Alliance of Turkish engineers and designers create electric car

The arena of world automotive industry will be more crowded with the presence Toruk Cars, a new automotive company from Turkey. Toruk Group is is an alliance of engineers and designers collaborating to bring you the future generation of electric cars. So far, so good. They also claim their cars "are engineered with an emphasis on performance and efficiency oriented around customer needs".

Recently broke the news that Toruk has unveiled their first electric car. Toruk Electric Car is designed with modern technology, specifically for the design of the electric car, Toruk cooperate with Netherlands-based firm Ugur Sahin Design, which came up with a design study that proposes an electric car our grandchildren will use.

In appearance, Toruk electric car looks very similar to the Mazda2 Hazumi, but that is quite a distinction is the passenger door that comes with "suicide doors" style, the front headlamp is designed protrudes into and to sharpen the front display. The same modern style, the rear lights are placed along the glass section, while for the roof was given a panoramic touches.

As reported by Autoevolution, that Turkish manufacturer on their official website are saying that "by participating in this project you will also take part in shaping the Toruk electric car. You will not only choose but also have a say in each and every detail of your car".
No more detailed technical specifications of these electric cars, including when the car is being produced and how much the selling price. Let us wait its presence. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | TORUK CARS | AUTOEVOLUTION]

Scientists are researching the illusion of "out of body"

The neuroscience experts create the illusion of so-called "out of body", such as teleportation process that allows humans to feel the out of body sensation and move even though the body is actually dwell under the brain scanner device.

In experiments conducted at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, the neuroscience experts provides a "code" in the brains of participants while in a brain scanner machine, which is in the hippocampus, where then human will feel the out of body sensation and saw themself under scanner device.

Not only that, when participants put into the scanner and then saw their own body on the screen is placed over the head, they will be given a vision that they were in someone else's body. To give a real effect when participants watched their new body, scientists will touch a part of the body of participants who then simultaneously given foreign body.
The touches became a stimulus for the cells in the brain to be recorded. In addition, there are cells called place cells, that has the function to recording the place memory such as a GPS function, by providing the place information that has been explored by participants in their "new" body. Results of this study published in the scientific journal Current Biology in April 2015. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MEDICAL XPRESS | GEEK]

This car is a simplified version of the Renault Twizy, a four-wheeled vehicle that uses an electric motor as the driving force. Unlike the normal version of the Twizy, for this version uses a smaller electric motor, which is only able to issue a power of 4 hp only, while the normal version of 17 hp, while its top speed is 45 km/h (28 mph). The 45 takes 9.9 seconds to reach its maximum speed, whereas the full Twizy will get there in just 6.1 seconds.

Because of it has a small power, some countries finally have been decided that the car can be driven by those aged 14 years minimum. But first the teens must have special certification issued by the European transport department. Some states allow teens to drive Twizy 45 EV is France, Italy and Spain. And if they have a moped license in Germany, Austria or Finland, then the teens can also drive this car.
There are many advantages of having this car than the scooter. Therefore, this car is equipped with an air bag, two seat belts, disc brakes and a protective cel. Thus, parents can easily allowed the teens to drive this car. Renault Twizy 45 EV sold for €6,990, or  equivalent Rp.98 million. At the double stars planet, the plants could be black

Could there be a black plants? The answer is yes. In the red planet is possible where the vegetation is grayish or black. Colors are not familiar we encountered in the plants vegetation on the Earth.

Researcher Jack O'Malley-James of the University of St Andrews in Scotland working on a research about the process of photosynthesis that takes place on the plants that affected by the color light shone.

On the Earth, most plants are green in order to adapt to the sun light golden yellow, received at the surface of the planet. However, based on his research, the planets are applying two stars with different colors of the sun, the plants can be gray, even black. "In order to absorb more energy and strengthen the process of photosynthesis," he said.

This research will also open horizons number of combinations and variations in the star and the potential sustainability of life on planets orbiting them.

Not only the color elements that influence. "For planets orbiting two stars or more, harmful radiation from intense light can make the plant creates sort of its own sunscreen to block out the ultraviolet light," said O'Malley-James.

The National Geographic also has a report on what alien plant life might be like. The article says astrobiologist Jane Greaves of the University of St. Andrews says alien plants might even move or "shrink under a rock" to avoid radiation from solar flares.. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | SCIENCE, SPACE ROBOTS | NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC]

Lamborghini seems trying develop Huracán more aggressive

Although the fate of the Lamborghini Urus production seems still uncertain, it seems Lamborghini did not wait for other projects. As qouted from Carscoops on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, that published a several spied images of Lamborghini engineers driving what we believe could be a test mule for the Huracán Super Veloce, or SV for short.

Quite reasonable if Lamborghini will follow the same way as it is applied to the Aventador LP750-4 SV. The car looks with the addition of new vents in the back with what looks like a tailpipe peeking through the grille mesh. This car also seems to be equipped with a brake that is slightly larger than used by standard Huracán.

The goal is clear, to reduce the weight of Huracán by using carbon fiber and aluminum, to optimize the aerodynamics of the car through a more aggressive body kit. Also to provide additional power to the 5.2 liter V10 engine under standard conditions to produce 610 hp and upgrading parts of the chassis.

The exact name for this special Huracán is a mystery for the moment. However, the Blancpain decal on the door could suggest a relationship with either the GT3 or possibly the Super Trofeo racers. Since both of them are rear-wheel drive, this could be some confirmation for that rumored version of the road car. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CARSCOOPS]
