Environmentally friendly vehicles can be powered by alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies, including the hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles, electric batteries vehicles, air compressed vehicles, hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles.
In addition there is also the use of ethanol, natural gas, biodiesel and ethanol or gasohol.
