BMW 3-Series challenger from China

Geely Emgrand Concept shows the form of the latest sporty sedan from Geely - which is said to counter the BMW 3-Series in China. This concept car was designed and developed by a team led by Volvo designer Peter Horbury.

The impressive, this concept car itself is quite handsome and proportional, with a neat and clean form. Chinese cars will eventually catch up with manufacturers worldwide in terms of design and engineering and this is one of the first, early signs they will thrive.

Geely said that the design was inspired by the Shanghai skyscrapers and West Lake Bridge in Hangzhou, the Geely's hometown. But we can still see some similarities with cars and other concepts. However, this car actually looks very good.
