The new Ferrari crossover got a smaller engine

Ferrari recently launched GTC4 Lusso as the successor of the crossover model FF. A few more days, a new variant of Ferrari GTC4 Lusso T will be introduced at the Paris Motor Show in 2016.

By using a smaller engine and different drive systems has become the highlight of these new Ferrari' four-passenger car. Yes, under the hood in front, now there is a 3.9 liter V8 turbo engine borrowed from the 488 GTB model.

So those engine could blow up the power up to 610 hp and torque of 760 Nm. The output is made the GTC4 Lusso T in terms of acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h just different by 0.1 seconds than the V12 variants.

Now the propulsion systems, Ferrari actually install only rear-wheel drive, no longer the AWD as in the non-turbo GTC4Lusso models. While the weight distribution has now become 46% front and 54% at the rear, with maximum speeds reaching 320 km/h.

There are some of the Ferrari's latest technology are also pinned on the GTC4Lusso T, such as the recalibration on the rear wheel made the steering to be more responsive in order to agility maneuvers. Then, its Variable Boost Management promising super-progressive acceleration without turbo lag.
