The new model boasts some serious improvements over previous iterations 10-cylinder car, with the body style and the interior is built from the ground up. The newly updated V-10 engine produces a heart-pumping 640 horsepower at 6,150 rpm and 600 pound-feet of torque at 4,950 rpm, the most of any naturally aspirated sports car in the world. The venerable Tremec TR6060 close-ratio six-speed manual transmission is standard on both the SRT Viper and SRT Viper GTS with closer gear ratios for better response.![]() |
