The flying supercar is blasting up into the sky like a Jet and speeding like a Lambo while on the streets

The human being's desire to fly has been an obsession since a long time ago, and with more development of technology todays, it's possible to us be built the flying means are getting closer to the original dream, namely 'to fly like a bird.' Then what about the development of flying car technology? It seems that nowadays the development of flying cars is also possible, so it is not surprising that many companies have designed and developed flying car models.
The Firenze Lanciare, a flying car concept designed by a Californian designer named Greg Brown who is claimed to be able to run fast on land like a Lamborghini and fly at 500 mph in the air like a Jet plane. (Picture from: RobbReport)
Here is the Firenze Lanciare, a flying car concept designed by a Californian designer named Greg Brown who is claimed to be able to run fast on land like a Lamborghini and fly at 500 mph in the air like a Jet plane. The flying car mentioned above carries 'hybrid' styles which is able to make it a jet when in the air and a supercar like a Lamborghini when used on the highway. In either mode, the Californian designer claims his Firenze Lanciare will outperform any of the other flying-car designs under development.

While flying in the air, it uses the retractable wings extended, coupled with the the 2,000 lbs harnessing thrust derived from the two Williams FJ-33 jet engines, the Firenze Lanciare looks like a sci-fi aircraft. And said to be had an air cruising speed of 520 mph and a range of about 850 miles, thanks to a 300 gallon fuel tank. While on the road, Firenze Lanciare will uses two Tesla's electric motors with totaling 1,000 hp, so it can be accelerated from 0 to 60 mph such as the Lambo's acceleration, ie in less than four seconds.
With its retractable wings, the Firenze Lanciare able to turn into a jet with a cruise speed of 520 mph. (Picture from: RobbReport)
As a former jet pilot, Brown showed that most of the systems and design elements used in the concept are already present in the aircraft todays. These elements include a blend of high-tech materials to provide strength while keeping weight down, including its foam-core body wrapped in carbon fiber, a chromoly frame and aluminum chassis.

Furthermore, the retractable tires produced by several automotive manufacturers already meet its proposed engineering specs. Then they combine with the off-road truck suspensions to allow rough-strip landings, while the jet thrust and carbon-fiber brakes mean the Firenze would only need 2,500 feet of runway.

While the cockpit is not like the most aircrafts have, its interior is a pure supercar. Inside, the avionics includes a head-up display and fully redundant mechanical controls backed up by electrically actuated flaps and stabilizers. The leather seats for four occupants are coupled with sound-insulating foam, while laminated polycarbonate windows combine strength and sound dampening.
The U.S. design team incorporated many components of existing cars/trucks and airplanes into the Firenze Lanciare. (Picture from: RobbReport)
So far, the flying car true uses remains an unanswered question and potentially invites endless debate. Not to mention that you still need to take off and land at the airport under current laws and keep appointments for private airstrips. Is it much easier to drive to the airport, switch to flight mode, go through the initial check and take off than just to drive, park and transfer to a plane? Do the flying cars still sound more fun?

Still, in every commuter's minds could generally be described as follow, they driving a supercar down the highway and suddenly blasting up into the sky to get out of a traffic jam, or backing out of the driveway, firing up the jets and using the street as a runway. The fantasy such as the Jetson are universal, and soon to be realized into real.
It indicated and can be seen on the PAL-V which has received its road certification in Europe and is expected to receive approval from aviation authorities next year, so that its production phase will begin in 2022. So it could be said the other flying car concepts will be increasingly possible to immediately realized. *** [EKA (15042021) | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | ROBBREPORT ]

Japanese hoverbike ready to fly in 2020

The human desire to be able to fly like a bird has been around for a long time. But after the creation of the aircraft in the early 20th centuries at least some parts of these ambitions have been fulfilled.
Visitors see the Air-Mobility "Xturismo" Limited Edition hoverbike on display at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2JrxSDu)
Along with the development of technology, it turns out humans still feel unsatisfied when they flying within an airplane only. So by using the technology have, they engineer another flying vehicle in addition to airplanes. And one of them is a flying motorcycle or a hoverbike.

Recently, a Tokyo-based drone specialized startup company named A.L.I Technologies Inc. showing off its hoverbike products at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show (TMS). And the plan is that the hoverbikes will be sold starting 2020.

Of the appearance, the company's hoverbike named Air-Mobility "Xturismo" Limited Edition. Even though at first glance the driver's "position" resembles a motorcycle rider, in fact, it said has a look inspired by a sports car. Although the details have not been published, clearly this hoverbike has become a magnet in one of the world's leading automotive expo events.

The company says this model will be launched in 2020, outside Japan (prices have not yet been released), but orders have begun. Furthermore, it is also mentioned, that this hoverbike will be built and marketed in limited quantities. Large scale production is expected to begin in 2021 so that it can reach the Japanese market in 2022.

And the video below was another hoverbike concept of the same company.
Unfortunately, the price of this future vehicle is still not mentioned yet even though it is believed the hoverbike will have a price equivalent to a sports car. How much do you think it prices? Are you curious? Wanna see another flying motobike, the Lazareth LMV 496.

KLM's V-shaped airplane ready to fly in next two decades

KLM, the Dutch airline company reportedly is ready to fund the development of a new futuristic aircraft design. The concept features a V-shaped aircraft, where passengers can sit comfortably in those unique aircraft cabin. This aircraft design was then given the name 'Flying-V Plane'.
This new fuel effficient V-shaped plane named Flying-V will change air travel in the future. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ZiCzF2)
As qouted from CNN on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, the name of the aircraft was taken from the name of the Gibson Flying V electric guitar which happened to have a shape similar to the aircraft.

And the Gibson Flying V guitar is known to have been used by many well-known musicians ranging from Jimi Hendrix, Keith Richards, and many others.
The Flying-V plane design was conceived by Justus Benad, who was a student at the Technical University of Berlin then developed by researcher at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2ZiCzF2)
The aircraft design integrates a passenger cabin that can accommodate up to 314 passengers in it, cargo space and fuel tank on the wing, and creates an unusual V-shape. With a branched cabin resembles the 'V' letter and each equipped with a turbofan engine, the aircraft design is claimed to be able to save fuel up to 20 percent when compared to Airbus A350-900 aircraft.

Although the shape is different from other aircraft, the aircraft's wingspan is the same as the wingspan of an Airbus A350-900 aircraft. So that it allows the airport to accept these aircraft arrival same as another plane in general without the need to reconfigure or change the airport's ground facillity.

The initial design of this aircraft was conceived by a student at the Technical University of Berlin named Justus Benad. The design was then developed by researchers at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands..

Project Leader of TU Delft, Roelof Vos said that this innovation was needed, especially to achieve greater efficiency while researchers developed technology for large-scale electric aircraft. Because, aircraft with less fuel will certainly also produce less pollution.

Pieter Elbers, CEO and President of KLM says, "In the past few years, KLM has developed as a pioneer in sustainability in the aviation industry. We are proud of the collaborative relationship between KLM and TU Delft which serves as an important milestone in efforts to improve sustainable flights."

The researchers hope they will be able to fly the Flying-V in September this year. While the unique aircraft cabin mock-up design will be shown to the public at Amsterdam's Schipol Airport in October 2019 as KLM's 100th anniversary celebration.
While for commercial use, the Flying-V is expected to be operational in the upcoming 2040 and 2050. Vos also revealed that the Flying-V design still requires rigorous testing. While in terms of the interior design of this aircraft, KLM is ready to release it next year. Let's wait for further news. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | CNN | THE WONDERFUL ENGINEERING]

The newest flying car that is ready to fly in the future

Flying cars will come true. Already many manufacturing companies in the world are developing it, and in the near future it will begin to be marketed to consumers in various parts of the world. It may still take a few more years to make it a mode of transportation.

And the logical consequence is of course special regulations that will regulate the existence of flying cars so as not to collide with airplanes. Moreover, these cars will be operated in the air, so they have a greater risk factor and are dangerous as well than conventional cars.
Just a matter of time, because it won't be long before we will be able to take advantage of the flying car technology. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2PNRRkk)
We can find a picture of a flying car in some sci-fi files. If it becomes a reality of course the price is very expensive, because it uses very sophisticated technology that makes it able to be used on the highway and in the air. Well this is the advantage of flying cars compared to airplanes, because it can be used in two different fields. We believe that all automotive companies will continue to develop this type of car, so that later the price of flying cars can be more affordable.

Innovation in the automotive world does not die. It is evident that every company competes to present the best technology to present the vehicle of the future. Even the caliber company Google is developing a flying car named Zee Aero and Kitty Hawk. Previously, Google also developed autonomous cars that could run automatically. Not only Google, a Japanese company, Toyota also designed a car called the SkyDrive that is staying by Gadang as a future car in Japan.

There are many other cars that are being developed by large companies throughout the world. Now to find out what flying cars will be launched soon, let's look at the following information:

Audi cooperates with Airbus and Italdesign to create a future flying car

As time goes by, technology is now increasingly developed and sophisticated. Not surprisingly, if nowadays many findings are unexpected even thought for a long time but have not been realized because of the limited technology in past. Call it one product that was successfully created thanks to the use of the latest technology is the flying cars.
Audi Pop.Up Next flying car concept developed along with Airbus and Italdesign has been shown at the Geneva International Motor Show 2018. (Picture from: http://bit.ly/2PgadtM)
Lately, the flying cars have been developed both by airlines and automotive manufacturers. As created by Audi which works together with a French commercial aircraft manufacturers, Airbus and the provider of development services for the automotive industry, Italdesign.

Those three big companies have succeeded in making the flying car. Not only make, they also plan to do testing it in the air. And reportedly, the testing process of the flying car has been approved by the German government.

As reported by Carscoops, the car that has two seats will conduct a flight test in Ingolstadt, Germany. If the flying car manages to undergo the entire trial process and fly smoothly on the sky, the car will be produced in limited quantities and used as the flying taxi.

"Flying taxi is no longer a vision, they can bring us into new mobility. This is a great opportunity for old and new companies to develop new technologies, "said German Transportation Minister, Andreas Scheuer.

Recently, they also have introduced this flying car in March 2018 at the Geneva Motor Show 2018 automotive exhibition. And the flying car that is still in the form of the concept is named Audi Pop.Up Next.

This flying car is based on electricity and has implemented autonomous technology as well. This two passengers compact designed vehicle also has land and air modules. Yes, so as not to be too heavy, the manufacturers decided to make the car's body from carbon fiber materials. And the Pop.Up Next has a dimension of 2.6 meters long, 1.4 meters high and 1.5 meters wide.

When the flight mode is activated, the maximum power that can be produced by all propellers is reach out 214 hp. For maximum speed when adjusting the flight module, it is possible for the Pop.Up Next to reach a top speed of up to 120 km/hour.

Furthermore, this Pop.Up Next only has a range of 50 km with a single fully battery charge. If the battery runs out, this capsule must be recharged for 15 minutes to be able operated again.
The Pop.Up Next is claimed to be the right solution to overcome the density of traffic in big cities. The passengers just sit down calmly and input their destination, then the system will drive and fly it automatically.

Unfortunately, so far there has been no detail information about when the Pop.Up Next is produced and sold to the public. Well, we'll wait for the next infos of this flying car. *** [EKA | FROM VARIOUS SOURCES | AUTOBLOG | PHYS.ORG | CARSCOOPS]
