Facebook Users Threatened to Move to Google +

User experience with Facebook was low enough to make them move to Google +. Thus the results of an American Customers Satisfaction Index Study, conducted by ForeSee Results, yesterday.
President of ForeSee Results, Larry Freed, said that during this last up because some of the "monopoly" that they do in the social networking market. However, although the dominant, if Facebook does not vigilant, they could be toppled. "If Google can bring consumer-centric ethos to Google +, Facebook will face a very serious competition and potentially erode their market share," Freed said in a report sent to the IDG News Service news agency. Indeed, the comfort level of Facebook users do not necessarily decrease. Freed notes that a Facebook user's comfort level increased from 64 points to 66 points this year. But that figure adrift far enough from perfect scale, ie 100 points. "Facebook is still the king now, but if anyone can shake the throne, it is Google," Freed said. Facebook's research responded by saying they are very seriously working on feedback from consumers. "More than half of our users visit Facebook every day. And we are constantly improving our products to deliver the best experience for users," the company said in a statement. Google + is not yet included in the study conducted by ForeSee. This is because the service was still experimental (trial). But, even so, the user has reached 10 million within a few days. But the number was still far enough in comparison with Facebook, which has reached 750 million users.*** [DEDDY SINAGA | IDGNEWS | CWORLD | KORAN TEMPO 3595]
