Here's the Off-Road wheelchair

An Austrian company, Mattro Revolutions Mobility GmbH, made the vehicle ​​to resemble a special off-road wheelchair called Der Ziesel. Der Ziesel has three levels of power from the electric motor. For standard version comes with 6.3 kWh battery and is capable of producing power by 16 hp, medium version is 7.9 kWh with a power of 18.7 hp, as well as the highest version with 10.8 kWh can burst a power of 24 hp. It can reach a maximum speed of 33 kph.
