Spanish mainstay electric motorcycle

Bultaco is the pride of Spanish motorcycle brand, the company that stood since 1958, but closed in 1983 due to financial reasons.

The legendary brand owned by the family of Francesc 'Paco' Bulto was stated to have been born again from 2014's, and spawned two new motorcycle concept that is ready to compete with the products of the famous motorcycles from Italy and Germany.

Return of Bultaco motorcycles are not currently using the regular combustion engine, but instead electric motorcycle. The Rapitan and Rapitan Sport claimed would have greater torque than the BMW S1000RR, but the maximum power is smaller when compared to the maxi scooter type motorcycle. Both have a maximum power of 54 PS with 124 Nm of torque.

If the throttle is opened up stuck, reaching a maximum speed of 144 kph (89.48 mph). Distance that can be reached with a single battery charge is 199 km (123.65 miles) in the city. To recharge the battery from empty to full, it took between 3.5-5 hours.

Both have the weight of 189 kg (416.67 lbs). Quite heavy considering they will carry a lithium-ion battery to replace the engine. Which is typically tank for storing fuel replaced its function as a store of goods, including a helmet.
The plan, Bultaco will produce about 2,000 units for a while will be distributed in five countries, such as Germany, France, the United States, Britain, and Spain itself.
