Lamborghini Jeddah Edition constructed using the base of Lamborghini Huracan. It did not say what the purpose of the car's name that similar with the city in Saudi Arabia.

With a distinctive and unique design of the supercar has been the center of attention of the visitors at the auto exhibition. It is visible from all body parts replaced with components from more carbon fiber that includes a new front splitter with vertical fins at the sides. The car also features carbon fiber side skirts, a carbon fiber rear diffuser, and a Countach-inspired rear wing.

The ferocious impression amplified by the use of 20  inches sized of Y-spoke Vossen rims on the front wheels and 21 inches at rear, painted in black and wrapped in 255/30ZR20 and 325/25ZR21 tires. They are backed up by a high-performance braking system which features black brake calipers.
While under the hood was stored a capacity of 5.2 liter V10 engine that could produces a peak power up to 610 hp with a torque of 412 lb-ft. The engine is linked to a seven-speed double clutch transmision system and all-wheel drive system which allows the Italian bull supercar can run from 0-62 mph only takes about 3.2 seconds before reaching a top speed of over 202 mph. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | MOTOR1]

Atomic Oxygen found on Mars

After the discovery of traces of water on the surface of Mars in September 2015, now scientists again found the signs that relate to the red planet's ability to support life. As reported by CNN on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, the US space agency (NASA) announced that has been discovered the atoms of oxygen in the atmosphere of Mars.

The atoms are found in the mesosphere of Mars, the outer layers of the Martian atmosphere. Scientists believe these findings will provide a better understanding to be the planet's atmosphere. Oxygen in the atmosphere, for example, could help scientists learn how atmospheric erosion and other gases escaped from Mars.

The atoms of oxygen on Mars discovered by scientists using a Boeing 747SP modified airplane for research purposes and can carry a 100-inch diameter telescope. The aircraft is part of a project called Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA) developed by with NASA and the Germany Aerospace Center (Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt/DLR).

SOFIA jet can fly at an altitude of between 37,000 to 45,000 feet, just above the layer of Earth's atmosphere that serves as an infrared rays shield. With that, the SOFIA can detect and examine infrared emanations from space.

Scientists previously very difficult to detect the oxygen atom of Mars, because they are not able to accurately measure the wavelength emitted by the atoms. The last attempt at seeking atomic oxygen made 40 years ago.

The emission wavelength was captured by SOFIA then analyzed by a device on Earth called the German Receiver for Astronomy at Terahertz frequencies (GReAT), which served to distinguish the oxygen in Earth's atmosphere with the coming of the Martian atmosphere. The findings are published scientists in an article in the journal Astronomy and Astrophysics. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CNN]

Is this a motorcycle or a car?

Motorcycles still be the most effective solution for the urban area, but still caught in the rain and heat, also can not protect the rider's body as a whole. Well, the Carver One might be a solution.

In 1994 a Ducth engineer A. van den Brink, founded Brink Dynamics (today known as Carver Technology) to produce his vision of a single-person car with motorcycle technology, or a motorcycle with the benefits and safety protection of a car, depending on how you look at it.

The ambition was to make a man-wide-vehicle that was safe to drive: A Slender Comfort Vehicle (SCV). Unlike similar technology as used by Piaggio MP3, what the Carver One does is combine several existing motorcycle, car and engineering concepts into one complete package that caters to both the driver and rider

Carrying the concept of three-wheeled vehicle, but with the body that protects the rider, complete with the doors and windshield. By using Drive-by-wire system, Carver One has a hub-centre steered front wheel, with no word on what particular power-plant it is using.

Interestingly, this car can lean while cornering like a motorcycle does, thanks to a special technology named Dynamic Vehicle Control (DVC) which allowed it to remain upright when stopped. The technology also allows the Carver One cornering stability is far better than a motorcycle.
Other Carver designs include the Sunra electric trike for the China market, and the PAL-V One flying-trike prototype, along with design concepts for certain major car manufacturers. What do you think? All the benefits of a motorcycle without having to take shelter under a bridge when it rains.

Kept spur your adrenaline on the power of two-wheeled monster and stay alive with the true safety riding. God will forgive Your sins.... *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CARVER TECHNOLOGY | PAUL TAN]

"Over the years, we have developed and perfected our own design. Then, we came up with a special edition car such as the CC-100, One-77, and Aston Martin Vulcan. The Vanquish Zagato Concept shows how we and Zagato can be work together making the definition of the design of the Aston Martin car," said Marek Reichman as quoted Carscoops on Saturday, May 21, 2016.

A study said, the Green light helps ease migraines

A new study shows that the green light exposure can help those who suffer from migraines and post-traumatic headache. In the Brain journal, the researchers from Harvard Medical School states, that the 'pure green light waves' help alleviate sensitivity to light, called photophobia, and can reduce the intensity of headaches.
A new study claims exposure to green light can reduce the severity of migraines. (Picture from: http://adf.ly/1aZ9Ea)
The researchers said more than 80 percent of migraine sufferers experiencing photophobia, so many people suppress it by isolating themselves in a dark room and can not perform daily activities.

"Their inability to endure seeing the light most often makes them inactive," said Rami Burstein, a professor of anesthesia at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and Harvard Medical School. He is the lead author of the study.

For this study, the migraine sufferers were asked to report how the effects of color and different light intensities to their headaches. In the light level as in the office in general, the patients reported only light green light that does not make their headaches worse. Other lamps, blue, yellow and red, make the head more sick.

The researchers said the patients reported that the green light reduces the intensity of their pain by about 20 percent. The reason, the green light creates less electrical signals generated by the retina of the eye and the brain cortex.

The main author of this study hope that the patients can immediately feel the immediate benefit of this finding. He also tried to design an economical light bulbs to emit "pure green light at low intensity and imagine the sunglasses that can block all light other than green. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | VOA NEWS]

When the aircraft manufacturer made an electric motorcycle

It turned out that Airbus is not only an expert in the manufacture of aircraft, and through its subsidiaries in Germany named APWorks, they make a motorbike with a very light weight, which is only 40 kilograms (77 lbs).

As quoted from the AP, the vehicle can have a very light weight because it is made from aluminum alloy and are formed using a three-dimensional (3D) printer. The motorcycle was given the name 'Light Rider,' and have been introduced in Ottobrunn, Germany on Friday, May 20, 2016.

The vehicle also has a very simple shape. And a glimpse of the shape only consist of tubular frame is designed with many cavities. Designs like this contribute to a lighter weight of the motorcycle.

Its frame weight only approximately 7 kilograms (13 lbs) or 30 percent lighter than a conventional motorcycle. And the CEO of APWorks, Joachim Zettler said, that the motorcycle was made of metal powder by using lasermelting technology.

APWorks is taking orders for a limited run of 50 motorbikes. The selling price per unit is quite expensive, which is about €50 thousand, or approximately Rp.764 million. As well as a deposit of €2,000 as a booking fee.
This electric powered motorcycle is capable of driving up to a speed of 80 kilometers per hour (50 mph). And the Light Rider can cover a distance of 60 kilometers (37 miles) with its battery full charged.
