This electric version of Porsche 910 classic able to speed up to 300 kph

Of course for the classic car enthusiasts, the figure of a Porsche 910 classic racing car is not something unfamiliar. The Porsche classic car originally built in the 1960s as the racing car and based on the Porsche 906 model. This car is produced in a limited number, which is as many as 29 units.

In the end, there's a piece of good news when an Austrian company called Kreisel Electric in collaboration with Evex Fahrzeugbau, a German automotive company is rebuilt the Porsche 910 model by using the electric drive which was then called the Kreisel Evex 910E in 2017. Just for info, the Austrian company has ever produced an electric version of the Mercedes Benz G Class which later used by one of Hollywood's famous actors, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

As quoted from Motor1, when viewed from its physical appearance, this fully electric-powered car looks similar to the original Porsche 910 but it can be sure this car may pass on public roads, thanks to the electric power it carries. By using those power, so the 910e is claimed to be able to accelerate from 0-100 kilometers per hour with a record time of 2.5 seconds with top speed through to reach 300 kph. While the car's cruising range reaching as far as 350 km for a single battery recharged.

As for the exterior design of the car, Kriesel entrusted it to Evex Fahrzeugbau, a German automotive company to make changes that were felt necessary to some parts of the car. Here's the Origin, the future autonomous taxi concept

At present vehicles that apply autonomous driving technology are becoming a trend in the world's automotive industry. This can be seen from one startup of General Motors' subsidiary, named Cruise Automation which recently launched a fully autonomous concept vehicle called Cruise Origin.

Until now the company has not mentioned in detail the technical specifications of the autonomous vehicle. However, the company only mentioned the vehicle's construction purpose, namely to reduce the level of congestion, pollution, and as an effort to provide public transportation services at an affordable cost. Besides that, the company also confirmed that the vehicle is using a General Motors' electric vehicles platform.

Because this car applies an autonomous driving system, so it is natural that Cruise Origin does not have a steering wheel and the pedals that are common in cars in general. All components are removed to expand the space inside the car. Yes, in 55 years of Ford Mustang's presence in the world's automotive, this is the first time that the American brand officially made the electrocuted Mustang line-up in the SUV version. Yes, Ford has just stirred up the world's automotive by introducing an electric-powered SUV that carries the famous name as the Ford Mustang Mach-E.

The electric-powered car was first introduced at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show in November 17, 2019. And the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition was the launched model's name, and it claimed has performance that is no less ferocious than other legendary Mustang pony models.

The Mach-E is not only the first electric version of the Mustang but also the car that was first configured to be a sport utility vehicle (SUV). That will test the elasticity of the brand that was initially built as a sports car.

An American-made all-terrain supercar ready to hit the world

The presence of a new supercar always be very interesting and eagerly awaited by many automotive fans all over the world. This supercar is made by Laffite Supercars, an automotive company owned by Bruno and Laetitia Laffite. The company based in Los Angeles, Miami and Valencia (Spain) is specialized in automotive design as well as in the manufacture of road-ready limited series concept cars. Besides that, the company also works on classified projects for prestigious customers who want to get unique and extraordinary ready-made supercars.

About Laffite's: Bruno Laffite is the nephew of one of the legendary racers and 6 times winner of Formula One racing, Jacques Laffite, who competed for more than 15 years in various racing events in the 1990s. By using a 6.2 liter V8 of GM LS3 engine (while on standard version uses a 3.5-liter V6 engine with 405 hp) as its drivetrain that can spew power up to 700 horsepower and coupled with the 5-speed sequential transmission or 6-speed plus paddle shift to drive its rear wheels.

This supercar also has a curb weight of 2,866 lbs (1,300 kilograms) and provided a power-to-weight ratio of 4.09 lbs/hp so the driver gets the best-ever performance numbers for an all-terrain ready to hit the road with a limited top speed of 143 mph (230 kph) and through its 17-inches suspensions will allow it to jump and fly smoothly like a Dakar rally car in the desert or other rough terrains even pass through the freeway and local roads comfortably.

The supercar fully assembled in a small plant near Los Angeles and is registered as a road-legal vehicle for the Californian roads, besides that's as an ideal place for the car distribution. And the company also said that for now on the Laffite supercar enthusiasts around the world can start ordering for the limited edition series that will be made just 30 units only, then shipping will begin at the end of 2020.
While for the price, it sold at a price of $465,000 for the 405-hp version or $545,000 for a coming all-electric model. The electric version of Hummer being prepared by GM

General Motors (GM) is ready to revive the Hummer car. However, this legendary car reportedly will not use conventional engines anymore but replaced with electric engines to keep abreast of current world automotive trends.

The car that will be developed by GM is the Hummer HX and will be produced at the Detroit-Hamtramck plant in Michigan, a plant that will be used entirely to mix electric cars. Even GM has invested the US $3 billion for the plant.

As quoted from Motor1, which revealed the reason they chose the Hummer as one part of the development of electric cars because the Hummer name is widely known as a tough car in its segment, especially in the American market.

The automotive executive observer of Cox Automotive, Karl Brauer said that Hummer will increasingly skyrocket under the management of GM who already has experience as the best management in the automotive world. And by presenting it in a different technology wrapped will make Hummer more in demand.

"This collaboration is very perfect because Hummer is a car that dominates the popularity of pickups and SUVs for buyers in America, even when the industrial recession occurred," said Brauer.

Chrysler has resurrected its Airflow into an athletically premium crossover

As we all knew, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) was listed as one of the participants who attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2020) and has exhibited its newest concept car with fully-digital cabin technology named Chrysler Airflow Vision

Actually, the 'Airflow' is an aerodynamic sedan that was introduced by Chrysler to the US market in the 1930s, but for the present model that comes in 2020 by using the same name is said as an athletically sculpted premium crossover vehicle with a distinctive appearance and strong focus on user experience.

Inside the cabin, it has been equipped with six screens to pamper the driver and passengers. As reported by Engadget, the only physical buttons in the cabin are the starter button and the navigation button on the steering wheel. Besides that inside the interior is also equipped with ambient lighting and a slim profile chair that allows more spacious legroom and personal storage.

It was also stated that Airflow Vision prioritizes a user interface that is "safe, easy to use and understand," with a system that is simple, consistent and readable so that it will not disturb the driver. This interface can also be personalized based on individual tastes. It is also possible to share photos with anyone in the cabin, for example, if the driver wants to tell the route to the passenger.

There's also the LED exterior lighting and a large blade that appears to span the width of the concept’s front end and other elements could well be incorporated into its future vehicles. Besides that, this Chrysler's concept also featuring a highly unusual wheels design.

There is no more detailed information about the performance of the car itself. The concept car is based on the Chrysler Pacifica plug-in hybrid system, but it is not yet clear whether this will be a hybrid car, fully electric-powered or something completely different. 

The thing to remember is, the concept car made by Fiat Chrysler is still in the prototype stage. And we thought also that the Chrysler Airflow Vision is too outlandish a concept to be anywhere near production lines.
But if it managed to get into the production line, then at least there should be minimal changes in order to meet the needs of users who are accustomed to driving with physical buttons.
