Predicate of the world's fastest car that are currently contested between the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport and Hennessey Venom GT, after the Hennessey Venom GT succeed to run faster than the Bugatti. So to celebrate this achievement, a special edition was made with a tag of Rp. 14.26 billion.

Some time ago, the Hennessey Venom GT was shocked because it managed to reach 270.49 mph or 435.31 kph. This number is higher than the record set by the Veyron that recorded in July 2010 was 430.98 kph (267.8 mph) and also referred to as the highest speed ever recorded by a production car.

The car testing was conducted by Hennessey at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Unlike the Bugatti Veyron is officially registered to a record in the Guinness World Record while Hennessey Venom and its crew did not register the achievement.
Why? Because Hennessey Venom can not meet the requirements set by Guinness World Record. One of the conditions is related to the production as the world record car to be produced requires a minimum of 30 units.

But, this achievement also deserves to be celebrated by the Hennessey with preparing to introduce the Venom GT 'World's Fastest Edition'. This car was released at a price of U.S. $ 1.25 million or approximately Rp. 14.26 billion.
As an exclusive car, this car production will be limited to only three units in th whole world. All cars will feature with the body stripes of red, white and blue. "Venom GT is an American supercar and pass the speed of 270 mph in the same place where the spacecraft landed at Kennedy Space Center," as the company said to WorldCarFans.
"We want to offer a special paint scheme to incorporate colors of the American flag, the same flag that we flew on the Space Shuttle runway," the company said further.
