Two rare classic Honda motorcycles in Indonesia

Besides the CB-series, turns out there were another classic motorcycles produced by Honda with a population that can be categorized rare in Indonesia. Here are two rare clasic motorcycles, ie Honda CP77 and Honda CL360.

1. Honda CP77
Honda CP77 classic motorcycles are vehicles produced in 1965. In Indonesia, CP77 are not sold freely, because the motorcycle was specially ordered by the Indonesian government at the time and used as the official motorcycles for Tjakrabirawa Regiment, the presidential guard.

In original condition, the Honda CP77 has a white bones colored body. The characteristic of motorcycle lies in the presence of the red-blue siren lights that flank the headlight. Interestingly, it was the exclusive factory default siren lamp ordered by Indonesian goverment.

The 50-years old motorcycle that included into the Honda Superhawk class was used a two-cylinder four-stroke engine with a capacity of 305 cc and two exhaust spout as well.

"This CP77 was Tjakrabirawa' motorcycle with white color. In the past there were not a thousand units. As far as I now in Jakarta only two units, one of which was mine," said Galih Alam, the owner of Honda CP77 as reported by the Liputan 6.

2. Honda CL360
Besides Honda CP77, another Honda classic motorcycles with numbering no less rare is the Honda CL360. Unmitigated, the motorcycles are actually marketed in the United States numbered in Indonesia can be counted on the fingers of the hand.

These scrambler-style motorcycle was made in 1974-1976 in California. At first glance, the Honda CL360 similar to CB360, which both used a 356 cc two-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed transmission.

The difference, CL360 was used uncommon curved shape of exhaust. Besides the motorcycle which was only released in fancy colors that have greater torque and fuel consumption a bit more extravagant.

"I do not know well if there are still other people who had motorcycle like this. Could be there. But as long as I participated in many events, I have never seen motorcycle like this," explained Sebastian, the owner of Honda CL360.

When asked about the price when sold, both Sebastian and Galih alike, answered no intention of selling their classic motorcycles.
