Sophisticated watch for visually impaired

The technology is designed for the difable re-presented. This time it comes in the form of specially designed watches are offered to people with visual impairment throughout the world. According to the Kickstarter on Thursday, April 10, 2014, the device named Bradley Timepiece is a tactile watch that allows users to not only to see, but also to feel the time.

Watches the cooperation of product designers, engineers, and people who have lost eyesight is claimed to change the way a person when interacting with the timepiece. Interestingly, Bradley is not only designed for the visually impaired, but also can be used by anyone who wants to look different. These watches also have some benefits, one of which can indicate the time in a dark place like in a cinema just a way to feel it.

Unlike the conventional watches that display numbers or needles, Bradley has two spherical bearings - One ball indicates minutes (top), and the other shows the clock (side). Both are connected with a ball bearing magnet, so it stays put him in the right position when the user accidentally touching it.

Currently the Hyungsoo Kim watches is still a prototype and has held a campaign at Kickstarter funding platform to raise about U.S. $ 595,000. The body itself is made of titanium, sleek design, easy to clean, and durable. Bradley is available in a classic color cast stainless steel, leather strap combined in three different colors: mustard yellow, olive green, blue and silver.
