Japanese Suicide Customs won the AMD World Championship 2016

A Japanese builder Suicide Customs won the top honor of the AMD World Champion of Custom Bike Building in the 12th AMD World Championship at the Intermot Customized 2016, which took place in Cologne, Germany on Sunday, October 9, 2016. At this event, Suicide Customs aside 82 custom motorcycles from 67 competitors in 23 countries.

Suicide Customs achievement this time once listed for the third time that the Japanese builder won the highest award in the event. Though the scoring system based on the accumulated value given by the participants themselves. And the award for the victory in the Freestyle class will be held during the next two years.

For the event, Suicide Customs featuring a "Rumble Racer" themed motorcycle which is a 1973 XLH Ironhead custom motorcycle that uses a V-twin engine with a capacity of 1,000 cc and turned out to have a unique story ahead of its participation. The motorcycle was made just a few weeks before the event, which makes the builder, Koh Niwa felt the pressure ahead of the last days of the world championship event.

Including should test the custom models to be able to run, as a condition of participation in the event. Suicide Customs followed Freestyle classes with other 42 motorcycles from 14 countries.

In the event, the second prize went to Michael Naumann of Germany with the theme 'Simple Iron' on Ironhead Sportster models.

While the third place was won by Fred 'Kruger' Bertrand from Belgium that displays 'LADD' with S&S Cycle 103.

And the fourth and fifth winners won by participants from the United States, respectively 'Kontrolled Kaos' by Larry Moore of Wichita, Kansas and 'Alcatraz 521' by North Coast Custom.
