Being an automotive designers is not an easy matter. Not just limited to designing the future four-wheeled vehicles, but there are also tasked to capture the legacy of race cars in the past which was later translated into new forms, such as a motorcycle for example. Although the design of these vehicles will be produced or not, but certainly the design should have a character of four-wheel vehicles in its new body as the two-wheeled vehicles.

This is seen to be done by an automotive designer named Mehmet Doruk Erdem. Where the designer unveiled a motorcycle concept named 'Alfa Romeo Spirito.' Uniquely, he was chosen a liquid-cooled BMW engine for the drivetrain of motorcycle concept. As quoted of Autoevolution, it may be because he really likes this power plant or BMW, or because the cylinder heads protruding through the bodywork look great.

As the vehicle concepts like always, so don't expect this vehicle form is present in order to accommodate the comfort and functionality. Because of the pictures released, the motorcycle concept took the design of Alfa Romeo's classic long hood and certainly is not comfortable to ride as a motorcycle, ranging from the turning radius until the straight road stability.

When viewed at a glance, it looks like a motorcycle in a fiction movie titled 'Tron.' However, Erdem is considered to have successfully brought the spirit of Alfa Romeo into a new form. Now, the heritage attached on the 1920s racing cars began to evolve and become an entertainment thanks to creativity of the auto designer.
