The Chinese Car Industries Ready to Expand to the West

China still be the world's largest auto market this year. With a large population and economic growth rates in the range of 7.5 percent, the purchasing power of Chinese society is still very large, making it the world's car manufacturers are competing to invest in the country.

Along with stable market, the Chinese local automobile industries are determined not only satisfied to produce low-grade cars. Entering 2013, the Chinese auto industries were determined to break into the premium car segment and will competing with the world-renowned brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or BMW.

The seriousness of China could see with the birth of the new car manufacturer named Qoros that are claimed as Chinese premium segment carmakers. China is determined to become the new automotive industry that has high attack power this year.

The new carmakers launched the C-Segment Sedan named Qoros GQ3. That is a car designed specifically for entering western countries such as the European markets are very concerned about the quality. The exterior of the car is performing with an elegant style that is designed with a high level of security. The exterior of this car designed under leadership of Executive Director of Design, Gert Volker Hildebrand which is makes the car design in Munich and Shanghai to achieve customer satisfaction in both China and in Europe. Supported by globally renowned component suppliers such as Magna Steyr, TRW, Continental, Bosch, Microsoft and Iconmobile, Qoros develops vehicles with an independent identity and a high level of quality.

The result is pleasing with a coupe-like silhouette, short overhangs and an elegant matt aluminum strip above the side sills. With a width of 1839mm, this is one of the widest cars in its class and can accommodate wheels up to 19 inches. On the upper edge of the wide headlights there are horizontal LED bars providing a premium look.

The car cabin is also designed to give space for its users that made Qoros GQ3 to set new standards for cars produced in China to be on par with the European premium cars. The dashboard of the GQ3 is meant to appear to be floating, with a spacious interior, a state-of-the-art infotainment system and touch screen, and front, side, and curtain airbags. The console on the dashboard has been lost and replaced with the touch screen to make it easier for users to manage a variety of entertainment features, navigation, gadget's connectivity and other car features.

GQ3 comes from the letter "G" which explains that this is a sedan. "Q" is taken from Qoros. While "3" means the car is in segment C (compact). GQ3 will be sold in China in the second half of 2013. After that the car will be marketed in Europe. ***

The China's auto industry does have a strong ambition to grow rapidly this year. After successfully buying Volvo from Ford, now Zhejiang Geely Holding Group has a plan to strengthen their influence in Europe.
