This Italian sports motorbike carries a V5 engine

The rise of electric vehicles at this time does not mean the competition of sport motorbikes with a large-capacity combustion engine does not heat up. The MondialMoto motorcycle brand may sound quite strange to us, but these Italian manufacturer is quite famous among MotoGP activists in the era of 1949 to 1957. As quoted by Visdowndown, the company will launched their newest superbike model named MondialMoto V5 Superbike. And this motorcycle is said to be produced in two different countries, namely Italy and the United States.

Like other sports motorbike manufacturers, MondialMoto also offers an engine toughness that can satisfy the adrenaline needs of sport motorbike lovers. It is also said that the engine carried is a 1,000cc V5 engine with 75.5 degrees Vee Angle, titanium valves, and promised to be able to spew power up to 200 horsepower. Previously, the V5 engine attached on the Honda RC211V for the MotoGP race.

For bodywork made of carbon fiber material and titanium exhaust, with a digital dashboard that includes five lap timers. Its features will adopt keyless remote ignition, plus GPS satellite navigation.

It is said that this motorcycle carry an aluminum monocoque chassis, single-side swingarm, Brembo brakes, carbon rim, Ohlins suspension. Besides this motorbike will also be directly integrated with the ECU's Fully programmable.

Other excellent features are MQS and MPC. MondialMoto Quickshift (MQS) and MPC for traction control, simply support the 200 hp motor performance. A myriad of features are quite supportive of the Italian motorbike style, more like Panigale, with a large headlamp, and an exhaust hidden behind the bodywork.

From its official website, Mondial will present two variants of the V5 Superbike, ie the Mondial V5R which appears in red and Mondial V5S in white. The specifications are not much different, only Mondial V5R variant has a fixed engine rotation at 13,250 rpm, but this variant is equipped with rim and subframe of carbon fiber. 

It actually looks like a bargain at just €36k (approx Rp.500 million) for the R version and €27k (approx Rp.460 million) for the S. And these Italian motorcycle manufacturer has planned so that their motorcycles can be introduced at the EICMA 2019 in Milan. Well this motorbike also said to be produced in 2023, with an investment of €2.5 million.
