Is This the Joker's Car in Suicide Squad?

Joker RIDES - Curiosity often follows when a car looks too wild to be real—especially one that steals the spotlight in a major film. Among such creations, the Vaydor G35 stands out as a true head-turner. Originally designed by Matt McEntegart of Carolina Vaydor and built on the Infiniti G35 Coupe platform, this radical kit car gained global fame after its cinematic transformation. For Suicide Squad (2016), Warner Bros commissioned Mike and Team Vetter (MTV Concepts) to build three customized units based on the Vaydor G35 for The Joker’s on-screen ride—turning an already outrageous design into one of the most unforgettable villain cars in movie history.

The Vaydor G35 is not just any ordinary car. It begins life as a 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 Coupe before undergoing a major transformation. Carolina Vaydor, a specialized company, completely revamps the car's exterior, giving it a fresh and aggressive look that makes it appear like an entirely new model. What's interesting, however, is that despite its drastically different appearance, the car's essential structure, including the frame and engine, remains untouched during the modification process. This means that beneath its exotic new exterior, the car is still powered by the same mechanical core.

The modifications carried out by Carolina Vaydor are extensive and meticulous. Parts such as the rear body, bumper, fender, hood, and side roof rails are replaced, while special features like fender vents and Lambo-style doors are added to give the car an even more luxurious and sporty feel. The result is a vehicle that looks unique and fierce, yet retains the integrity of the original G35 Coupe underneath.

Despite the visual similarities and rumors surrounding the Joker's car in Suicide Squad, no official confirmation was made before the movie’s release regarding whether the Vaydor G35 was indeed used. Fans and car enthusiasts alike speculated about its involvement, fueled by sightings during the filming process. As reported by Carscoops in 2015, the final answer would only be known once the movie premiered, but the buzz surrounding the car was undeniable.

On paper, the Vaydor G35 boasts some impressive specifications. It’s powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 280 horsepower, delivering a robust and exciting performance. This power, combined with the custom exhaust system, creates a sound that matches the car's bold appearance, adding to the overall driving experience.
In the world of custom cars, the Vaydor G35 stands out not only for its striking look but also for the craftsmanship that goes into transforming a standard Infiniti G35 Coupe into something extraordinary. It captures the imagination of both moviegoers and car enthusiasts alike, leaving a lasting impression with its fusion of raw power and daring design. *** [EKA [02062015] | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CAROLINA VAYDOR | CARSCOOPS | AUTOEVOLUTION | TECHTIMES ]
