Volvo is preparing the world's longest bus

Try to imagine a bus with a length as the train running on asphalt is not on rails. Yes, in the near future, the bus will be realized. And this time, Volvo is making an extremely large articulated bus to be used in Brazil.

As quoted from Autoblog, the bus called 'Gran Artic 300' will use a biarticulated chassis capable of carrying as many as 300 passengers at a time. By that measure, Gran Artic will be crowned as the longest bus in the world.

Gran Artic is designed for use in urban areas. Therefore, Volvo as much as possible not to impose the dimensions of Gran Artic too large, only with the length of approximately 30 meters.

In addition, Volvo also makes buses with a smaller size, named Artic, with a length of 20-23 meters. This bus has a capacity of between 150 to 180 passengers. Another Super Artic buses with a capacity of 30 passengers more than the Artic.
