The modern interpretation of the legendary Polish car with the base of American muscle car

Although we know that Poland is not the world's major automotive producer, it does not mean that this country has no automotive industry at all. If you look back to the past, Poland also produced its own car even though using the Soviet Union car blueprints.

One of the best known vehicles in Poland is the Warszawa M20 FSO, also known as Warszawa 200.

Apart from the name it brought, these Polish old car was made based on the Soviet-made Gaz M20 'Pobeda' model and was ordained as the first Polish mass production car in the 1950s.

And now, there is a Polish company named KHM Motor Poland founded in 2013 intending to build cars as a modern reinterpretation of famous Polish cars from the past. But ironically now, KHM has decided to pay tribute to the original Warszawa car by using an American-made modern muscle car as a donor vehicle for its latest project.

And the car resulting from the project is called the Warszawa M20 GT and was built to take the base of the 2016 Ford Mustang GT. And the company described that the M20 GT design as "modern and elegant," and said the main purpose of these car was to capture the essence of Warszawa M20 by "not forgetting about the latest trends."

Maybe you don't realize it, the LED taillights of this car come from the Mercedes-AMG GT, and the company says there are also some Chevrolet Camaro components they use.

Although the exterior design is still very questionable, but the cabin of this car is quite attractive and has a luxurious GT feel. The use of genuine leather materials and color combinations make these GT's cabin atmosphere comfortable, while the center console has been updated with a larger touchscreen display.
How's the car performance, there is no doubt that the M20 GT is superior than the original car. Yes, behind the Warszawa M20 GT hood is installed a 5.0 liter V8 engine capable of spraying power up to 420 hp, while the original M20 is equipped with a 2.1 liter 4 cylinder engine with the power of only 52 hp. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | KHM MOTOR POLAND | CARSCOOPS | MOTOR1]
