call the front forks of this particular motorcycle itself. Not to mention other details such as the exhaust funnel, handlebars, to the stern which unusual used by motorcycles in general.

In some parts of the motorcycle was using carbon fiber materials, others use aluminum and mild steel plate, and do not forget to also appended with a little wood accents. The use of these materials could make this bike becomes lighter than what was physically visible. No half-hearted the gross weight that owned by Bienville Legacy only 181 kg.

By using a 4-cylinder Motus engine with a capacity of 1,600 cc which is claimed to produce the power up to 185 bhp.  If you want even more power, a supercharger kit which thrusts out 300 bhp is also available. Amazing isn't it?

The bike seems to have a 300 section tyre at the rear with hugger attached to it because it is devoid of any practicality. In addition to the unique shape and tend to be slightly odd, but the motorcycle manufacturer also claims that the Bienville Legacy has a good 1:1 power-to-weight ratio.

However, there is no clarity about the price that must be paid if you want to have this bike or other detailed specifications. Will the Typhoon fighter jets fills the Indonesian AIr Force fleet in the near future?

As we know, Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) is still reviewing candidates for replacement of F-5 Tiger fleets that will retire. And the replacement of F-5 Tiger as much as 12 units itself has been prepared on the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (or National Medium Term Development Plan) 2015-2019.

A selection has been ogled as the Sukhoi Su-35M from Russia, from the French Dassault Rafale, JAS Grippen of Sweden as well as an American fighter aircraft. While Eurofighter Typhoon proposed by the Indonesian Aerospace (IAe)/PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (PT. DI) because the jets producer is very likely to share in terms of technology transfer and licensing of spare parts.

Purchase and transfer of technology from the Eurofighter Typhoon, it can be said one of Indonesian military diplomatic progress. As we know, some NATO countries are reluctant to share their fighter jets engine technology to the non-NATO countries. With this step, the Indonesian KFX/IFX fighter jet engine later, not necessarily the same as the South Korean fighter jets engine which are likely to use the American engine ie F-414-400.

And the Typhoon's EJ200 engine is able to maintain its high speed, thus providing the a superior acceleration to the Typhoon after Mach 1.5 speed. Compared to Rafale, Although the Rafale's M88 engine can function both in limited airflow at high altitude, the aircraft will lose power which limits the Rafale at a speed of Mach 1.8 to 1.9 only, while the Typhoon still powerful through Mach 2 speed. Excellence of the EJ200 engine that owned by Typhoon become a great asset for Indonesia to develop an advanced IFX fighter jets. Typhoon fighter jets began to arrive in 2015, and will accompany the SU-27/30 fleets.

As we know, the 2014 Eurofighter Typhoon began equipped with the AESA radar (Active Electronically Scanned Array) which is a new sensor technology leap in the fighter jet, because the power source (transmitter) is derived from many TR modules contained in the antenna. The effect is the fighter jet has a high detection capability, targeting, tracking and self-protection capabilities. Thus the aircraft has the ability to full spectrum of air operations. Also the purchase of the Typhoon is diversification efforts coupled arms purchases of long-term plans.

Here it is the King of Kei-car

The Hungarian wooden vehicle masterpieces

Amazing. Istvan Puskas, a 52 year old tractor driver who lived in Tiszaors, a small town 161 km (100 miles) east of Budapest, Hungary, He  made his own motorcycle from scratch. So far nothing special, many people have done it before him.

But what makes his motorcycle so special, because it is made out of wood. Totally from wood, apart from the engine and some other important parts. Even the wheels are made out of wood, apart from the tires.

In 2012 after he spent two years making this wooden motorcycle and the result looks amazing. There's no data on the weight aside from a small 50 cc motor, virtually everything on this wooden chopper is fashioned from black locust wood.

As reported of Dailymail on May 31, 2013, another Istvan masterpiece was a fully-functioning wooden car.

As his other works, the rest of the car, including the frame, gears and axles, are made entirely of wood except the car's engine taken from a Fiat 126 and steering wheel taken of an old Mercedes-Benz. While the petrol tank was made out of a beer barrel.

After his wooden car finished, he continued to create a wooden motorcycle with a 200 cc engine. His three-wheeled masterpiece took six months to build, with many of Istvan's friends donating spare parts. Uniquely motorcycle handlebars are made of the horns of Hungarian Grey Cattle.

He began working on the bike's wooden wheels, which consist of 36 individual pieces screwed and glued together, in November 2013 and finished on May 1, 2014. And despite the incredible level of craftsmanship, the bike was designed with reliability rather than speed in mind, meaning it has a top speed of only 19.31 kph (12 mph). Pile of 1964 Cobra is worth millions of dollars!

In general, classic cars are able to have an incredible price, can achieve a price that is really fantastic. However, this Shelby Cobra is much more remarkable. It is estimated that the price touched the figure of millions of dollars.

Over 40 years, a Shelby Cobra 289 which produced in 1964 is locked in a warehouse, or rather former farm. The plan, 'The Snake' will be released from its cage in the second week of January 2015 and will be included in the Gooding & Company's Scottsdale Auction.

This Shelby Cobra that produced with the CSX 2436 number. One of the transaction record when the car is bought and sold in 1974 and finally 'fall' into the hands of Sy Allen, before eventually inhabit the farm's warehouse for 4 decades.

Up to today, the Shelby Cobra has undergone some restoration process that reportedly cost up to $5,812 or approximately Rp.73 million. The use of the Shelby Cobra V8 makes the price soaring. Estimated price of the Shelby Cobra is between $1 million - $1.4 million or about Rp. 17 billion.
