As we all know, this famous Italian coachbuilder was hit by a number of unsolved, complicated problems, led to its bankruptcy back in 2014. As quoted of Wikipedia, during its defunc periods, Bertone was acquired by an architect and retained by some of his former employees, which continued as a small Milan-based external design office named Bertone Design focused more on industrial and architecture designs.
The Bertone GB110 is expected to use the same platform as the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan due to its similarity appearances. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
Now, it seems that the Italian coachbuilder is trying to rise again to take part in the automotive world by launching a new supercar named the Bertone GB110 which is reportedly an amalgamation of the previous model considering that this model inspired by the company designs of the 1950s and 1970s.

Although not yet confirmed, this Bertone-made supercar is expected to use the same platform as the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan due to its similarity appearances. While other exterior designs are rumored to take inspiration from the classic Bertones of the 1970s. Meanwhile, the supercar cabin offers a digital instrument cluster coupled with a combination of several physical controls. In addition, there is also a digital screen on the passenger side that displays a number of gauges.

It's not yet known what the mid-mounted drivetrain might be look like, but Bertone says it will use ones made by a German manufacturer, which is capable to produce power of 1,100 hp and 1,100 Nm of torque then transfered through a seven-speed manual transmission system to drive all-wheels.
The Bertone GB110 is the world’s first hypercar that will be able to use fuel made out of plastic waste. (Picture from: Bertone)
Uniquely, this Bertone-made supercar that looks beautiful with a pair of butterfly-styled doors does not use conventional fuels, instead synthetic fuels made of plastic waste. For this reason, Bertone collaborated with Select Fuel, which has the technology to convert recycled polycarbonate compounds into renewable fuels.
To achieve this, Bertone is partnering with Select Fuel, a company that has developed a patented technology to convert polycarbonate materials into renewable fuel. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
In terms of performance, Bertone claims this supercar can accelerate from still to 100 kph in 2.8 seconds, while 0-200 kph in 6.8 seconds, and 0-300 kph in 14 seconds. What's more, the Bertone GB110 is also claimed capable to be driven up to a top speed of 380 kph.
Furthermore, this Bertone-made supercar reportedly will be produced in limited numbers, namely only 33 units and will be sent to consumers starting in 2024, in the spring to be precise. Until this article was published, it was not known exactly how much the selling price of this luxurious supercar would be. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | BERTONE | CARSCOOPS | AUTOBLOG | WIKIPEDIA ]

Bugatti ready to reveal its one-off Chiron-based model never produced before

Wait&See Of the many automotive creations made and produced by the French car manufacturer Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. this day, it turns out that there are several models was developed in secrecy so that not many people know about them. Some a kind of such models had discussed in 2020 following the Bugatti La Voiture Noire and Bugatti Divo were launched, namely the 2008 Bugatti Veyron Barchetta Concept, 2015 Bugatti Atlantic Concept, and 2018 Bugatti W16 Coupe Rembrandt.
The mysterious model that will be launched by Bugatti soon reportedly built based on Bugatti Chiron which was first released in 2016. (Picture from: Bugatti)
Recently this French automotive brand hit the world's automotive again via social media with a teaser of a vehicle model that had never been produced before, and called as an automotive solitaire. And in the teaser image shared by Bugatti, where you can see the figure of a vehicle covered in black cloth with a predominantly black background, so very little is on display only the rear and side profiles of the car are visible, as if to show how mysterious the car is.
The mysterious model was hidden behind black cloth cover and perfectly hides all style changes done by Bugatti. (Picture from: Carscoops)
From the folds of the black cloth attached to the side of the car, as we can clearly see the C-shaped Bugatti signature line. Meanwhile the truncated rear of the car is also reminiscent to the Chiron models, but this one seems to have some sort of wing or hanging off spoiler at the back. That's all clearly adds to this car mystery.

It's not surprising then that many suspect that this mysterious vehicle would be based on the Bugatti Chiron. This is further strengthened by the existence of the hashtag #BUGATTI #CHIRONProfilée with a link directly to the page for the Chiron model and its derivatives on the official website of the manufacturer based in Molshiem, France.
There are no other details such the front of the Chiron-based model that's very neat hidden behind the black cloth then enhanced with a background dominated by black as well. In other words, those black cloth cover hides another style changes done by Bugatti on this mysterious vehicle. But then as quoted of TheSupercarBlog, the new one-off Bugatti will essentially be a Chiron Pur Sport without the massive rear spoiler, and possibly named the Bugatti Chiron Profilée.

As quoted of Motor1, reportedly in this weeks (December 21, 2022) Bugatti will soon debut its mysterious model in collaboration with RM Sotheby's. It is unclear whether the Molsheim-based automaker plans to immediately auction the car or even there's no info why those famous auction house is involved with the model. Furthermore, the company which had acquired by the Croatian automaker, Rimac has mapped the next chapter, with a new hypercar in development.
According to the company's CEO, Mate Rimac, this new model will come with an "truly crazy" internal combustion engine and will not have a relationship with Chiron or Rimac Nevera. However, the French automaker will not reveal it until one day next year, with the possibility of being sold in 2025 when wrapping the first delivery of the Mistral and Bolide models, the last model produced is based on the Chiron

Well, for those of you who are curious, fortunately there is no need to wait long to see what the shape of the car actually looks like. All we can do is wait and see. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | BUGATTI | IDMOTOR1 | CARSCOOPS | THESUPERCARBLOG ]

The Alpenglow concept car ready to pave the Alpine's future cars

GREEN&CLEAN Efforts to find and apply renewable energy sources are increasingly being carried out by many parties from various fields, including the automotive world. There have been many automakers looking for hydrogen fuel cells to power their future cars, such as Viritech Apricale, made by Viritech and Pininfarina, then Matador Group, a Slovak company also launched a concept car called MH2.
This Alpine Alpenglow concept car powered by a hydrogen fuel engine, and is meant to hint at the Alpine's future cars in general, both road vehicles and racing cars. (Picture from: HotCars)
Then there is Toyota, which also exhibits the Toyota GR Yaris H2 powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine fueled by hydrogen. And South Korean automaker Hyundai through the N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo and N Vision 74 concept cars, then there's the Chinese's brand, GAC through a hydrogen-powered MPV concept called the GAC Space Concept.
Up front of the Alpine Alpenglow concept car, there is a full-width light bar which is bounded by a large triangular section with a broken glass-like lighting effect(Picture from: Carscoops)
Because of that, Alpine (known as a performance brand and F1 team supported by the French manufacturer Renault) also intends to be one of the first brands to fully adopt this new technology by revealing its first concept car called the Alpine Alpenglow featured with a new design for the upcoming zero-emission era.
The Alpine Alpenglow concept car looks like an endurance racer from a sci-fi film or a video game, and its sculpted and aerodynamic body is created by two interlocking triangles resembling a wingsuit(Picture from: Carscoops)
The Alpine Alpenglow concept car is powered by a hydrogen fuel engine, which is filled with two cylindrical hydrogen tanks of unknown size, not only that, from its shape it looks like a single-seater car in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) racing event, by featuring wide fenders encircling the driver's cockpit compartment which is shaped like a dome.
The Alpine Alpenglow gets a geometric steering wheel inspired by the LMP1 race car, also features transparent, backlit paddle shifters, as well as buttons that control regenerative braking and track control. (Picture from: NetCarShow)
Up front there is a full-width light bar which is bounded by a large triangular section with a broken glass-like lighting effect. This effect is replicated on the back with two vertical lighting elements. There is also a red light strip that runs across the front bumper and in the middle of the car. Then there are also transparent elements that are visible in this concept car, such as the cockpit, wheels, and rear spoiler, and provide a glimpse of the mechanics of this concept car.

In the interior, the Alpenglow gets a geometric steering wheel inspired by the LMP1 race car. The steering wheel features transparent, backlit paddle shifters, as well as buttons that control regenerative braking and track control. There's even a button labeled 'Overtake' on the steering wheel which is claimed to give the car a power boost.
The Alpine Alpenglow concept car has a dimension of five meters long, over two meters wide and less than one meter high, and the automaker claims this concept car is light in weight thanks to the use of recycled carbon fiber. (Picture from: SoyMotor)
As you could be seen, the Alpenlow concept has nearly the same proportions as the WEC racing cars, being just over five meters long, over two meters wide and less than one meter high. Despite its size, Alpine claims this concept car is light in weight thanks to the use of recycled carbon fiber.
Alpine Alpenglow concept car intended also to demonstrate the brand's desire to produce a future product line consisting solely of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
Since the Alpine Alpenglow is only a very early concept, it's meant to hint at the Alpine's future cars in general, both road vehicles and racing cars. As a concept that may not be realized in the near future or not even produced, Alpine Alpenglow's main aim is to demonstrate the brand's desire to produce a future product line consisting solely of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
By looking and paying attention, even though EVs are currently doing a good job of reducing emissions, unfortunately they are still powered by electricity generates from fossil fuels, so contamination is still generated indirectly. In the other hand, hydrogen fuel cells generate their own electricity in the car by combining hydrogen and air, so there is no pre-contamination period as the energy is self-generated during use.
Furthermore, CEO of Alpine, Laurent Rossi said that the focus on hydrogen technology was due to the company's strong aspiration to achieve a future marked by clean emissions while also providing the most exciting driving experience. This beautiful hydrogen-powered concept car made its first public appearance at the 2022 Paris Motor Show, and recently this Alpine-made concept car also awarded 'Concept Car of the Year' at the Automobile Awards. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | RENAULT GROUP | HOTCARS | CARSCOOPS | NETCARSHOW ]

Lexus LFA successor would be turn into full electrified supercar

NEXT EV Recently We've found a series of images related to the forerunner successor Lexus LFA supercar appeared in cyberspace which are then predicted to be released soon, and reportedly, this model will later carry a full electric propulsion system.
Here's the Lexus LFA successor seems to be on the horizon, it'll likely be called the Lexus LFR, and turn into full electrified sports. (Picture from: LexusOwners)
From what we could be seen, the concept car also takes design inspiration from the previous supercar, the Lexus LFA, but is made more modern. One of them seen at the back, under the lights there are air vents, like those on the old generation LFA

Likewise on the legs with the use of center-lock striped rims measuring 20 inches, at the front and 21 inches at the rear, with a design similar to the previous version. But the design of stacked LFA exhaust holes has not been carried over to this latest supercar. Even so, the overall design of the rear bumper is reminiscent of the LFA with a larger diffuser.

Previously, information regarding the latest Lexus LFA successor supercar was informed by the Carbuzz, that's the Lexus LFA supercar filed the name with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
The Lexus LFA successor's legs used center-lock striped rims measuring 20 inches, at the front and 21 inches at the rear, with a design similar to the previous version. (Picture from: CarBuzz)
Even though the name of the new Lexus car is not mentioned yet, it is very likely that it will carry the name Lexus LFR, and is built based on the TNGA-L platform, as the LFA conventional version successor. As quoted of Carbuzz, the LFR nomenclature was rumored on the public internet forum Reddit, but today's trademarks come as the first official confirmation of such a name. The Lexus LFR supercar will later carry the electrified sport car concept which will get several special feature developments that previously existed in the LFA model, especially regarding electrification.
The Lexus LFA successor will be provided with a battery system that will allow it to be driven as far as 700 km on a single full charge. (Picture from: CarBuzz)
Unfortunately, there's no specific data has been found except that the car will be provided with a battery system that will allow it to be driven as far as 700 km on a single full charge. Furthermore, as a supercar, its acceleration capabilities could be said also quite capable, due to according of some sources, that the Lexus LFR supercar can accelerate from still to 100 kph in less than 2 seconds.
However, rumourly that the drivetrain is capable of producing up to 1,000 hp. Apart from that, there are also those who say that the Lexus LFR supercar will instead be crammed with a hybrid drive system with a 700 hp twin turbo V8 engine combined with the Toyota's virtual 3-pedal manual transmission system, which was recently patented in February 2022.
The Lexus LFA Nürburging Edition is the last model launched back in 2021 and produced 50 units only. (Picture from: RoadAndTrack)
For comparison, the LFA conventional version model only produces around 563 hp, with an engine sound that resembles the Formula-1 racing car. The LFA successor model lastly appeared at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in early 2022, as we all knew that the Lexus electric supercar specifications have not been revealed much so far. It is very likely that this car will become the forerunner of the Lexus sports car before actually leaving conventional engines for other vehicle models in the future.
The Lexus LFA Nürburging Edition is sold for $1.6 million or around Rp.23 billion at an auction event held around the end of 2021. (Picture from: RoadAndTrack)
For your information, the Lexus LFA itself is a luxury supercar that has a price tag of 6 digits of US dollars when it's first launched in 2010. For the last time this model released its Nürburging Edition, which produced back in 2021, immediately became a bone of contention for many rich auto collectors. The latest news further cemented its label as one of high-class luxurious supercars when one of these cars sold for $1.6 million or around Rp.23 billion at an auction event held around the end of 2021.
That's why if its next electric version is present, then the existing luxury must be maintained. Thus, it does not eliminate the history that has been made on this model before. This is a review of the newest successor to the Lexus LFA supercar which is likely to be launched in 2025 as a full electric-powered ones, and renamed to be the Lexus LFR. What we can do now only wait and see. 👹 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | LEXUSOWNERS | AUTOCAR | CARBUZZ | ROADANDTRACK | CARSCOOPS ]

A new hypercar from the Czech Republic

New BEAST Each one that is specially made to be able to roll quickly definitely has its own interesting story to watch. So that's what happened recently caught our attention when Praga, an automotive company from the Czech Republic, has revealed its latest creation named the Praga Bohema in the form of a pre-production road legal hypercar prototype which reportedly has high performance despite its light weight.
The Praga Bohema is a 2-seater hypercar that has a unique bodywork built based on a carbon fiber monocoque chassis coupled with a fully adjustable suspension for circuit purposes, with a light weight of around 982 kg. (Picture from: Autocar)
For your information, Praga is a Czech's automotive company that has been operating for 115 years and is known for producing racing cars, karts, go-karts and airplanes. And its-newest Praga Bohema is a 2-seater hypercar that has a unique bodywork built based on a carbon fiber monocoque chassis coupled with a fully adjustable suspension for circuit purposes, with a light weight of around 982 kg (without fuel).
The Praga Bohema's innovative aerodynamic design provides more than 900 kg of downforce at 250 kph with a top speed up to of 300 kph. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
The aerodynamically inspired design of the car doesn't take away from the elegant and eye-catching design of the bodywork to ensure the car looks fast, and good looking, developed by Praga's small but talented team of engineers and designers, and then perfected in the F1 team's wind tunnel. So no wonder if the innovative aerodynamic design provides more than 900 kg of downforce at 250 kph with a top speed up to of 300 kph.
The aerodynamically inspired design of the Praga Bohema doesn't take away from the elegant and eye-catching design of the bodywork to ensure the car looks fast, and good looking. (Picture from: KabarOto)
The Praga Bohema has an ergonomic interior in a narrow cockpit that is aerodynamically honed but can accommodate two adults with a height of about two meters on its racing-buket seats, fully adjustable steering wheel and pedals, spacious luggage space, air conditioning (AC). and rear visibility camera system. Specifically, the Bohema cockpit is structurally designed with the target weight is only 34 kg all-around (as a focus to keep the car's weight under 1,000 kg) that's consisting with 56 individual carbon parts, then trimmed with high quality Alcantara and leather.
The Praga Bohema is powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine adopted from the Nissan GT-R which can give off an output power of around 700 hp and a peak torque of 725 Nm. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
Regarding the drivetrain, the Czech Republic automaker has equipped the Bohema with a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine adopted from the Nissan GT-R which can give off an output power of around 700 hp and a peak torque of 725 Nm, and is claimed to be able to provide very high performance on the track. The engine is paired with a Hewland-made sequential gearbox with a robotic clutch to transfer engine power to support a unique on-road experience with track-focused performance.
The Praga Bohema has an ergonomic interior in a narrow cockpit that is aerodynamically honed but can accommodate two adults with a height of about two meters inside. (Picture from: KabarOto)
Although the engine power output figures are not too impressive compared as other supercars, on the other hand the Praga Bohema has a very light weight, which is 982 kg as a blessing from the use of a carbon fiber monocoque chassis and carbon fiber body panels. Thus it is not surprising that Praga claims its Bohema hyperbeast can accelerate from 0-100 kph in less than 2.3 seconds and can be driven to a top speed of up to 300 kph.
The Praga Bohema's cockpit is structurally designed with the target weight is only 34 kg all-around (as a focus to keep the car's weight under 1,000 kg) that's consisting with 56 individual carbon parts. (Picture from: KabarOto)
While the legs use an independent suspension system that can be adjusted and operated with pushrods mounted horizontally for maximum travel while minimizing the height of the car. Thus in the Praga Bohema development, the engineers were still able to maintain a supple enough suspension for road use without having to resort to expensive adaptive suspension systems.
The Praga Bohema can accelerate from 0-100 kph in less than 2.3 seconds and can be driven to a top speed of up to 300 kph. (Picture from: BlackXperience)
Furthermore, the wheels are 18 inches in diameter at the front and 19 inches at the rear which are centrally locked to offer on-road compliance through the large tire walls, however, while Bohema will receive 18-inch wheels, the manufacturer is also said to ensure compatibility with tire dimensions in accordance with FIA GT3 specs. The brake system uses a lightweight but durable 380 mm carbon ceramic disc with 6-piston calipers, front and rear.
The Praga Bohema is produced only 89 units, as a tribute for the 89th Anniversary of Praga's historic victory in the 1933 Czechoslovak 1000 Mile race. (Picture from: Autocar)
And according to former Formula 1 and current IndyCar racer, Romain Grosjean who is known to be involved in the project, and has also tested the hypercar on the challenging 6 km Slovak Ring circuit in recent testing. As quoted by Autocar, he specifically highlighted the car's seamless transition from road to track while delivering extensive sessions.
Romain Grosjean posed along with the Praga Bohema after tested it on the challenging 6 km Slovak Ring circuit. (Picture from: KabarOto)
"I was amazed by Bohema's excellent performance on the track, its accessibility on the road and the ease of transition between the two," said Romain.
The Czech Republic automaker will provide full specifications of its latest hypercar ahead of its production in 2023. And reportedly only 89 units of this car will be produced worldwide, as a tribute for the 89th Anniversary of Praga's historic victory in the 1933 Czechoslovak 1000 Mile racing. So for those of you who those who have plans to own it, you can start preparing the money because the plan is that Praga Bohema will be sold at a starting price range of €1.28 million or $1.34 million (around Rp. 20.5 billion).💥 *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | PRAGA GLOBAL | AUTOCAR ]
